Once sat, I ordered the deep eddy's sweet tea/lemonade, some cheese bombs, and the i c o n i c mushroom Swiss burger with a side of Mac and was thoroughly impressed. Woody's usually never misses (from the time when I lived down here full time) but they were on their p's and q's this go round. Server (her name is Candace, spelling might be wrong but holy crap ask for her!) was fab, bartenders SlappedXSquared and although the place was busy, I was attended to promptly, could hear myself think (the vibe was chill even though it was busy), and had phenomenal service. We beat the Sunday church crowd by about 30 minutes. I decided to try the "Nola" burger (listed as the same blend I had at other locations) topped with blackened shrimp and creamy sauce. I ordered my burger medium well. I usually go with medium, but this being a beef and sausage blend patty, I like it over 150 internal. My burger came to the table RARE at best. Took one bite and immediately saw red...in the patty. To their credit, they re-fired and served me a well done burger pretty quick. The patty was all beef and not a touch of seasoning or salt. The cream sauce was a savior, it was nice and flavorful though partly broken. It did not make up for this (now) overdone and flavorless burger patty. The shrimp were fantastic, especially dipped in this Cajun cream sauce. Then I paid witness to something I have never encountered. The hosts tried to seat a party with a person in a wheelchair, in an end booth. Obviously, they immediately protested and had to explain why they couldn't be seated in a booth. They were quickly moved to a table...but this just shook me on how either untrained or uneducated folks can be when it comes to disabled. Shake it off, back to the review. The fries were delicious and hot, just like the ones at the other locations. I think maybe they make their own ranch dressing, it was killer with my piping hot and crispy fries. The Bloody Mary was OK, glass rim was seasoned but spilled all over the napkin upon arrival. Service was friendly and adequate but otherwise unimpressive, had to call server over for the burger issue. If I had not have had such a flavorful burger at the other location, I probably would not have been as disappointed with this one. May give another try at this location, but will probably defer to the other location given the choice.

That's what we get for going at lunch time in July on a sunny day. The bacon jam burger was all I wanted. It had shoe string fries and was cooked PERFECTLY. My husband got stuffed tuna and it was delightful as well. Despite the weather we really enjoyed our food and pink lemonade.

The burnt ends I had at the smaller location were tender, fresh, and plentiful, the last few times I've come to this new LARGE location, the first time they were out of burnt ends, second time they were dry and crumbly - like they been left under a heat lamp for 2 days. Potato salad, house salad, and fries are good. Collards are hit or miss. You can't tell they're even open, both times we've been we are the ONLY customers. The whole staff is so bored. They're pretty friendly considering they only have to tend to one or two people at a time. The open signs never on and the windows are dark so they look closed. I do enjoy the drinks, atmosphere, and good bbq but since this new spot has opened they've really gone downhill. I'm not sure I'll be back to this location if I ever decide to return - it's really a bummer. Even more depressing is the Bay St. Louis location closing because the bartender was friendly and kept great conversation, burnt ends I had there were the best, and I thought the location was great.

First off, you should know this place has no inside seating. There are outdoor tables, but in this South Mississippi summer weather when the heat index often goes over 100 degrees, outdoor seating is a no-go. I ordered the triple slider combo which are three small cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. You can pay extra to get double meat or bacon, but I decided to go with the base model. The sliders are slightly smaller than a Jr. Cheeseburger from Wendy's (which happens to be across the street) if you want a comparison. The sliders were very impressive to me. The beef was fresh and the patty was thicker than I expected. It looks like it was made just there and not some uniform frozen patty like most places serve. The buns were soft and flaky, like brioche style. Three was plenty enough to fill me up. Their fries are cut just like Chik-Fil-A, but they are much crispier and have a seasoned coating that's fantastic. You also get quite a lot, which impressed me. I've noticed most places seem to skimp on french fries for some reason, so this was welcome. I did not pay extra for their dipping sauce because they were so good even without ketchup. I went here at 12:30pm on a weekday and service was quick. Only a couple of cars were ahead of me and I only had to wait a few minutes. I heard they were a little slow when the place first opened, but that was to be expected. Seems like they got it figured out now.

The fries were well seasoned without being salty and the cane's sauce is just the dipping sauce needed to take the tenders over the top. There's one slated to open up soon in my hometown and I can't wait! It's a cool restaurant with good food at good prices. While we have other chicken finger places, none are quite as good as Raising Canes. I just hope that they don't start slimming their fingers down like the other restaurants did over time and they keep the good customer service. As long as they keep doing right by their customers, they have a fan out of me!

With that much competition nearby, you'd think they would make more of an effort when it comes to customer service. I had a really strange experience here about a year ago when I walked into an empty store and was completely ignored by the people behind the counter for a couple of minutes. Eventually one of them grumbled something about only doing online orders and then went back to what they were doing. I walked out and saw an easy-to-miss sloppily hand written sign taped to one of the windows that said "Online Orders Only" because apparently they had some kind of system issues. They were so rude and dismissive about it that I swore not to go back, and I didn't until this past week. We were having a team meeting that was running over into lunchtime so we decided to DoorDash an order. Seven sandwiches plus drinks and sides totaling about $150. The food came pretty quickly but only because it was so hastily thrown together without any regard to the customer. Nothing in our order was labeled. We could tell the hot and cold stuff apart, obviously, but otherwise we had to open each sandwich and pass them back and forth to figure out what was what. I know at least two people got theirs mixed up. All they had to do was write a number or abbreviation or something on the outer wrap. They also didn't include any napkins in the bag. The worst part, though, is they gave us mostly room temperature bottled drinks. Two of them were cold, but the rest were not. This means they either forgot to load their fridge or just pulled them from inventory. Either way, who wants to drink warm tea or soda? Again, no regard for the customer. To their credit, the sandwiches were actually good. Probably could have had more meat given the price point, but I liked mine. Everything else about the experience sucked and we won't ever make the mistake of ordering from them again when there are literally a half dozen places nearby that do a better job.
