This Wendy's is a pathetic joke. I've gone there about 4 times. The first time I thought the bad food and service was a fluke. A bad day. Fair enough; can't win everyday. The second time, I figured, they're understaffed and dealing with a few cars, fine. But it's a pattern now. The burgers are always overdone and cold. The cheese isn't melted anymore. It's as if they cook all the burgers in the morning and then leave them under heat lamps. Nothing is made fresh. The fries are always cold and leathery. I have not had a good experience here even one time. This Wendy's should be closed down. The only nice thing about this location is the architecture. The building itself is pretty, and the inside looks like a nice steakhouse. This is not a Wendy's compliment, because they definitely didn't build it. Avoid eating here if you can. read more

Shut it down. Drive thru at 1230 on a Tuesday took 44 minutes. Don't operate locations or experiences like this.

The kid working the window while I went through the drive through was very disrespectful. He said my car was a pos and when I asked him if he had a car he replied no. He then proceeded to call me a very rude name while I drove away. He had glasses and long black wavy hair. read more

Horrible customer service. Messed up my orders multiple times! Asked for separate order and they charge my card for both of them when I specifically stated they're separate orders. If I could do 0 of 5 stars I would. I do not recommend. read more

7/3/21 , Holliday Weekend, during COVID. Line through the entire lot and associate stay positive while very friendly. Fries were crispy, food tasted very fresh. This 5 star was for going above and beyond while under-staffed and with a couple of new folks on the line too. One Love. read more

Employees are rude, we were told we would only get our food if we were "nice" to the woman at the window after she refused to swipe our card simply saying it was declined, which it wasn't. When calling the manager we were told it would be taken care of, but said manager didn't even ask for the name of the employee. Food is acceptable, customer service sucks. read more

A log cabin Wendy's?! I'm not sure if things could get any better. Honestly if you drove past without really looking you wouldn't catch that it's an actually Wendy's. The staff was really friendly. They helped direct someone in my party with the gluten free options with salads and even made sure to give us French fries that were fired in oil dedicated to just fries. After placing our order we found a nice round table that was facing the television they had in the corner. The Vikings game happened to be on so we asked them to switch channels and they were very happy to help. If you happen to see this Wendy's turn around and take a look for yourself! read more

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever witnessed. I ordered my food from the drive up (Covid 19, lobby was closed) as I approach the drive up window I can hear someone coughing uncontrollably from inside. The employee was in the back of the kitchen. I am at the window looking in and here he comes to the front of the store still coughing and he's not covering his mouth. He is openly "gagging" all over the kitchen. I made eye contact with whom I assumed was the manager and just said "Hell no! This is absolutely ridiculous!" I could tell he was a little mortified. I drove off without receiving my food...Extremely disappointing, to say the least. read more

Quite possibly the worse Wendy's ever. The dining room/inside area is never open. Specials advertised on TV are never available. If you have an extra 30 minutes to spare you can always use the drive thru. Against my better judgment I made the mistake of giving this place three or four chances. If no stars was an option this disgrace would warrant the rating. read more

The fanciest Wendy's that you will probably ever go to. It is literally a huge cabin with a common fast food chain inside. Huge, beautiful grand fireplace and everything. The food is what you would expect from a Wendy's, no special added up north flair or anything. Nice rest stop if you need it in Nissan though. read more

Food tastes fine but they're extremely slow all hours of the day, whether busy or not. The drive through guy cant take and order and hand out food at the same time and leaves you waiting at the speaker while he preps to hand out food. Literally 20-40 minutes in the drive through any time of day. Quicker to drive to Brainerd and eat there. I always think they'll be fast because they're not busy, and it never is. This was way before COVID so not a pandemic problem. read more

Terrible! Lobby not open so went to drive thru. Ordered Taco Salad. Get to the pickup window & was told the Chili for salad not ready for another 45 minutes. Told him to cancel order & his manager yelled "Chili is ready". Waited quite awhile for salads. On leaving noticed small fry ordered was not in our bag. Parked & ran up to window, he said fries weren't ready yet but he would run them out to the car. Fries were cold. read more

Really slow service. Worse is they messed up two orders made in the week we were vacationing in the area. Skip this Wendy's. Not worth it.

I do not recommend coming here. The costumer service is terrible. Watching them work in the kitchen, they were not very sanitary. The man taking orders swore at the machine in front of children. It took at least 25 min to get us our very simple order. Keep in mind this is a FAST food restaurant. After all the hassle they also messed up our order. Yikes. Where do I start? Mighty slow and disorganized for a fast food restaurant, especially when only the drive up was open. After the chaos, I dicided it would be a good idea to check my food before I left the lot. Sure enough, they got it wrong. My single cheese was missing the vegies (POTL). I went back to the drive through in an attempt to get it fixed, and the night manager told me they didn't serve it that way. I offered to pay extra and she turned her back on me. The order taker stepped in and told her I ordered it that way. The manager went to a computer screen and stared at it for a while, then came back and told me to wait in the lot because they would need to make a special burger. Eventully it came out (total time from placing my order to getting the burger was 16 minutes). What exactly they did to that burger in all that time I will never know, because there was no way I was going to trust her and eat it. One star might be high for slow service, chaos at the window, wrong order, and argument with the manager, and a "special burger". EPIC FAIL. read more

Well i can certainly see why there is a mcdonalds on every street corner and not a wendys...I stop at this location quite frequently (stoppED) and they maybe get my order right 5 out of 10 times. This time i had had it, i returned with my food and the manager handed me a bag and said "i know why you are here", so no apology of any sort. I handed her back the rest of my food and asked for it to be re-made so it would be fresh and she looked at me like i was crazy! So when she sent the worker back with my burger (she didnt even bring it to me) i told him to send her back. She came back, still no apology, and when i asked for something for the inconvenience, she said "well we gave you your order, right??" yeah the SECOND time!! After a drive thru order and $28.00 later our whole order was messed up. Two of our orders we asked for no lettuce, tomatoes, onions. All came LOADED then the bacon burger had 1 slice of bacon on it. All three sandwiches had a ton of mayo to cover 10 sandwiches. Yuck! Also fries had so much salt on them they were gross too! Get it correct. And these people want $15.00 an hour!? read more
