Here is the problem: the new owners have changed up how or when food is prepared and this is no longer a "fast food" restaurant. I could go in a sit-down restaurant and be done eating a meal there before I'd get my food here. if you do the drive thru you'd better plan on spending at least 30 minutes waiting before you even get to the order board and another 10-15 minutes after that to get to the pickup window. And God forbid you get your mobile order all at once. Hot food and drinks will be brought car side and you'll wait another 15 minutes for any Blizzards or ice creams to be brought out. By the time you get the order home the hot food is cold. So, yeah, 2 stars and that is due to the Herculran effort of the kids working there.
