Colored hair completely the wrong shade & white hair still showed through on beard & head. Was referred here by a client of theirs but they wouldn't take off the $15 for the referral, nor were they willing to work with us. Didn't say we could use it the next time either. Have loved Fritz's for many years. Lauren Smith gives the best haircut in town! Schedule in advance because they book quickly.

Worst customer service from top to bottom. I took my son here as a treat/break from the local walk-in barbers. However, he was treated poorly. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I was under the impression this was an upscale salon. Hardly. Great Clips is better! And less than 1/2 the price. I almost called the owner to complain. read more
