The food was cold, and obviously had been sitting out for a while, and obviously not under a water or anything. I asked for ranch and got barbecue sauce. A really really good Wendy's. Food was hot and very tasty. "Z" took my order and he is so cool. Presents himself as very happy. I spilled my drink at the drink counter and asked him for a towel. So I ended up here at this Wendy's unintentionally again while traveling and had a better experience. The manager and employees were nice, there was no wait, my food was hot, and we got a fab deal on a Frosty. The Freestyle machine's touchscreen was kinda messed up though, not very responsive but I eventually got the drink I wanted. And there was this old lady in the dining room that was annoying but it wasn't Wendy's's fault. I was also pleased to find a health score of 99 affixed to the wall. 4 stars for this second experience so rounding up to 3 for now! read more

Breakfast Sandwiches overall were fine. We came on Wednesday morning, parking lot empty, only 1 other car in line. I ordered three #3, and one #2. It looked fine on the screen. I mentioned an orange juice but i guess she did not hear me, no problem, i ordered it again at the window. I got my food and it was all cold and I only got 3 sandwiches. So i asked for them if they can heat it up or get me hot ones and charge me for another sand which, because I was missing one. They told me to pull up to wait, no problem. After running my card 3 times & reviewing my order...We got our food and drove off...only to then open our bag to THREE #2 and ONE #3. I understand it doesn't take much to qualify to work for Wendys...but dang, you literally have to purposefully ignore me to get my order wrong this bad. Great visit this time. Food was hot and fresh and the service was good. They had a promotion for $1 any size fries and I had a leave which was very good. I like the Wendy's fries for their size and texture next the McDonald's.. McDonald's fries are so thin. Good, when hot, but very thin. Wendy's, when hot are thicker and the texture is Rich and robust. I had nuggets and they were nuggets...lol.... nothing special. But better visit. read more

Pulled up in the drive thru at 11:45 pm then all the lights went out. I sat there for a moment then went to Kroger.

Unbelievable how rude the staff is. I greeted the cashier with a smile and "how're you?" And she didn't like that, and snapped back with "I said for here or to go". Whew, that sucks. No soap in the men's bathroom. Most of the tables were dirty, sticky or gross. And it wasn't even busy. I don't know HOW they got a 99 on the health report. read more

I walked into this establishment and the first thing that greeted me was not the frown on the worker's faces, but in fact it was a pile of rat feces sweeped into the corner of the restuarant. So, then I go to take my order and the workers seemed to be having a breakdown. The worker at the counter was explaining to me how the manager docked his pay by 50% because he was late for work after attending his brother's funeral. After he finished his pity party, I told him to man up and that things won't get better and that life isnt fair. I ordered one simple item, "The Travis Scott". I was ordering this item for my son after he was complaining that he wanted "The Fortnite Guy Burger". After investigating the bullet holes in the walls, I proceeded to check out the bathroom. After I entered, I immediately noticed there was no ceiling and there were 5 cockroaches crawling up and down the walls. There were human feces smeared on the walls and there was a fat turd sitting on the floor, that I slipped on and hit my head on the toilet bowl, shattering it. The water began to pour out of the toilet bowl and the pipes busted, flooding the bathroom. I then ran outside, before being shot 7 times in the chest by a crack addict. They lie! They drive-thru is super slow. If they have a long line, they send someone out and make up an excuse (our system is down, we only have 2 people working) and say they won't serve you. Then, 5-10 minutes later they start taking orders again. This has happened to me twice and I'm never going there again! Tonight he said only two people were there, I drive around the corner and 3 people are outside smoking. They sent 6-7 cars away due to laziness. Disgusting! read more

What a disgrace! So a truck driver couldn't order food at the drive thru so another customer who was ordering offered to buy his food and was told by the employee that they couldn't do that. That customer offered to go through the drive thru again and yet the Wendy's employee wouldn't allow it. What a shame during this time that we are going through and here is a truck driver working hard to get supplies to all of us just to be denied food! The lady at register customer service was terrible. Her name was Chundra. Started off dine in or carry out. I stated carry out. Took my order no fruit was available for the kids meal. Not her fault. The thing that got me was that she was taking my order but paying attention to all the laughter going on behind her, so she was half paying attention to me. I overheard them calling my order out and it was wrong off the back. So I approached the counter. First it was carry out not dine in so it was on a tray. Second I definitely didn't order a spicy chicken nugget for 3 yr old niece. Third the lady that actually got me my food was great tho. read more
