Birria tacos and Mexican Coke. Just do it…read more The birria tacos come 4 to an order and they are thick with layers of queso cheese melted in between then deep fried. Onion, cilantro, limes and hot sauce come on the side as does a cup of consommé for dipping. Round that out with a glass bottle of Mexican Coke and you've just tasted heaven one cheesy layer at a time. We enjoyed our tacos and Coke's outside. They have several tables and chairs under a large metal awning. As some of the other reviews mentioned the prices are a little high but the quality and quantity of food that you get makes it worth every penny. Now go and get you some!

Discovering this amazingly aromatic, mouth-watering delicious Indian restaurant has truly been the highlight of our unexpected hotel stay in Fort Stockton after being towed in here following an Interstate 10 West mechanical breakdown. Not an ingredient that I…read morewould expect a restaurant to cut costs with and that's usually the bulk of this dish so was very surprising and disapointing . They usually make it with dairy cream here but made it without upon request. It was mostly broth and tasted like tomato soup or something from a can and It didn't have much in the way of Indian spices. I was trying to imagine it with the cream added and it seemed like it would be worse unless they premixed a load of spices in that cream. The samosas were definitely better so if I had to eat here again on a road trip I would just get a bunch of those. They also have vegan dal with lentils but I haven't tried that. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! My husband ordered a hamburger, and I ordered a steak quesadilla. I wanted tamales but was told they didn't have any. They really don't have a menu, just some faded signs with no prices on the outside of the trailer, so we asked what all they had. We ordered our food not knowing the cost for any item. We were told the price of $24.00 for the hamburger, steak quesadilla, and two Mexican Cokes!! We were shocked at the expensive price! We waited about 10 minutes for the food. When the order was ready, we realized the food came with fries and a jalapeño. It STILL wasn't worth $24.00. The hamburger was very light-weight and was like one you would get at a concession stand at a ball game, not a restaurant. The Mexican Cokes were not cold and needed a bottle opener to open them, so I had to walk back to the food trailer and ask them to open them for us. The quesadilla was good but didn't come with salsa, and we weren't offered any. The food wasn't bad, just not worth $24.00!!
