12/23/25 was in Wendy's around 730 ordered 2 biggie meals the order taker got my order wrong gave it to another customer I got his order told him the issue and he got frustrated and very moody I was very nice about it but didn't want to argue just get out of there it wasnt that busy very dissatisfied with whole process. read more

This Wendy's in LaVale MD has really gone downhill in customer service and uphill in price for quality. This review is based on two visits.,.the second and last being a mercy visit. The first time we went inside to see the great new dining area. We stood in an empty store at the counter for over 6 mins while employees looked right at us and walked away. One did pop back out to tell us they were changing shifts at 7pm (note there were 3 cars in lot/one of them ours)... we walked out after that. No sale for Wendy's that night...we work hard for our dinners out! Sooo last week I decided let's give them another try... lot of young kids in there the first time. Tried the drive through this time...equally disappointing service but they did actually wait on us (guess cause we were sitting there looking in the window) but the order was all messed up. Apparently ONLY ketchup and pickle means ketchup pickle mayo mustard anddd Onion (which i'm allergic too). EPIC FAIL #2 Wendy's....the way your lot looks most days...EMPTY...Your customer service will be closing your store down soon! After a huge wait in line I ordered a combo with a medium Coke. After a long wait in line to get to the window I get my food and they hand me my drink which is completely warm no chill no lower temperature range whatsoever no ice. I asked why was so warm I thought maybe it wasn't a Coke that's because we ran out of rice about an hour ago I said well that would have been nice to know they looked at me like I was a bug. We bought a Double Bacon and a Baconator meal, 2 large chili's and 2 plain children's cheeseburgers. The cost was $45+. The girl never gave us the receipt. Now after looking at the prices on their menu we were overcharged quite a bit. No wonder the little black girl didn't give us a receipt. Wonder who else's meal we paid for. A woman yelled, "someones in line!!!" and the dark haired cashier came by and instead of helping, decided to finish eating and just stared at me. Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant but this particular franchise is filthy and their staff is unprofessional. We stopped here on our way to Baltimore and as I was waiting for my food, the cashier was crying because she got yelled at by her co-worker for messing up a previous order. She was confronted by the co-worker and it turned into a verbal argument. The cashier who was preparing our order walked out and was screaming profanities. There were children in the store. Instead of apologizing, the rest of the staff loudly yelled about the situation that had just happened. After a couple minutes, the manager came out and completed our order. But the order was still wrong. We decided to give this restaurant another chance on our way home from our trip because we truly do enjoy Wendy's food. As we were waiting in line, a customer brought his food back up to the counter and asked for a refund because he found a dead fly in his burger. We left immediately and went to McDonalds. We will never return to this Wendy's franchise ever again and I advise you all to do the same. read more

I was a visitor in the drive-thru this morning and they succeeded in taking my order, getting it all correct, and serving me in under 5 minutes (even less I believe)!! I ordered the cheddar bacon potato add sour cream and chives, and a strawberry lemonade,and it was all made correctly!! I've got to remember that I wasn't going through McDonald's where your order is wrong a great percentage of the time! Way to go Wendy's! I have tried this restaurant several times (unfortunately). Never go through the drive thru. I say again, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. They will forget a part of your order 50% or more of the time. Has happen numerous times, not only to me, but ALOT of people I know. If you go inside, the service is slow. I don't mind waiting, but not 20 minutes (especially when no one is in front of me). On a side note, the place does look nice since they remodeled. Love the multi-drink dispenser! read more

The restaurant at first glance looks worn out, further inspection it is also filthy. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a week. The bathroom smelled of insecticide with dead bugs (dead swarm actually) around the trashcan and toilet. Finally the bathroom didn't even have handsoap. Very unprofessional staff. I applied for a team member position and they had me doing janitorial work 99% of the time. I have no experience with a cash register so they were suppose to train me with all that. The first day of "training" they had me stand by the register and literally no one showed me how to do anything. I messed up a few orders and apologized, but honestly that wouldn't have happened if they actually trained me! I guess they didn't want me working at the register after that so they made me do bathroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and other janitorial work for the other 2 days I worked there. Our last visit to this Wendy's was our last visit to Wendy's EVER. Not only were we insulted by the girl at the window, but she told us point blank that there was no point in talking to the manager we'd be ignored. When we finally got the manager, she looked us straight in the eye and said, "you're lying, my employees wouldn't do anything like that." Called the main office of Wendy's because the manager refused to give out the regional or district info. The main office said they would have the district manager call. Two weeks, no call. Called Wendy's back, they said they told the district manager to call, but would contact him again. Get an email from someone who said they were the district manager. Sum total of the apology (he never called) was 'I'm sorry you were unhappy, most people like our place.' That was IT. Never again. I don't have enough money to waste on companies with this attitude and it is clear corpoate has little control. read more
