    This place is awful. No matter how many times they shut it down and try to remodel it still stinks. Wanda is phenomenal but every other employee there has a venom for the public. $13 salad and I have something that is not edible not to mention they less left half the ingredients out of the bag. Do not go to this place. Had not been coming in years and then recently thought I'd get a baked potato in a hurry and then today I didn't have time to cook but it's disgusting it needs to be shut down.

    Was supposed to be a bacon double stack with no ketchup, add mustard. What I got was lots of ketchup, no bacon, no mustard.

    Can I leave 0 stars? This place is the absolute worst fast food place in Mount Pleasant. I like Wendy's ok and sometimes the fries are hot and sometimes they aren't. I get it - it's fast food. This particular time they got the order wrong anyhow and forgot to give me my drinks. ( I suppose the drinks could be blamed on me since I was so disgusted and displeased with the rudeness of all the employees I encountered that I finally just drove off). I placed an order through the mobile app and it said to go to the drive-thru to pick it up. As soon as I said I had a mobile order the rude lady said oh you have to come inside to get those. There were two cars ahead of me so nothing for me to do but wait. I explained the mobile app stated to go to drive-thru. She said that's the rule you have to come inside. Then another lady got in the speaker and told me the same thing and I could hear the first lady yelling in the background 'I told him he need to come inside'. I asked for a manager and was told I need to come inside for that too. By this time I finally got to the window and when the manager finally made her way to the window she told me they were short staffed (it's been two years - can ever fast food restaurant quit using this excuse for rude service? I understand it might take longer and service might be slower but it is not an excuse for being rude to customers. She also told me that they did a remodel and even though the app says to go to drive through their rule is to come inside. I have no idea how parking and coming inside once I was already in line and had pre-ordered through the mobile app would help them address the problem of being short staffed. Makes no sense. The manager finally passes my order through the window and as she is explaining her 'rule' another employee standing behind her is mocking me and laughing as she disputes what I'm telling manager. She then began to pull out her phone to record me. I could care less if she records me but what she should have recorded was how the employees treat customers and use it as a training tool to improve customer service. Every single employee I encountered was EXTREMELY RUDE and should not be employed in any job that requires interaction with customers. This particular Wendy's has ALWAYS seemed to struggle having a team that was not rude, nasty and completely unprofessional and that was way before COVID. Whoever owns this particular location needs to find a way to hire employees that aren't nasty and rude to customers and that can read an order and make the order as it was ordered. I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's EVER! If you are struggling as the owner is suggest reaching out to Chik-fil-a for advice because their employees always seem to be kind no matter which location you go to. It's all about hiring the right people, training them properly and then enforcing it. Maybe you should hire only former chick-fil-a employees? I usually don't take the time to leave this lengthy of a review or contact corporate but I did both in this case. Absolutely deplorable!

    overcharged for biggie bag. listed at $5.00, charged $6.00. when pointed out to employee was told ohh well, it's wrong. poor service in a dying industry
