A little communication would have gone a long way. Even a "hey, sorry it took so long" would have made a difference. Unfortunately, the quality of the food simply isn't enough to overcome the service, and there are other places who serve great burgers at a better price. It's hard to justify coming here when there are better options nearby.

Photo below, but I ordered a Diet Coke and when I tested it at home, it turned out to be regular soda. Not a big deal for most people, and somebody may have just misunderstood or loaded the machine wrong, but either way my order as confirmed on my receipt was not what I actually received. Next time, I will be testing the drink in the drive thru so that I can actually get what I ordered instead of driving home and being out the money.
