This Taco Bell is a combination with KFC. The bonus to going here is that you can enjoy both restaurants in one location. The staff is generally friendly and there's plenty of parking and a drive thru. I've had Taco Bell all around the US and something here just tastes off. The beans or seasoning or something just doesn't taste right. They are often short staffed and wait times can be excessive. One time I waited nearly 40 minutes for a 3 item order. The lobby is often in need of tidying up as well. Additionally, you can order KFC on the website but this location is not available on the Taco Bell app. They are in desperate need of additional staff and a renovation. read more

Everytime we come here it's extremely slow service, the drive through is even worse. At this point they either need new staff or shut down.

Ordered burrito supreme combination number 3. Big guy at counter took my order. Asked him to add sour cream. He said already comes with it. Received meal. Opened up burrito. Moved ingredients around and wife and I found no sour cream. Went back to counter. Showed guy there was no sour cream on it. He said there was. He did offer to take it back to add some but weary what he might add to my food. So decided to just eat supreme the way it was. Maybe they put all the ingredients in a blender and slop on tortilla? There was nothing white in tortilla like pictures show of their food. Not worth arguing with the gentleman at front. Even had to ask for mild sauce package. Most Taco Bell's have out for you to get. They keep it behind counter at this location and you have to tell them how many packages to give you. Have they had issues with customers stealing them? Finally, big water spill at front. Lady finally mopped it up, but when I went up for refill almost fell on water. She never even put out yellow sign of spill. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Remember customer is always right. When I arrived I thought I was in the wrong place and was looking for Taco Bell as all I saw was KFC and almost left. Someone finally showed up at the counter and I said, "never mind, I thought I was pulling in to Taco Bell." They told me it was both. I placed my order for the new item on the Vegetarian Menu, Black Bean Crunch Supreme. Got my drink and waited for my meal. When I sat down and took the first bite it did not taste like Black Beans and I thought Taco Bell was maybe trying their hand at vegetarian burger. Well it didn't taste good at all so I took it to the counter and asked if they put vegetarian burger in it or if that was beef? She said they didnt have vegetarian burger so it must be beef. I said that someone must have goofed. I have never eaten meet in my life and have no intention of ever starting. I do not appreciate it when people do not pay attention to their food preparation order. They were kind enough to correct it. But I never was given the receipt so yelp is my only outlet. This place is probably the worst establishment in the restaurant business. We waited for 12 minutes in the drive through while 6 cars behind us got their food. I had to specify our order to this crackhead lady about 3 times. After waiting for 12 minutes, she told me to make sure it was correct. Not to mention they left the food out and it became cold by the time we got it. Not only did it take forever, the ingredients tasted awful and our cheesy Gordita had nothing but a little bit of meat, cheese and lettuce. You guys suck. read more

Stopped here on a road trip. Something about that Bell that just gets you when you are on a road trip haha. It's like taco bell doesn't count (with your eating) when you are away from home haha. Anyways, food was the same as always. Service was sooooo slow. It was kind of crowded, but it still shouldn't have taken as long as it did.
