She was shockingly ignorant and rude from the start, barely able to speak understandable English, which created unnecessary confusion. When I calmly pointed out her clear mistake, she exploded into full aggression--raising her voice, acting confrontational, and turning hostile--all over her own fault. This kind of vicious rudeness and aggressive attitude is completely inexcusable from any employee.
