When I went into the shop it had a very welcoming and homey feel to it. I loved the style of the place. There were three hairdressers and they were all very fun and pleasant to be around. Joking around and having a good time. I saw Anita and showed her a pic of what I wanted. She took me back and put the foil on my hair. After putting the foil on I sat and waited for it to turn. (She didn't put me under the dryer much to preserve the integrity of hair.) My hair went through such a drastic change that she recommended that we use a carotene protein pack to restore some of the protein and keep it healthy. (Highly recommended! It left my hair awesome!) After a cut and blow dry I finally put my glasses on and WOW! My hair was amazing!! I'll post a before and after pic, but WOW!! I highly recommend this place and these women! They are talented women who provide a great experience!!!

A simple response, an acknowledgment, an apology, or even a conversation would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unheard.
