The meat was also overcooked, with a lot of burnt pieces throughout, making the sandwich very dry. When I called to let the manager know, he insisted nothing was wrong with the peppers and made me feel like I was mistaken. He said they could remake the sandwich only if I brought it back with the receipt, but with Thanksgiving tomorrow, I wasn't able to return. I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable -- just to be heard -- but the interaction left me feeling dismissed. I wanted to give this place a fair chance, but after this experience, I won't be coming back again.

It was soo slow the car behind me decided to back up and leave the drive thru. I was given my food and told everything is in the bag. Big mistake for me not checking the bag. Last time I got food here they forgot my fries. I went back to get my nuggets and didn't feel like waiting another 15 minutes so I asked for a refund. Drove to the Carl's Jr 3 miles away, got my food correct and got back home in under 15 minutes total, and that's including the drive there. My question is how do you use AI and only have the responsibility to prepare the food and make sure it's in the bag and you still can't get it right. Save 15 minutes and go to another Carl's Jr or get food somewhere else. My refund took longer than going to another place.
