I don't expect gourmet food here, but it's tasty enough and filling. However.... I've been sitting in line in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes. We have moved forward once in that time. There are 2 cars ahead of me, so I expect another 20 minutes' wait. At least. I won't be back anytime soon. The average food isn't worth the poor, slow service. read more

KFC - KFC Drive thru on a Monday evening around 7:30. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Port Angeles, Washington

Where do I start, customer service was bad. Ordering was a fiasco, the quality of the food was absolute garbage. The price was insane. I have been here a couple of times and nothing has improved at all. read more

Terrible. Pulled into drivethru. They were out of White Meat Chicken. Couldn't get out of drivethru to leave. Trapped and they refused to move cars in front up to clear lane as they waited on orders. 25 min stuck in line!!!!!! Terrible!! read more

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - the Famous Bowl with just mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and a few chicken nuggets. It was missing cheese and the chicken was very tough. They were very nice and accommodating when we asked for extra gravy though! The mashed potatoes were very clearly made from a mix as it was on the more watery side. Ambience: 4/5 - typical fast food chain decorations. You definitely feel the inspiration from both taco bell and KFC. Since there were so many customers coming in and out, some tables were sticky and dirty though. Service: 3/5 - they tried really hard to serve the customer and deliver the food but they seemed very short staffed where everyone is doing everything but no one specializes in their station. The Taco Bell side seems fairly quick but the fried chicken takes a while. Value for price: 4/5 - decent price, okay food, but not the fastest service read more

Classic KFC food served with a smile. I always get good service and food at this location. It looks understaffed and everyone is doing their best. I dine inside and tabletops could be wiped down more often but with just one person at the counter also helping back of house I have to cut them some slack. read more

The service is still terrible here. The cashier clearly didn't want to be there, didn't want to be talking to me, and tried to make me think that I wasn't saying exactly what I wanted, when I was in fact very simply saying exactly what I wanted. However, the food is still good, and the dining room looks great these days. read more

Horrible service...stuck in the drive thru for 20 mins, nobody answered to take order but had cars in font of me and behind me. When I finally got to the window there was nobody there. I went to Fugals and got my order in the time it took to type up this review. read more

I would not recommend this location for KFC or Taco Bell. They are constantly out of chicken! This has happened on several occasions. Really! How do you run out of chicken all the time, it's KFC! When pulling into the order line I was joking with my daughter, watch they are out of chicken! The wait times are always 15-45 minutes. It took 35 minutes to get 2 drinks and 2 burritos, 15 minutes of that was sitting at the window. Once you make it to the ordering speaker you are committed to waiting in line. There is no way to back out of the line or turn around after they tell you they are out of chicken. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Food is fine. Same as any other KFC but expect to be sitting in line for 30-50 minutes. No idea what takes so long but everyone knows it takes THAT LONG every time. read more

This has to be the worst KFC. Placed an online order to go for their quick pick up. The order consisted of their family meal 8 piece chicken bucket 8 chicken tenders fries, biscuits, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes and an extra order of the 8 piece tenders. I was given a time of arrival which wasn't ready on time I understand they were busy it is what it is. But when they finally got to my order they tell me "there's no chicken" so I automatically asked what do you have I get the response "we'll not chicken". After looking at the menu like this is a chicken place and y'all got a long line in the drive thru. The then states "well I can replace the chicken with tenders" I have kids waiting at home to eat go. Yes replace with tenders. When I got home I had no tenders I had their chicken patty cut to strips and never got biscuits. Called to speak with a manager he stated his name was Brock stated he knew it was done and did it to "make us happy" yet we were never informed. When asked about he got defensive and began to cuss my husbands out on the phone. Not to mention that as we were standing their waiting on our food we saw them take out 3 full trays of ACTUAL CHICKEN TENDERS If I could give no starts I would! read more

Always slow, rude. Customers leaving because no one even says hi. Just let you sit around and wonder if the 5-6 people that see you are gonna say anything. read more

I had dental work done, so I had to eat something soft. Mashed potatoes and gravy sounded good. I hadn't been to KFC in over a decade, but I always liked their mashed potatoes and gravy. The cashier was nice, but she seemed high on something. Very glossy eyes. The potatoes and gravy were not what I remembered at all, no flavor at all. A few hours later, I'm feeling very nauseous, and the only thing I ate all day was this. Never again. read more

Worst experience ever. Sat in drive thru for 50 minutes. Wanted to just leave but there is no way to pull out of drive thru. I would not risk it. Go anywhere else. read more

I hadn't had KFC in nearly 20 years and went recently because we had a coupon and may I just say, it did not disappoint! We got the 6-piece meal and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried, and the biscuits and sides were yummy. The only issue we ran into at this location was that we waited over 30 minutes for our food, I'm guessing because the location is understaffed, so just be aware that there may be a wait here. Besides that, you won't be disappointed with the food. read more

My friends and I came in to pick up a bucket of chicken and sides on Memorial Day. After placing our order, we waited in the lobby for over 40 minutes, listening to the staff ask where th cook was and tell customers they were out of nuggets. We also noticed several people were the recipients of incorrect orders, which caused us a good deal of nervousness regarding our own. One of the staff brought out food, called out the incorrect name for a customer, laughed it off, then coughed without covering their mouth properly. Nor did they was their hands before returning to their station at the front counter. When the staff figured out that they didn't have enough white meat for our order (40 mins after we placed it) they came out to tell us they were adding in dark meat. We had paid for a white meat only bucket, and were not even offered a refund or compensation for the change in our order. The biscuits no longer remain fluffy and soft, becoming hard like pucks within minutes after leaving the heat lamps or microwaves. read more

Pulled up behind 2 cars said they where out of chicken. Waited behind 2 cars for over 30 minutes. Me and the driver in front of my ordered nothing Had to get about and ask the employee to move the one car in front of us around and bring out their food. They refused to do this, and we where stuck in this drive through line for almost 45 mins. Wtf! read more

Would not recommend. We visited this establishment a month ago, but they didn't have chicken! Then came back tonight and the service was terrible. Didn't have several of the sides. Long wait, short staffed and more attention to door dash orders than those wanting to eat in house. Altogether miserable experience. read more

Hours on the door states this KFC opens a 10:00 AM. We arrived at 10:38 AM and the doors were locked. A employee inside motioned us to use the drive thru so we did. We waited for 10 minutes to place our order. No other cars but 2 employees were on a smoke break outside the back door. A few minutes after they finished their smoke break and went inside a voice came through the speaker asking for our order. Wow is all I can say besides you have been warned. read more

As a door-dasher; I HATE when a kfc/taco bell order pops up because I know it's probably gonna take the kitchen staff 10-35 minutes to get the food ready- and that is AFTER I've arrived and am waiting in the lobby/drive through. One time before they re-opened their lobby, there were 12 cars in front of me in the drive through. Normally that wouldn't be an issue but they took 10-15 minutes per car. I just don't know wtf is going on at this location, is all their kitchen equipment broken or something? TL:DR Their absurd wait times = stealing from me as a delivery driver. read more

Double fried chicken where the chicken was black and not even tender. Biscuits were solid and wasn't moist anymore.

I've been here a few times, sadly. If you're interested in having a biscuit that's been microwaved for a Minimum of five minutes then this is the place for you. If you want decent chicken It's probably a good idea to wait until the next time you can visit Chick-fil-A. read more

KFC got a major remodel with new equipment, so I thought we'd try out the chicken. We hadn't been to KFC in decades... the first 6 times it was good, biscuits, chicken, gravy and potatoes surprisingly good! Well, that ended with the later part of this summer and now the fall. It's gone from barely acceptable to horrible. Chicken soggy, greasy - 1/2 inch of grease at the bottom of the bucket, the biscuits doughy and hardly baked/air fried, the potatoes and gravy were dismal as well. They must have a new staff there, which is sad as whoever did quality control there was good. As of the end of August through October 13th it's gone to hell, literally. We won't be back again. KFC was a good memory. I guess it should stay that way. (In fact, something awful has happened to Port Angeles "to go" food since about the same time. Maybe people would stay longer and give a care if they were paid better? Just common sense, corporate America.) read more

Some places are going the extra mile to help professional truck drivers with food options. Some places just don't seem to care. KFC / Taco Bell is the latter. Have lived in this town for twenty years and my very first experience at this location was horrible. I'm a 45 year Foodservice professional. Over the years every 4 or 5 years I've given them an opportunity to get it right and time after time this store has failed miserably. My most recent experience... stoped in with my GF on out way out of town. I got a two piece meal and she got a power bowl (basically a taco Salad). She was satisfied with her meal but mine was disgusting! Two pieces of chicken that were without a doubt not the standard KFC Recipe. The flavor was similar but it was not the KFC breading. The breading was thin and bland and the chicken itself ladened with grease. Of course they didn't include any napkins even though I asked them to make sure they did. Made eating in the car a total mess. KFC like many chains has a process that keeps the foods and service consistent and up to a level of quality approved by the brand. How hard is it to follow instructions. These guys have not figured it out in twenty years. The location is dirty, the staff Ive dealt with have either been rude or simply uncaring. It takes quite a bit for me to write a review like this but in this restaurant at this specific location they have earned it. Sorry guys but the truth is the truth. read more
