Excellent customer service at this location, especially for a burger chain. The employee at the drive thru window was patient, personable & intentional about ensuring our order was recorded and delivered accurately. Wait time was relatively long considering the time of day (2 pm) BUT our food was served piping hot & our order (for a fam of 5) was accurate down to the condiment and utensil count. I definitely rec swinging by this Freddy's location if you're in the area and craving burgers, tots or custard!

Not only did I not receive my order until 1 hour 25 minutes after placing my order but during that time 3 different drivers went to pick my order up, the first driver I stayed in contact with until she finally got tired of waiting & treated badly by not just the employees but also the manager on shift at the time. She stated that when she got there she checked in with the cashier on shift letting him/her know that she was there to pick up the order, as time goes on we are still in contact with one another I ask her if they are busy she said "no" so I tried calling the number to see what's going on with my order I got the voicemail so I left a voicemail and 30 or minutes later she calls me & tells me that she spoke to the manager on shift & the manager told her that they never received my order (which was a lie because I had screenshots to prove it) & she got tired of waiting so she left. She also stated that the manager as well as the employees on shift at the time was very rude to her the whole time she was there waiting on my order & that the manager had a very nasty attitude like she did not want to be there or something. The second driver that went to pick the order up I was not in contact with & not sure how long he/she waited before leaving but I could imagine how he/she may have been treated considering the way the first driver was treated. The THIRD driver that went to pick up the order I stayed in contact with the entire time. If it weren't for him than I probably would still not have my order & still trying to get in touch with someone at the location !! I say all of that to say this... $16.69 a total of 3 drivers & 1 hour 25 minutes later I FINALLY receive my food ONLY for it to be thrown together, chili all over the box they put the "chili cheese fries" in, NO cheese on the "chili cheese fries" with very little chili on them (there was more chili on the outside of the box than on the fries) & the Krystal burgers themselves tasted ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD !! THIS HAS GOT TO BE BY FAR THE WORST KRYSTALS I HAVE EVER HAD AND I LOVE KRYSTALS... Cracker Barrel was super close to our hotel so we walked over. This must be a location that hald already gone through the remodel as it didn't seem as "cluttered" with decor as the old version. It also wasn't remodeled to the point that it looked like an entirely different restaurant, either. We were seated quickly as there was no wait when we arrived. We were greeted by the manager as we were escorted to our table. Alex H., our waiter, wasn't far behind. It may have been one of his first days by himself as he seemed a little hesitant... but then again, the manager was stoking the fire right near him... so maybe he was just nervous. Alex did a great job. Our orders were brought fairly quickly, including the ever elusive Broccoli cheese casserole. The portions were perfect for us that day (they seemed smaller than normal but we weren't starving anyway.) He very politely handed them to us plate by plate and came back twice to check that everything was well. I HAVE to mention that Alex even used proper English which isn't common in daily conversation. More often than not, people choose to use slang. This is likely one of the best visits to Cracker Barrel that we've had in a long time. Alex should be promoted to a peer trainer! That would definitely improve the perception of the Barrel!
