This Wendy's is nasty. I normally wouldn't bother writing a review for a fast food chain but I'm doing it more as a warning for you not to waste your money at this location. The bathrooms are disgustingly gross - poop on the seat. The food was gross as well. I mobile ordered a Parmesan Chicken Caesar salad. The parm was rank and smelly. The minute I opened the container, the car was permeated with a smell that I can only compare it with throw up smell. I couldn't eat it. The nuggets were hard and chewy and the fries were cold. This was during dinner hour and not some late night snack where maybe the food would be sitting there. Avoid eating here. read more

Drive-through worker was incredibly rude. Asked for a basic burger and was told to look at the menu. Asked for the drink options because I have difficulty reading the menu and was told to look at the menu. Finally placed my order and received it lukewarm with part of it missing and no sauce or straws ... I ordered a biggie bag and they gave me three chicken nuggets. I told them I was missing my sauce and they went as far enough to question me about it. I had to dump out the bag to prove that I did not have it and then they finally gave me the sauce. RUN don't walk AWAY from this establishment! DRIED po*p sprayed all over bathroom. The water damage and mold in this place is unbelievable, a true health hazard to walk into, poor workers! Can you imagine the condition of the kitchen? The air vents were COVERED in mold, right above the dining tables. Mold dusted meal anyone? No hair nets, and poor hygiene practice amongst the workers. Had a great experience at this Wendy's on my roadtrip! Older gentleman at the counter was super nice and made sure my order was perfect!

We went here to pick up an order for dinner and used the app to order and picked up at the drive thru. We are staying 5 minutes from the restaurant. We each ordered the 4 items menu. The fries were warm and very little salt My wife's cheeseburger was hot and fresh. My Ckn sandwich wax barely warm but it was fresh. Our nuggets were fresh and tasty but not very hot and I didn't get the pepper Ranch dipping sauce I ordered. Overall not a great experience and I expect more from Wendy's. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DRIVE THROUGH! Every time I stop to purchase food items, I have to check my order due to the in capability of the staff from the pay window to pickup window, to get the order CORRECT. I paid $10+ for a strawberry frosty and a taco salad without Salsa. After opening the salad there was NO chili or side items in it let alone dressing but when I asked for extra sour cream, I got a lot of packets! At least they got that right! No lettuce for sandwiches, so the wife had to request to take from salad lettuce just to get some. I go with the Baconator, which I've had a million times, and it comes with 2 half strips of bacon on a bun obviously from the Walmart next door. I've had better burgers from gas station refrigerators. Pathetic. read more

The restaurant does not have a self serve soda machine and they will not allow you to get your own refills. The cashier was sweating profusely and I was hesitant to let her touch my cup. I waited patiently anyways for a refill and I was completely ignored. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's. read more

Ok, it's a Wendy's. You'll get the basic Wendy's food. I do like the Baconator! But lord...I was struck by the rancid smell of spoiled milk the minute I walked in. So I don't know if it was a cleaning issue or what. But I got my food to go. Which I didn't want to do because I was on a long road trip and wanted to sit somewhere besides my truck for a while. The inside area was picked up and clean. So I don't know where that smell came from. It's got an impossible on/off exit from the main highway. A drive through I should have taken. There is nothing fast or clean about this fast food restaurant. Bathrooms are 1 holers and not particularly clean. Paper towel roll sat on the sink soaking up the splash from washing. The fries looked they were made from old bruised potatoes and were burnt to cover for it. Don't stop here if traveling. read more

We eat at this Wendy's twice a year -- the day or so before July 4th and the day or so before Thanksgiving on our way to visit family. It's always swamped and takes forever. Susi at the register was nice, but she's doing about 3 jobs. We were there 35 minutes before our order was taken, and another 10 to get our food. I'm guessing it's busier right before holidays, but it seems like extra staff could be scheduled for these predictable busy times. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The fries were cold and stale, which I don't know how you accomplish serving stale food when the restaurant was so busy. I ordered a cheeseburger just as it comes in the menu, so I was surprised to get a DRY burger with no lettuce, tomato, or any condiments on it!!! They had very slow service even in the drive through line. I went inside to swap my burger, and the line of people waiting to order inside was all the way through the restaurant. So I kept my dry plain burger and opted for this review. Waste of my $9!!!! read more

Had lunch here for the first time. The place wasn't very busy which is often a bad sign for a fast food restaurant. Much to my surprise, the spicy chicken club sandwhich was fresh and made to order. Very much to my surprise, the fries were fresh and cooked to just the right doneness. Staff was nice and friendly. Definitely exceeded my expectations! read more

As far as fast food goes, it's pretty good. The burgers are always great, the fries sometimes are WAY too salty, but otherwise pretty decent. The place is clean, it is BEAUTIFULLY cool inside. It's nice to have a place in town that isn't trying to bake you even when it's 100+ outside. Comfortable atmosphere, prices are fair, and like I said, as far as fast food goes, one of the best in town outside of Braum's. read more
