If 0 were an option I would have done that. Firstly, their speaker sucks. Now understand, I realize I was at Wendy's ordering food for my grandchildren after a long day at the lake. I could not understand the person taking the order someone else rudely came on the speaker. My order was simple one children's meal with a frosty a bacon cheeseburger meal with a Frosty. When I got to the window after a very long wait, They only handed me one frosty. I told her I ordered two, she replied no you only ordered one. This person replied, check your receipt, I had no idea where the receipt was. Actually, I was never given one I asked , could I just get another frosty. They closed the window and walked away from me. I waited a few minutes, This person was standing in the window, holding another order, waiting for me to drive off. Never had a problem with the food . But tonight we made a mobile order for dine in, went to the door and it was locked at 9 pm with customers in the dining area. Multiple signage on the doors said the dining area doesn't close till 10 pm and other sign says 12 pm for the dining area which is after 9pm. I called asking if the dining room was open since my boyfriend mentioned if the door was jammed or something, and the guy said yeah we locked the doors early due to staff, go through the drive through. No sign on doors or anything. Got to the speaker at drive through and the lady goes well it's going to take longer since it's marked as dine in. I tell her well y'all's doors are locked and that's why we're here, and she goes oh the doors are locked?? Food was cold by the time we got it. read more

A a staff member by the name of Bree uses profanity and has no coping skills. She has anger management issues and is not aware of children in the lobby when cussing. She loses her temper and kicks and slams drawers. And uses the excuse, " I am frustrate." Well clock out and take a wal. If she hasn't been warned or written up by management then management needs to be made aware of the disciplinMary rules in the personnel manual. Very very slow service for only 2 customers in the drive thru. Nobody even came to the window to say hello when we pulled up for like 10 min. A big group of workers by the window chatting and then they grabbed my 2 items of food 15 min later and said nothing. read more

I've always been a fan of Wendy's, but there are a couple issues. Ask for more salt on your fries, because the main selling point is the seasalt and they seem to be conserving it like they're preparing for the apocalypse. We ordered three large fries and asked for extra salt, we got two extra tiny packets. Without those packets I'm pretty sure they weren't salted at all and this has happened the last five or six times we've been. Also, the main manager of this location is lazy and never lifts a finger to do anything but talk on his cell phone or pretend to do paperwork in the dining area. I'm almost sure this is a "regional" manager of sorts, but he's there all the time. If it's one thing I can't stand it's a manager that doesn't deserve their pay in an age where paying for food get's more expensive by the month. As long as that guy has been there he most likely makes WAY too much money, especially if he thinks sitting in the dining area talking on a cell phone for two hours is the trick. If it takes you that long to make an employee schedule, you need to find another form of employment. And, you shouldn't do it in the dining room where the customers are willing to turn off their phones, but you're talking so loud everyone can hear what you're doing. read more

Terrible service. Run by minors. Don't know how to make their own recipes. Rare occasions that they get order correct.

We are always a fan of Wendy's, but this location is one to avoid at all costs...unless you have at least 30 minutes (literally) to wait for your food. Whether it's drive thru, mobile pickup or dine in, their service is the slowest around. And oddly enough, although all customers entering the building are required to wear masks, none of the employees heed that rule. Save yourself valuable time and frustration and keep on driving. read more

It's a franchise so it's hard to differentiate one from the other. The only way is through service....or lack of it. In this case, I've been to the Ozark store several time and always experience slow service for a "fast-food" restaurant and nine times out of ten they mess up my order. Having said that; tonight really took the cake. On top of the usual mediocrity when I orders the same meal I order at all Wendy's , the #1 combo I asked if I could exchange the fries for a potato. It's never been a problem before and there hasn't been an up charge for exchanges. Well tonight there is an extra dollar despite my asking before ordering and being told an exchange was fine. Now the "manager" says exchange and upgrade mean the same thing. ...not the last time I checked a dictionary! Cold food. Arbitrary pricing. = no more of my business. read more

It's a decent Wendy's. Food tastes good, never gotten sick. Sometimes the order is wrong...but hey...it's just burgers and fries. The drive thru moves fairly quickly and the gals that hand off the food are always nice. read more

Today at this restaurant a young woman named Lacy went beyond her job description. After we ate, I was carrying our tray and my husband was supposed to carry the cups, both of which still had some water in them. When I turned around, Lacy was taking the cups to the trash bin. My husband has Alzheimer's disease and sometimes forgets what to do. Lacy stepped right up and offered her help. You've got a good employee in her. Kudos! read more

Took my grandkids to this Wendy's today and the service was beyond horrible! I drove up to the drive-thru window and asked how many calories were in a salad and the girl said "Look it up on the website", then I placed an order for two kids meals and named all the items they wanted and the girl said "What kind of kids meals do you want?" When I explained that I didn't know what she meant I had just said the meals I wanted she said "You don't have to be so rude!!!" So, I just said I am going inside to order. When I went in no one greeted me at the counter.....just stood there looking at me. This is the only time I have been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant in my life! I will be calling corporate and telling them about the experience. No thank you, nothing after I got my order! Wendy's if this is the way you teach your employees to treat your customers you will soon be the next Burger King.......gone! read more
