I politely told the staff and she replied across the restaurant "what do you want me to do the fuck" i replied and said I thought this was a family restaurant and do you normally talk like that around children and she continued to go off screaming "the fuck" several times I asked her what the hell was wrong with her and she said what the fuck do u want me to do if it's bothering you im welcome to get it myself!! All infront of my 2 kids!! I asked for her management info and she told me to do my research and look it up on facebook so here I am!!! I still haven't been acknowledged by any upper management!!! The bread not as soft as imagined but overall not a bad stop. But have some time on your hands. The staff were nice. And I was definitely thinking, "There's no way all of this works on a baked potato." This place is proof that you should never judge a baked potato by its menu. The potato was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous and thoughtfully balanced, and somehow everything just worked. The portions are big enough that you could easily share (though you may not want to). Friendly staff, efficient service, and a meal that exceeded expectations. When I pulled into the…read moredrive-through on the right-hand side, I sat there for about 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention. When I finally did, I was told that side is only for mobile delivery orders and that I couldn't place an order there. So I had to drive all the way around the building again just to get into the left-hand drive-through lane. After finally placing my order, I circled around and watched at least seven cars on the mobile delivery side get their food before even one person in the regular drive-through received theirs. It honestly felt like mobile orders were being prioritized far above the customers who were actually waiting in line. I understand mobile orders are convenient, but the balance at this location was completely off. The wait, lack of communication, and lopsided prioritization made the whole visit disappointing. I hope they improve the flow and customer experience for everyone, not just the mobile lane. The only thing good about this visit was the food was still Chick-fil-A standard.

The restrooms were just as clean and the soap and towels were full. The young lady in the dining room was very attentive and asked me several times while I waited for my food if I was good. It did take me about 7mins to get a basic burger with fries, I added jalapeños and that was it. The fries were mid at best. The burger is tasty and I dipped it in the creamy pepper sauce. Overall it was a good experience and I would try it again to see how their ice cream is. It almost compares to Freddy's but gets edged out with the flavor.
