I had called multiple places but they were at least $15. It was very busy when I walked in at 6:40PM (they close at 7PM), but I only waited about 5-10 minutes. The whole process took about 20 minutes as you have to soak it, but they did a thorough job. This salon is like any typical nail salons- nothing high end, but attentive employees. It has a very family-like atmosphere where customers converse with one another, with employees, etc.

My nails definitely missed Tammy while we were sheltered in place! They are doing a wonderful job at the shop to make us all feel safe in this uncertain time. There is hand sanitizer available at every station, everyone wore a mask, they are currently operating by appointment only, and they have plexiglass dividers between the customer and employee. All work stations are properly spaced so that we could all practice social distancing. This put my mind at ease! I got a pedicure and dip powder on my nails. I left feeling very relaxed. They are very reasonably priced and I highly recommend them to everyone. They have a lot of dip colors to choose from and Tammy is always adding new colors to their inventory.

The water was just right, the chair comfortable and some music. By the way, it was Valentine's Day. The whole process was pretty incredible and very relaxing. The staff hospitable and fun. And their prices are lower than the other places that I have been. $25 gets you a basic pedicure, and $45 will get you a spa pedicure with hot stones. I would have liked to have gotten the spa pedicure with aromatherapy; however, the only scent that was available was lavender. Not my fave, hence the 4 stars. Appointments are not necessary, but I recommend having one. Also, please note that they do not take credit/debit cards. Only cash. But they do have an onsite ATM in the event that you forget that little detail

To start off...the employees are very, very nice. Upon walking in I received the most welcoming greeting I've ever received from a nail salon. And guess what???? - I wasn't *systematically* told to pick out a color!! Thank you!!! I noticed that them being nice was consistent with all customers, which is great. I was seated right away. Yes, the chairs are comfortable, but old. There are seven spa chairs. I didn't scan all chairs, but I noticed one had several rips in the seat. I opted for the $35 spa pedicure - as a treat. I got the lemon scent and I could actually smell the scent, which was great. However, there wasn't much to the exfoliating grains. I thought the pedicure itself was OK. There was a couple of things the technician didn't do that I thought (after all these years) was part of the norm. But not her's. In the end my toe nails were cut and shaped nicely. The manicure was also OK. The cut and shaping was OK. I think more effort could have gone into making sure the length among all nails was equal and that they were well shaped. I opted for no polish and short nails - this is how I roll w/ my fingernails. I did request a buffed shine. And after two attempts to get a descent shine, the technician was finally able to find the proper tool. I appreciated her persistence to deliver. If you're looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy not just the services, but also the environment, I don't think this is it. It feels like "all about business"...sit down, get the service you want, pay, and hope to see you next time! The place is small, looks overcrowded, unorganized, and unkept.

A third employee came and took back one additional person just to ask if she had chosen a color. He then sat on his phone for the remaining time I was there, possibly taking a well deserved break however it was misleading why he was sitting there and almost helping clients. I waited 50 minutes. No one spoke to me. They were sitting guests at chairs and turning water on for pedicures but leaving them to sit for 20-30 minutes but not working on theI left. Will not return.

I asked for a gel manicure. The guy didn't even cut my cuticles, soak my nails or anything. Not to mention he wasn't paying attention when he was filing my nails down with the machine and cut my finger, and pretended like I didn't see the blood. If you don't want business just say that.
