We thought we'd give Wendy's a chance even though their reviews on Yelp were only a 2 star. Well the other reviewers were spot on! I don't know if they are short staffed or what! The staff member behind the counter appeared to be the "Shift Manager" because he was yelling at the whole staff ! 1. The Ketchup Containers were both bone dry. 2. Every table was dirty. 3. Both Bathrooms were filthy! We decided as soon as we ate the food we had ordered and paid for we would go across the street and see if their bathrooms were clean and we were happy to find them clean enough to use. We won't be going back to that Wendy's. While I was trying to use a Wendy's bathroom my husband overheard a customer say to the manager how healthy the bathroom was that they used. read more

We saw the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and starting to line up on the street, so we went in to order in the lobby. We were told "we are not serving food anymore tonight". There was no explanation. This was on a Friday night at 6pm. I sure felt bad for those people waiting in their cars, because no one from Wendys came out to tell them. I've always thought that Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad sounded great except that I hate pecans. It occurred to me today to check on DoorDash and see if I can just get it without pecans. Lo and behold, you can! I just unchecked the box for pecans and then checked the box for sweet onion to make the perfect salad. The pomegranate vinaigrette it comes with was the best vinaigrette I've ever had, although you can request different salad dressings if you prefer. The apples and cranberries with the chicken and bleu cheese crumbles made a remarkable sweet and savory combination. My first Wendy's salad experience was a great success, and I can see why people rave about them. It really was fresh and exceptional. read more

Three times I've gotten the 5$ biggie meal now here, admittedly close to closing. Three times my food has been barely lukewarm. I've returned it twice, this time I drove away before checking. Service was lame, it took 40 minutes to make the food, then they were out of potatoes. When I tried to go in and fix it, the lobby was closed. They said "short staffed", but there were at least half a dozen employees inside. Since I placed a mobile order, they said that if I wanted a refund for the potatoes, that I would have to do it through the app, which was now not working for some reason. I ordered a double stack burger to be specific, and when my food arrived, I was about to take a bite out of my burger and I was shocked to see that there was a big long curly black hair in my food. And as I opened it more, I saw a few more hairs. So then I called Wendy's and told him about my incident and let's just say the way that they responded to me was not professional whatsoever. I haven't had too many things from Wendy's, but their chili cheese fries are pretty good when you have a craving for chili cheese fries and Firehouse isn't open. I wound up at Wendy's getting chili cheese fries because Firehouse was closed on a Saturday night (WTH?) and I hadn't eaten anything all day and wanted chili cheese fries. Wendy's is the only place that was open and so I went. I was skeptical at first, but I gotta say. It's pretty good stuff. Staff was friendly to boot! It's $3.00 for a little tray and enough to satisfy your craving for junky food for sure. I've tried some other Wendy's offerings and they are just okay. so, it's a wendy's, lots of long lines. but i order via mobile app, jump ahead of the line. just remember to check in via the app - it claims they don't start making your order until you do. i learned this from someone else while waiting in line. The food is expected, service tends to be slow, but way better than other fast food places around these parts. read more

Ok, this is pretty much a faux-Wendy's. Where are the square patties? These chicken nuggets don't taste like Wendy's chicken nuggets. They barely taste like anything at all. The burgers tasted okay, but once again, don't taste like any Wendy's burgers I've had before. The side salad was pretty on par with all Wendy's and was good. Cashiers were nice. Just waited the 15 min in line in the drive thru. I am okay with waiting in the drive thru. I get to the window and the associate gives me a different price than I was given on the screen and verbally at the order screen saying that it was for my first order. Which I was confused by. I asked what did he mean by first order? I only ordered 1 item. He then shouted at me very angrily and rudely then what did I order. I asked why he was talking to me in such a manner. He just continued to be rude and asked why I was making it so difficult. In which I said that I didn't need to be treated like this and I and my wife drove off. Later. Wendys is great when you feel like switching up from mcdonalds, as they have a couple good burgers. Although covid is affecting everyone it just seems like everytime I go the drive through is so backed up and when I finally get to order it takes a while to get the food out. I would give it 2 stars as my last order was missing a burger but I know that with covid going on people are trying as best as they can. read more

every time I go into Wendy's there is an 30 to an hour line and the customer service is absolute crap. Went into get a salad tonight at 11:07 and the store doesn't close until 12 and everything was shut off. The lady at the window just looked at me looked at the ice bin and the screen and walked away. if you close at 12 then you should close at 12 not an hour early. Wendy's was my favorite fast food place, my whole life! Imagine my disappointment when I find the one terrible one out of the many I've eaten at. I had given this place MANY many tries over the years, out of a small hope that a corporate manager might have dropped in and seen the absolutely awful state of this place and had them shape up. Oh, no no. Every time, something about my order was wrong, and every time I had told them about the problem, I was argued with over it. I mean..? Example: I ordered a large Frosty. When it was put on the table, it had this giant air bubble in it. Before I could even lift it off of the table, the bubble popped and the large frosty cup was a little less than half-filled. When I pointed this out to the worker who had handed it to me, she said: "It's supposed to be that way." Verbatim. And that's just one example of the many weird problems I had with this place. And when it comes to quality? No standards. Their beef is supposed to be never-frozen-fresh but the beef ALWAYS tasted odd, I'm assuming from not cleaning the grills enough. The vegetables were always soggy. Like, REALLY soggy. None of this is based off of one single experience. This is all YEARS of trying to give them "just one more chance." Don't give these guys a chance. Just go to Mickey D's across the street from them. read more
