Everything about our visit today was horrible. The food was terrible, the service staff were awful and the dining room was dirty. The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty, the trash was over flowing out of the garbage cans. The girl that took out the trash had bedroom slippers on. When our food was ready, no one told us it was our food. No one else was in there, so I figured it was ours. We asked and were told it wasn't. The food sat there for awhile only to be told it was our food. The food was terrible. My salad was awful and the burger was too. We will never return to this location. read more

Horrible service the last 3 times I've gone. Workers act like they hate their job and take their anger out on the customers. Last time I went the cashier got into an argument with a customer because the customer was missing food. Today I picked up lunch and got two meals. Didn't give fries for either meals and the burger in which was asked to be plain had everything on it. I'm very torn on this Wendy's. I prefer to go to Wendy's for the four for four deal, just because I work at a minimum wage job and the four for four is always worth the money. But this particular Wendy's has been back and forth on its staff. A few months ago, I noticed that the staff was very unfriendly. However, recently I've started to enjoy my service there. Whether it's new staff, new management or I just got lucky the last few times with who was on shift, I really enjoyed it. The specific crew member who served me was a young woman of color, and I believe she wore glasses (This was a few weeks ago, so I can't fully remember). DO NOT EAT HERE! We ordered through the app and paid and then walked up to the entrance. Woman on cell phone upfront talked about getting her fair cut on her cell phone with other employees sitting near her on their breaks...talking drug deal? We went into use the bathrooms and then up to the counter. A very nice young lady in uniform greeted us. However, then we saw an older male employee? (no uniform) wearing a ski hat touching chicken nuggets with no gloves on and then picking stuff off the floor and throwing in the garbage can and then resumed touching food without gloves or handwashing. We also saw another non-uniformed staff (?) person come in from outside and go back behind the counter and not wash his hands and return to work. Needless to say we left without our food or money and will NEVER EVER GO BACK. They almost always begin every order at the drive-through with please take a look at the menu for a moment, and I'll be right with you, which is so unnerving because you already know what you want by the time you get up to the drive-through window. Yesterday my son and I went to the drive-through and I got a five dollar biggie bag, and two of my four nuggets were spicy. I hate when you have to check the bag before you leave the restaurant because you can't be sure that they've included all of your items or they've done it correctly. the next to last time that I was there I ordered a lemonade with no ice and instead I got a lemonade with ice. read more

The worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever! My daughter went in here to ask if the dining area was open because there wasn't anyone inside,and one of the employees proceeded to call her a bitch under her breath as if she wouldn't have heard her, for no reason at all. When we complained to the manager all he said was that it was hard to find good staff and that they were all new there. I'm sorry but that doesn't excuse calling a customer a bitch for any reason. My daughter wasn't being rude or did anything to deserve that type of disrespect from some unhappy employee. This was the worst location and experience ever! Going here was just scary. Food was bad, tasted old. Ran by a bunch of teenagers. A teenager worker, not on shift, was running in and out screaming and cussing on the phone. Her and her friend were running in and out of the kitchen... what in the health code violation?! Another worker with a bucket and mop sat directly in the middle of the dining room on his phone for the whole time I was there. I am incredibly disappointed. The first two times we ordered from this location (while we had a VERY long wait-30 min +) the food was great. This time, the wait was only 15 minutes but the food was cold, obviously not cooked "fresh" as promised. Both my husband and myself are sick from the food that we ate tonight. It is deplorable that a restaurant could provide old food that gave food poisoning. I hope that this location can shape up, because it's brand new and the employees deserve a chance. I have been a long time Wendy's customer. My cousin owns quite a few out in Oregon. I know the pride this company has and if they ever found out about the total incompetence, poor service, 20 minute waits for wrong orders and cold food even when there is hardly anyone in the place.... they'd shut it down and wouldn't let them tarnish the name. Went to get something to eat and noticed one of the cooks shaking his long bangs continuously over the food to get them out of his face, touching his hair and face and then touching food. Last time I got food there, I found hair in my chili, so I asked to speak with the manager. He refused at first to come to the window, and I could hear him swearing in the background complaining he had to work and make the food, while there were at least 3 employees standing around doing nothing. After waiting about 5 minutes, I asked to speak with him again and he screamed around the corner, "Why?". When he finally came to the window, he was extremely aggressive, asking again "what was the problem" and I started to explain what I was seeing as he started to walk away. I asked his name, he again asked "why" and refused. I asked a young girl at the window what his name was and she immediately went to him to let him know and he came back yelling and then closed the window. He then came back to the window dancing with both hands up with middle fingers swaying. He walked away again and then came back again and stood at the windows with his back to me. From what I see in the othe reviews this is a major problem and dark stain on the Wendy's brand. Why is nothing being done? Why is this location still in business? read more

Very impressed! The cashier was personable and pleasant, food was ready in a timely manner and most of all the place was so CLEAN!!!! I also saw the cashier out in the dining area cleaning between customer orders. When you compare this to one of the "other" fast food burger restaurants in town it is "night and day" and oh so appreciated! My friends and I walked in to order food and were greeted by a very friendly cashier. We had to wait a few minutes on the fries and nuggets and we were fine with that, but the cashier who I believe may have been the manager was super nice and apologized for the wait and gave us something for it.
