I have purchased two double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. All tasted as expected. I do have an issue. So I am on a road trip and decided to stop here to get something quick. Little did I know I was going to get a large confetti of onion on my lap. So I have a pile of chopped onions on my lap. Terrible! Very unprofessional staff and dirty restaurant. Employees off-shift, walked in to restaurant, out of uniform, straight into kitchen/food prep area, where they were distracting, touching other employees, touching what should be sanitized food prep surfaces! Stood at register for at least 5mins with no acknowledgement. Leadership, review video 11/13/2022, 1430-1500hrs. Why are off-shift employees allowed in kitchen/food prep areas? This McDonald's had clean restrooms and a nice staff. The food tasted like any other McDonald's. We ordered on the kiosk so we didn't have much interaction with the staff. There was an older woman who delivered our food to our table, she was friendly and did her job well read more

This particular establishment does not deserve any stars. I arrived with my husband for lunch and we did not get out of there for a hour. The most incompetent people from the manager on works there. There effectively is no management. A conveyor belt broke down and all of the employees were talking and yuking it up until they finally noticed and by then a bunch of food was wasted and then the manager really didn't react. Stopped here for breakfast early one morning on the way home. Place was clean and organized. You have to order on a computer screen. Very none personal due to new technology. Price is the same but less people and no cost savings to the customer. The sandwich was over cooked. The excuse was it is prepackaged and that is the way it is. Saw a employee drop a wrapped breakfast burrito on the floor, pick it up look to see if any (customers) noticed. It should've been trashed and new gloves. This person then starts refilling the trays with mc muffins, scrambled egg squares etc. The germs are on her gloves, from the wrapper, from the floor. I rate a 1 because it won't let me rate a zero. I'm only putting one star because there's no option for none. This is the worst McDonald's. we've been across three states already visited at least five this is by far the worst one. We placed our order the first time with a male employee through the drive-through. Got to the first window to pay and that employee didn't have our order so we had to place our order get a second time. And we got to pick up our order and they got the order wrong. we were missing stuff on top of our orders were wrong on top of we didn't even get any ketchup no mayonnaise no ranch nothing any chicken nuggets and mayonnaise or ranch nothing. Allow me to start by saying that my expectations of any McDonalds are quite low, however, this one is arguably the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Unbelievably slow service, stale hamburger buns, next to no ice in our drinks, ice cream machine was broken, fries were cold and soggy, and the chicken nuggets were the consistency of a dried cow patty. When I asked for a packet of mustard the girl at the window looked at me like I had three heads. The bright spot of our trip had to of been the straws and napkins as they were unused. read more
