I found this little cute salon after going to have dinner a few spots away. They have really good reviews on FB, so I decided to call and make an appointment to fix a cut that had gone wrong from a month prior. I was off the day I called to make an appointment, so was praying I could get in that day...and I was!! A couple hours after my call I walked in and was greeted by Michelle, who was extremely friendly. Not only was she nice, but she knew her stuff and really dug in to know my hair routine and problems. How do I typically wear my hair? How often do I shampoo? Did I notice shedding after my baby? And many more. This all culminated in the perfect cut. She not only was able to fix my cut, but designed it in a way that would allow my hair to fall into the perfect pony (which is how I wear my hair 90%) of the time. Michelle really took the time to get to know me and my hair needs, and I truly appreciate that. I may be low maintenance, but I know the value of a great cut. I walked away knowing that I had found my new stylist! It really just brightened up my day!! Not only that, less than a week after my cut, I get a handwritten postcard from Michelle thanking me for coming in. Are you serious? When I went into the shop it had a very welcoming and homey feel to it. I loved the style of the place. There were three hairdressers and they were all very fun and pleasant to be around. Joking around and having a good time. I saw Anita and showed her a pic of what I wanted. She took me back and put the foil on my hair. After putting the foil on I sat and waited for it to turn. (She didn't put me under the dryer much to preserve the integrity of hair.) My hair went through such a drastic change that she recommended that we use a carotene protein pack to restore some of the protein and keep it healthy. (Highly recommended! It left my hair awesome!) After a cut and blow dry I finally put my glasses on and WOW! My hair was amazing!! I'll post a before and after pic, but WOW!! I highly recommend this place and these women! They are talented women who provide a great experience!!!
