This place repeatedly gets my order wrong, always sounds rude when i'm taking an order. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles, the burger has mayonnaise on it that looks like it was attempted to be wiped off. I'm genuinely disappointed, I come here to get a good meal on my lunch break at one of my favorite fast food chains, and get disappointed near regularly. read more

It wasn't so much about the food, even though the woman at the counter told my husband that she scraped the bottom of the pot to get him chili, it's the guy they let set in there for hours, playing annoying reels on his phone. They told him once to turn it down, and he said he would. A minute later it started up again, and my husband went up to the counter and asked them to turn it down. They told him to either turn it down or turn it off. When he did it the third time, we got up and left. read more

I couldn't believe my eyes! We waited to place our order at the counter when i saw two employees sticking their hands in the basket to eat nuggets and fries! And the both kept doing this!!! With their bare hands. Instead of scooping up the fries to serve them they grabbed the fries with their bare hands to eat them!! I was so grossed out by this. They never asked to take our order either, After seeing that, we left anyhow. Very sad. That is how customers can get sick! read more

service was terrible pulled up to the speaker and i hear "can i help you" i placed my order of a biggy bag she said "what one do you want" i told her and she said "drink" and i told her. she didn't ask if i wanted any sauce or anything. not sure if she's just having a bad day or doesn't know basic customer service. i've worked in the food industry since i was 16. started out at sonic through highschool. if i wasn't pregnant and craving a jr bacon cheese burger i would've left. do better courtney read more

Supposedly it is was open , but nobody was opening the doors. instead they were looking at us going through one side of the building to the other trying to figure out which one was open. they said it was " closed " but clearly it was open. very disappointed . read more

Google says they're open until 11, I pull up to the drive through at 10 and nothing, I pull around and go in through the unlocked doors past a sign stating that on July 4th they will close at 10. (It's the first) so I get up to the counter and this employee sitting at a table with another employee says "oh we're closed" ummm ok firstly it says 11, secondly, if you close at 10 why would you need a sign saying you close at 10 on the 4th if it is normal hours? People these days do not want to work and it is frustrating. read more

Straight up avoid. Some people that work here are absolutely disgusting, and I wonder to myself how the manager hasn't fired any of them. There was one worker. He stuck his hands in some chili bowl thing, which the chili they serve comes from that bowl. This worker just sticks his hands in and grabs some chili and eats it. But hang on... it gets waaaayyy better... he sticks his hands back in for more! Just think if you order chili on that lucky day, you probably need to go to the doctor soon! Also, I've gotten food poisoning countless times here. I hope to God someone takes the time to read this. It's absolutely a disgusting workplace and needs some SERIOUS surveillance. read more

After doing some record shopping we asked "Where's a good place to go for lunch" and there was a unanimous "Parker's" from standers by. It was also, literally, about 3 blocks away. There's a menu board mounted behind the counter and they can hand you one so you don't have to squint your eyes to see all they have to offer. And this menu is ENORMOUS Parker's is a very cool throwback to the car hops of the 50s and early 60s. You can order outside on the speaker or go inside for the full-on experience. The inside is decorated with movie and music memorabilia and neon. Lots of neon. If you're eating inside you order at the counter, they give you a number, and you find a seat. The menu is hand-held/bar food. Burgers, hotdogs, onion rings, and fries, and a variety of sandwiches and a HUGE selection of sides. My wife had a mushroom and swiss burger, I had your basic cheese burger. Our sides were onion rings and fries. Our food was delivered hot, fresh, and accurate within ten minutes. My wife's burger/onion rings came on a basket shaped like a guitar. #AWESOME!! The food was tasty and delicious. I asked for tomato on my cheeseburger and they were able to add it, but was sliced probably 3/4 of an inch thick! It made the burger look a little lopsided, but it was still good. The staff was friendly and didn't look at me funny when I asked for a side of mayonnaise for my fries (yea I'm that guy). The dining room was authentically decorated, like I said, with vintage movie and music stuff down to the chrome chairs and the soda fountain seat with silver, twirly seats...even the floor tiles were like something you'd see in a movie from the 50s.
