Stopped to get food on the way to White Cloud on June 30th through the drive thru. For 2 large meals it was 29 bucks, which didn't bother me until the events that followed. First, we got our meals and as we drove away I found that we only had one of the two fries. Turned around, went back to the drive thru and that was easily corrected. Second, the original fries were luke warm at best, not worth eating. Third, the baconator I got tasted like it had sat out for a couple days, by far the driest burger I have ever had from any Wendy's. Fourth, the Coke I got was just colored carbonated water. Fifth and the most disturbing of all of this was when we went back through the drive thru to get the fry that they forgot about there was an individual squatted behind a vehicle in the parking lot that appeared to be strung out projectile vomiting. In conclusion, I would highly suggest avoiding this location. The 1.8 stars it has is being generous. read more

just left the Newaygo Wendys, Coffee was good but the three guys working need to get out of the back room and watch for customers! We had to wait at the counter with no one there and yell for help. Wendy's has the best chicken breakfast sandwich which sounds weird, but it is delicious. They have great bargains on their app.

Absolutely appalling service. I have never been so disgusted at a fast food place as I am at this Wendy's. The food is absolute garbage, the employees don't deserve a job if they're not willing to DO their job. I watched one of the girls pick her ass crack and continue to serve customers without washing their hands. I just left, there's no way I'm eating from here after seeing that. The management NEEDS to be replaced by someone who is actually competent and knows how to hire good workers. Honestly, it amazes me that this place is still running. Just left there. We ordered the 4 for 4 and the 5 for 5. Both sandwiches we got the bun was rock hard. The mayo was so heavy on the sand which that it was running off and all over the paper. The person taking the drive thru orders was not listening. The fries were soggy and gross too. Also they forgot the frosty we ordered. There is no customer service anymore anywhere especially not here! No way they could not feel how Rick hard that bun was. Waste of money. That falls on management and lack of proper training in their jobs. read more

This Wendy's is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Slow as snails service, the food was absolutely terrible, and our drinks tasted very watered down. Our fries were hard. Like, hard to the point that a few of them were impossible to eat. My chicken sandwich was soggy. I couldn't even eat it. I wish I didn't even have to give this place 1 star. read more

I only review people if they really deserve it, good or bad. This Wendy's deserves a negative review for certain. Our kids were given coupons for free frostys on Halloween. We went through the drive through to use them today. The lady working the drive through made my husband buy fries to get the frostys. Why would you sell Halloween coupons for a free frosty to give out to kids as a treat if you're going to make them purchase something with it. To be clear, this was a totally made up "requirement" as the coupons clearly stated all requirements and there was no purchase required stated anywhere on the coupons. I don't understand how this Danielle is still there! Awful to the employees and awful to customers! And of course every time I call to speak with a store manager, she's always on vacation. Worst service ever. In the drive through, waiting 20 minutes. Only person in line. Complained to girl and she just closed the window and walked away. hi, we live here in newaygo and have for a years. we go to all the fast food locations here in town from time to time. we look online for specials and use them to keep our cost down for prepared food. most places abide by their prices listed online, NOT WENDYS !!! double stack burger online price $2.09 , at wendys newaygo $2.69 !! told the manager and she said the price there at the drive thru was what it was going to be ! didnt seem to care that it was currently online at the lower price ! dont expect the prices to be the same as listed online when you get there. they were very rude when asked about it !!!
