I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy's. The drive-thru employee gave the impression she didn't want to be there, and that showed in both her tone and the service. After she handed me the bag, I noticed there was no straw or napkins. I waited at the window, but she didn't return. I sat there quite a bit, and when she finally came back, it was because she thought the next car had pulled up. The food itself was cold, the tomato wasn't ripe, and I wasn't given the option for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Pricing was confusing--an item I thought was $4 turned out to be $6. This visit reminded me why I don't eat fast food. Basic courtesy and warm, correct food are minimums. Honestly, their employees need coaching in customer service, because this experience makes me hesitant to return. read more

I always go through the drive thru here, I think it is one of the better fast food establishments. i think there has been only one time that my food didn't come out the way i asked. however there has been plenty of times they forgot my sauce. There is nothing more i can say about it other than it is Wendy's and they do a pretty good job at representing the company. read more

Every time I come here there is ALWAYS something wrong with my food. I always try to avoid coming here at all cost. My chicken sandwich has zero mayo on it and looks like it was literally thrown together. Before the fries were super salty now the fries are bland and cold. To top it all off on 7/19/20 I went to the drive thru just to order a strawberry lemonade. I get to the window ask can I get a large strawberry lemonade? The girl replied "no, but you can get a medium tho." Like wtf?! My friend that was on the phone with me was in total disbelief and astonished that she just heard that bull... so I'm already pissed from something that happened earlier. I get to the window and the lady there does not speak. LIKE UMMM HELLO?! Damn can you speak before you snatch my damn card out your crusty ass hand? Then have the AUDACITY to not give me a receipt... I will never go to this Wendy's location again. I would rather drive 20 mins down the road to the one across the street from Lowe's than to come back to this establishment again. I ordered from doordash at around 712am, It finally arrived at around 820am. I only got a $5 credit. I was hoping at least by 730am at the latest. The potato fries were the only thing that was hot, the biscuits were warm & the coffee was cold with zero creamers & zero condiments. I had ordered one of the new sunburst lemonade drinks in a large because the small sizes have too much syrup & sugar.Im not sure if preordering would of helped, but I might consider it in the future.... read more

We stopped here for lunch while travelling on I-10. It looked like a recently built Wendy's, or recently renovated, and seemed to be a popular spot for beach-goers (given that every restaurant/gas station in the area has "no bare feet" and "no swimsuits" posted on doors). However, our food was "meh." The fries were soggy and cold, and the sandwiches looked like they had been stepped on before being placed in the bag. I love Wendy's because, when their fries are good, they are the best (better than McDonald's). However, when their fries are bad, they are unbearable and a waste of calories (and money). This Wendy's needs to get their act together. Looking nice is one thing: it might attract people once, but it won't get them to return. You also need to produce quality food. read more

The burger buns were so old they were crumbling in our hands I'm surprised they weren't green with mold though I'll probably "pay the price" later. Also, the large sprite was nothing but carbonated water! NASTY!! Couldn't turn around and fix it, i10 with 2 screaming kids gotta make it to Louisiana and need not delay. This place is in need of dire upgrading. Sitting there eating and looking around it was sad. The place is falling apart at the seams. Food was average, but the atmosphere was horrible. The walls were cracking and the border falling off. It was just grungy. Please remodel this place. read more

I know it's just a fast food place, but compared to other Wendy's that we've been to, this one stands apart for its welcoming and friendly staff, as well as clean drink station and fairly clean dining area. Good place for a quick lunch with the kids. read more

Pulled up to the drive through and placed my order slowly and clearly. Person speaking through speaker told me to pull ahead rudely. I pulled ahead thinking everything was good and the girl laughing with 2 other employees said I would need to repeat everything again So I started to repeat the order and she stopped me after each item like I was slow or something and made me repeat each item, everytime time while laughing with her two coworkers. Finally she said I needed to pull to the side. Mind you it was 1 spicy chicken meal , 1 Vanilla frosty, 1 chocolate frosty and a chili fries. I don't understand the issue. Finally after waiting ten minutes a young guy , one of the 3 that were laughing comes out to give me the food. I asked if there was a problem and why they did not understand what I was asking for. He just laughed and walked away. First of all I do not have any speech impediments and the only reason I can see for this discrimination is that I do not have a southern accent. This is going to have two parts. 1 as a customer. The second as a past employee. 1. I love the Asiago Ranch chicken club. Grilled with light ranch and no tomato. Seems simple right? Half the time they would have it home style or my meat just didn't taste cooked all the way. I absolutely love the drink fountain. Raspberry Lime High C every time!!! But besides that the decor is an amazing improvement from what it was but the staff just seems sorta fake and like half the time they're not "there." The food is amazing but could be better. 2. As an employee that place is so fucking terrible (sorry for language if this bothers you.) The managers are just bitches. Seriously it's insane. I wasn't the best employee. No one is, but I had one main one that the day she met me I tripped over spilt oil, despite having slip resistant shoes they made me pay for instead of the ones perfectly fine I already had from a previous job, told me I should have better shoes. Um okay? Maybe she was in a bad mood. There were times when I would repeat the order to a customer to clarify as any cashier should and once the order was filled told me something was missing, I would apoligize but then also show them the recite and clarify that I also repeated the order (clearly and thoroughly I might add.) that they agreed was correct. The manager then came over and shoved me out the way "casually." apologizing and blaming me and telling me to fix it. Of course since no audi rule for security cameras I couldn't prove wrong so just dealt with her crap. This happened so often it became unbearable! other workers had said they felt bad for me. One time I couldn't reach something that was about 6 feet in the air (ceiling to floor shelves.) I asked a 5'8 coworker to reach it for me being there no stools around. She then said I was taking away from his work and I could do it myself. I'm 5'4 and we had two customers.... OKAY! I also told them when applying I didn't want to work cashier as I have social anxiety and they put me as lead cashier. I then again requested a different position as in fast food most of the time you're pretty much working everywhere it seems. They then put me to drive thru. Because yes, take me away from talking to people to do it for leaving people... Good job. That I tried to push aside as maybe they didn't have any "open positions." Half the time I was ordering food on break it took way too long that half my break was gone it (felt!) like. It was actually about 7 mines after fixing what was messed up every time with my Asiago. The hours were so annoying is when I helped one worker one time mopping the floor cause she had a really bad heart problem (keep in mind I myself have bad lung and heart damage.) and this lasted till closing that they then put my down to close all the time after asking if I'd do it one night. Maybe we misunderstood each other but this just pissed me off. When I worked back window and I gave a woman her change back she returned just to complain I messed up by 1 cent.... Dude really? The coworkers seem so unalive and tbh they were overworked and underpaid for all they do. The hours are craze even for starters and the work is insane. I literally had my boyfriend and mom force me to quit because I couldn't stay awake and I just looked so awful all the time. I was so weak and unwell that this just had me at a breaking point. It was utterly disappointing, the crispy chicken sandwich was soggy like a microwave chicken sandwich and the nuggets even worse, probably was microwave food. Any drive through on exit 50 of I-10 Mississippi is the same way, McDonald's is a little better on this exit, but still almost as bad. Stop at any other exit and you will find a much better drive through. read more

Worst fast-food I have had in a long time. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour, and the burger was slopped together. My drink was only filled up 3/4ths of the way, with most of it being ice. Disgusting. As someone who has worked in fast food I was pissed knowing that these mistakes could easily be remedied with a smidge of CARE! Do not eat at this location. Try the Whataburger up the road. read more
