When you pull up Yelp in this region of poor cell phone coverage, it will lead you to places that are closed or not ones you'd want to visit. This Wendy's is an exception. It is clean, great friendly staff and very convenient as you get fuel, ice cream and other items found in gas station stores. There is plenty of seating, clean restrooms and TVs. VERY upset, the first problem I had was the girl at the window not giving me the correct amount of money back. The second problem was that she did not give ranch, after i expressed multiple times that i wanted ranch and needed extra. The third problem was how sloppy my friends sandwich was put together. The cheese was chunky. Believe me I know, that when working at a fast food place you try to be fast, and the sandwiches might not always be super pretty, but there was NO ONE in line. The way this sandwich was is no excuse for trying to be fast. This is just straight bad work ethic. VERY displeased about the service this morning at Wendys. read more

Well let's be clear. We were just coming through. As I can from using the facilities I saw my mom with her arms crossed. The lady who was the manager was rude to my mother stating how she wouldn't allow us to eat inside without a mask. Also, note there was two couples who did not have masks on while eating. Then she stated how the State of AR Health Department "required" masks which is a damn lie because the CDC and by federal codes state it is a "suggestion". This lady was raising her voice and had a power trip. I was G rated but people need to suggesting and not requiring, because it was not professional at all. Maybe train your leaders to better handle situations and how they use their times. I will be damn to use a Wendy's. Trust me I live in Houston where COVID19 is going up. That was damn ridiculous. Teach the lady who to talk to others. We went to a McDonald's doe the roadway and where greatly wicked amazing. So corporate needs to see this bullshit! Have a nice day! I've been going here a long time. It is now by far, the worst wendys I have ever eaten at in my life. My oder is constantly wrong, takes forever to get food and the people there don't pay attention to anything. I had to go in cause they gave me the wrong order. Nicest Wendy's I've ever been to. Employees constantly washing hands & cleaning. Very friendly staff with quick service. My burger was made by someone who took pride in their work. The burger was neat. I eat out every day & it's a rare occasion to get s burger that doesn't have its contents flattened & running out of the wrapper. What a nice lunch surprise ! I've been to this Wendy's several times and for the past two years it has steadily going downhill. Every time I go in there nearly all the tables are dirty and the staff are standing around doing nothing or they are goofing off in the kitchen. There are tiles missing from the wall in many places. Usually I will see dead flies on windowsills just inches from where your eating. A good indication of how bad it's gotten is you never see local cars in the parking lot. It's always cars with out-of-state tags. Ask for the food it's Wendy's food. I question how clean it is in the kitchen but the food taste like all Wendy's. read more

On more than one occasion, I have purchased salads from Wendy's in Mena, Arkansas, and not gotten what is supposed to be on or in the salad. Today, I did not get the cheese that comes on the Apple Pecan Chicken salad, and the last time I bought one, I did not get the pecans! I even had to remind the person bagging my order, to give me the nuts that come with the salad, after he had forgotten. I have almost discontinued eating there, since I do not usually check my food until I am home, and that is 40 minute and 25 miles away. I also would think, when asked if I am taking it or eating in, and I reply, taking it with me, they would insert forks in the bag to eat the salads with.
