Absolutely Horrible! First, dinning room was closed on a Thursday at 7pm. Then they said cash only. No cards. Should have known right there and then. Then ordered a few things and of course, they forgot one of the sandwiches so had to go back to window where I was asked yo see the sandwich they gave me. Seriously? I know which sandwich you gave me. I'm missing the mozzarella burger sandwich. He finally gave it to me and sure enough, when I got home, it was the wrong sandwich (chicken instead of burger). It was also hard, as if it's been sitting under a lamp. Also asked for mayo and tomatoes added, but as you can guess, that wasn't done either. I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here, so why hasn't management or corporate done anything to fix this? Never going back. read more

Given this location a million chances, and it misses the mark every time. Fries are cold and gross, soda tastes nasty, ordered the chicken wrap and it was cold and the cheese not melted. Employees at the store get harassed (in any way you can think) by managers, and the employees bully the small male manager calling him a female and speaking to other employees about his genitals?? Thats weird. The service and food is good but the employees dont seem happy and I can see why. This is the 2nd Wendy's that has been less than satisfactory. I'm thinking it's the brand that is going down hill. We came here for lunch on MLK day with my two hungry grandsons. Should've known something was off when we entered into the building with only two tables occupied at 12:30 PM for lunch. They like to get the 4 for $4 combo meal. That's cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink. Most fast food places have their soda machines away from the ordering counter. Not so this Wendy's. it really slows down the process when the person taking your order also has to fill the soda cups with your beverage. I'll speed this up a little bit now. The fries were old and hardly eaten by any of us. The chicken nuggets were unappealing and half of them actually were not eaten. My double cheeseburger had a foul taste to it and was not finished. So, for now on when the grandkids want to go out for lunch it'll be anywhere but Wendy's. read more

Usually just young teenagers standing at the window, my cash back has been wrong, the order is wrong in the bag, yet right on the receipt, and lastly the food is just poor for a Wendy's. This Wendy's hasn't met our expectations. The drive through usually gets the order wrong. Items missing, staff not all that courteous. Sometimes no napkins. Sometimes no straw, usually food items missing. Tomatoes and lettuce on burgers consistently not fresh. Buns dry. Burger meat ok. Weird flavor to the burger overall. Like formaldehyde. I think the tomato ruins it because it's too over ripe. Won't go back to that one. We've tried to give it a chance. Sometimes you just need new management. read more

So the food is really good BUT I ordered chili for my dinner to eat in my car before I go into work and I didn't get a spoon, crackers, or anything else they sometimes decide to give you with the chili. So now I will be drinking my dinner I guess, but it's just not the same without the crackers or a spoon.... those items are kinda important. I'm not a big fast food person but I like to stop in the afternoons once in a while and get myself the berry salad on the way to work. I go through the drive thru and Lindsey always takes my order. Shes always happy and polite and it makes such a difference! Its such a simple, quick and friendly transaction that keeps me coming back. Plus the salad is awesome. read more

I recommended stopping of here when my parents were in town. I have to admit I was a little disappointed. The burgers from the value menu ironically had me thinking "WHERE'S THE BEEF?"...especially after seeing all those rehashed commercials and paying an additional 79 cents for the same 99 cent burger.
