Manager is very very rude. I'm honestly surprised they're still up and running. I'm surprised that no one has fired the manager. When I tried to ask for a receipt she gave me a nasty attitude and act like it was my fault because she couldn't find the order. For as long as we waited in line I would've expected the food to have been fresher then it was, 27 min in a McDonald's drive thru shouldn't be allowed. By far the worst experience I've ever had this past Monday around 3pm. Might I add I work in the area so I normally go here everyday for a chocolate shake and French fry. This time around my chocolate shake was clearly a vanilla shake with maybe small remnants of chocolate. When I went back through the drive thru to politely ask for a new chocolate shake, since the one I had even tasted like vanilla. The girls at the window were so nasty about it, I quickly parked to go inside to ensure they didn't spit in it (that's how nasty their tones were). I again had to explain it to a girl with long corn rolls, who rolled her neck, eyes and then turned her back on me as I was speaking to her. I've never been so calm and patient in my life in response to nastiness. It's one thing not to be friendly...but to give me an attitude over a shake when the machine clearly hasn't been primed....wth? She then changes the bag and now gives me what looks like a chocolate milk shake with half a bottle of syrup in it. I then asked if I could have my money back because that's clearly not right. She practically yelled at me that I said I wanted it chocolatey....no I said I didn't want vanilla. Please get new people because every person aside from the girl who communicated to the cornrow chick that the machine needed to primed was grouped up (there was at least 7-10 associates just standing there , no line in the drive thru, no hair nets, no gloves...just dirty finger nails and nastier attitudes. I will definitely be following up with the General manager once my busy week concludes. I will never go to that location again and I don't recommend anyone else. The service was terrible. I can't eat any of the toppings on the burgers so I order plain. I park in the reserved area like I was told. I get my food and it has cheese and I can't have cheese. I ask them to take it back and please make me one without cheese. This time they make it without cheese and they put on the other toppings I can't eat. If I didn't check my order I would probably be feeling sick now. I couldn't send it back because I was already on my way home. After sitting a long line at the drive through my wife ordered 20 nuggets with sweet & sour, & honey mustard sauces with fries. At the window the employee had no idea what the order was. My wife told him. He gave her the bag, but only had 12 nuggets. She told him, then he completed the order. She got half way home and decided to check order, no sauces at all. She had to turn around drive back, park, go inside, stand in line to get the sauces. She told them what happened, he gave her 1 of each sauce. that for 20 nuggets. NO APOLOGY. Pictured is my sausage biscuit. September 21, 2018 at approximately 730 in the morning I ordered a sausage biscuit meal in the drive-through at this location. The drink and the hashbrowns were correct but they handed me a biscuit with cheese. Not only is that the wrong order, but who eats a biscuit with just a piece of cheese on it? This is the second time THIS WEEK that this location has robbed me of my money. Earlier this week I ordered the same exact meal and received only the biscuit and drink. Mind you I am a consistent repeat customer to the point where the cashiers even recognize me. I have written reviews about this location in the past and unfortunately they continue to just be the poorest McDonald's I think I've ever been to. It's really sad that the children and adults that work at this McDonald's have such a poor work ethic and take no pride in anything they do. I don't know if it's a management issue with this particular unit but it has been in this location for a long time and it is never been very good. If anyone from this McDonald's actually reads any of these reviews (I doubt it) then please take the time to sit your employees down and find out who really wants to work and who really wants to go home because that's what it boils down to. Not the first time they have messed my order up. Tonight we went in after family time at the fair. Yes we had a large order, but waiting 30 minutes at the drive thru is ridiculous. I even went inside to see what was taking so long, since we watched car after car receive their order and leave. We finally got our food, and go home only to find that we were missing a meal and my son's southern chicken sandwich consisted of a chicken filet with 3 pickles on a small bun. I'm like Sidney - I don't usually review fast food chains because who really sees it - but I will sleep better tonight knowing that this review will likely be seen by someone local who may have been tempted to waste their money at this "business." They consistently have a line wrapped around the building, and it's not because they are rocking and rolling, it's because they are INCOMPETENT and slow. Over the holidays, I was sick as a dog and after spending two hours in the waiting room at the doctor's office, all I wanted was an iced coffee. Obviously, I wasn't driving the 10 miles to the nearest Starbucks, so I decided to try (for seriously the last time) to see if McDonalds could get it right just this once. Apparently, it's too difficult for them to get a $1.94 order correct. I ordered an iced coffee and got a hot coffee, then when I told the girl I ordered it iced, she POURED HOT COFFEE OVER ICE and handed me a cup with 1.5 ice cubes in it. I should have thrown it back at her, but I was so exhausted (and frankly, not surprised and irritated at myself for going in the first place) that I just drove off and dumped it in the next trash can. Ugh...it's still infuriating a month later. I kind of want to go order one now to throw it back at them, but I guess that would be rude. Long story longer, just don't go here. The Higher Powers of Old McDonald need to intervene. The manager HAS GOT to be completely clueless. read more

I work close to this location, and perhaps have given them one chance too many to disapoint me. I've seen the manager rush out the doors and puke off the guardrail, she let out a huge bellow of laughter afterward. I was given a mickey dee's 1 dollar gift card for change. And I have had to get in line again after I was shorted hashbrowns. Sometimes they would just throw extra stuff in the bag knowing they'd screw it up. I am really not hard to please and I don't expect a lot from fast food, but this place is the worst! My last visit: Order a Shamrock Shake, 4 piece nugget, and a small fry. There was no cars at the speaker. I ordered and pulled forward. There were 3 cars in front of me. After about 5 minutes the first car got their food (not a ton, probably one meal by the size of the bag), the second car, another 5 minutes for their one small bag, third car another 5 minutes for an Ice cream sundae, then another 5 minutes for me. All said it took about 20 minutes to get my food. A ZERO STAR rating is necessary for this establishment in McDonough. I am a former employee at this "fast food" restaurant. I speak for myself when I say that the attitude of management and associates are far from considerate and empathetic. I quit this job because I found a better opportunity and to that I received the attachment submitted. The question isn't why did I still come back, it's why hasn't this issue changed over four years. Kevin Sawyer and Quanna Williams-Sawyer, in my opinion, are far too comfortable with what they get away with. I would very much appreciate if the owner, Muriel Powell, could acknowledge these constant issues. As an employee, management was tolerable because I chose to bite my tongue, In fear of losing my job. Overall, this establishment isn't good enough to spend money on nor is it a good environment to make money at. Please don't encourage their ruthless, selfish behavior. read more
