The wedges are approximately the size of 2 fingers and have a crunchy coating. We each tried an original and a spicy piece of chicken and were impressed with the flavor of each. The chicken was moist and exterior was crunchy without being just a giant mass of coating. The spicy flavor was detected in each bite and I am assuming the chicken must be brined in this spicy goodness to be this flavorful. Parking lot is small and need to slow down to access the dual in-and-out entrance. The drive thru lane is narrow, but it's all possible with an incentive like this! Would and will return!

I came out here because I was disappointed by the hype around Toasty's. Not the most flavorful and overall mediocre burgers. But week-end burgers came up upon searching in the Louisville Take Out Facebook group. Had to come by and try it. It's a drive for me to get to this part of town but absolutely worth it! Tons of parking around the building. It's on the side of a gas station. My sister and I got double cheeseburgers. Thin patties, so you gotta do the double. And we shared onion rings and Cajun fries. Fresh and hot! The Cajun fries are like the ones from five guys but not as overseasoned. I've been missing out this whole time! So happy they're here. Saw tons of customers coming in and out for takeout orders. Can't wait to come back!!

I thought it would be a busy Friday acting the drive through, I was wrong. The drive thru was empty but the inside seemed busy. I place my order at the speaker and pay at the window. Service was friendly and fast and food came out at a decent time. By the time I got home, my order was still very warm. I got the 3 Finger Combo with extra cane sauce and you can never go wrong with extra cane sauce. Texas toast was toasted perfectly, fries and chicken all went great with all the cane sauce. It was the perfect Friday night dinner. Despite being located on very busy Dixie Hwy, I got in and out with ease. I will definitely return.

Eat more chicken!…read more Eat and be healthy! These little places are all around. We definitely decided it was the best while out road tripping. This was one more reason to be happy. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. Now they are closed Sunday, but luckily today is Saturday. These little places are always busy too! We opted for grilled chicken! It's a great way to be healthy and make sure and add all the toppings too. Lettuce and tomato are always fresh. The kale salad that they offer here is also very good. Not sure if its popular, but if It's available around your neighborhood and region give it a go. Almonds come on the side . The restaurant is always welcoming. They have the best selection of food. They hire the best people. It's a great home away from home type eats.

I had chicken tenders and waffle fries and my husband had a chicken sandwich and mac and cheese, we both drank water. While sitting at a high top table the dining room hostess, an older lady spoke to us so kindly. She truly was a highlight of being there. Her name was Sharlene. She was cleaning tables, taking out the garbage and greeting every guest with courtesy. The food was served quickly and everything was hot with the exception of the fries which they replaced with warmer fries. It was amazing to me the number of walk in customers, delivery drivers and cars in the drive thru that were patrons during the 45 minutes we were there ln late afternoon. But they were able to handle the crowd. Maybe the first time we ever tried the mac and cheese and it was excellent, cheesy, rich and creamy. Dining room was clean, fast service, good food. There is also a kids play area. It is self contained and not a disturbance while dining in.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from this location. I have ordered…read morethrough DoorDash from this restaurant three separate times, and every single order has been missing items. After the first time, I assumed it was an honest mistake. After the second time, it became frustrating. By the third time, it was obvious this is a recurring issue. I called the restaurant to let them know about the problem and simply suggested that employees check the bags before sending DoorDash orders out so customers actually receive everything they paid for. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, the employee gave short, dismissive responses and ended the conversation with "okay" and "bye." When I called back to ask for the night shift manager's name, I was again met with an indifferent attitude. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to make things right. Everyone makes mistakes, but when the same mistake happens three times in a row and customer concerns are brushed off instead of addressed, that's unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves quality control for takeout and DoorDash orders, and provides better customer service training. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly pay for food they never receive.

I also took the Beast home, which is grilled cheese on the top and the bottom with a burger in the middle.
