I stopped here to try out their new Thin Mint Frosty. I was very disappointed and found the mint syrup to something I didn't expect. It was like a very finely ground up mint cookie. It was spread around the inside of the cup. I expected it to be like actually real mint chocolate syrup. The ice cream was good, but the chocolate was sort of gritty. Ordered on the app ahead of time so they would have time. Waited around over ten-fifteen minutes and then waited in line for a good fifteen. Then was rudely given my food when I was overly positive and polite and he had a very bad attitude. Then when I got my burger it was the total opposite of what I ordered. No onions and no mayo and instead I got ONLY onion and mayo. Had to drive back through and he was very rude. Wendy's location In legrange that me and the family stopped by on when making a trip from Lousiville to Cincinnati. Pretty standard Wendy's. They processed the line rather quickly and had what appears to be solid customer service and they got our order correct. Usually on national fast food chains I do not rate off the food because people know by now whether they like Wendy's food. Me personally I'm a fan of the bacon cheeseburgers, grilled chicken combo with chili and the forstys. So I like them. I always base fast food chains on there service and this one was a decent on par with most other Wendy's locations. read more

Everything about this place was disappointing. The place was remodeled and it looked nice but also was not clean. I placed my order for an Asiago Chicken, the cashier asked me if I wanted spicy or regular chicken and I said spicy. That is not what I got. She gave us our cups and said that the other worker was changing the syrup in the pop machine but he would be done in a few minutes. After 10 minutes he was not done. The customers who ordered before us went up to the employee at the pop machine to ask for their drinks and he told them he was having a hard time so to ask the cashier at the counter. They went to the counter and she said "he'll be done soon you can wait". After another 5 minutes of the employee still working on the pop machine she started making everyone's drinks. We all had our meals and as we were leaving the employee was still changing the syrup at the pop machine. read more

Dining room is closed like most fast food places right now, so because our vehicle is just over the 9' clearance at the drive through we drove up next to it. The staff was not sure what to do at first and did not come up to the window. However after they came up they were friendly and tried helping the best they could. I have so much appreciation for the employees that worked here on the evening of February 18th. I was with a group traveling from a conference. Most other places we stop on the road seem visibly frustrated when our group shows up, but they were not. They were patient, and the service was fast. Everyone's food was fresh and good. I don't care what anybody says. Wendy's has the best hamburgers that are available in the United States at any fast food restaurant that I know of!! They are the biggest, the juiciest and the best dressed. The barbecue sauce is fabulous not only on the nuggets but it's also good on a hamburger and the fries!! The fries are pretty damn good too! Some locations are of course going to be sketchy just depending on where it is, the people that work inside and how much they care about their customers, but that's all over the place with any fast food, or sit down and be served restaurant. read more

Repeatedly, breakfast biscuits were soggy, not fully cooked. They need biscuit training. One time, they made us wait for about 10 minutes to get the biscuits, then came to the drive-in window saying they did not charge us enough and had us pay twice. read more

The girl at the window with multiple piercings was so nasty and rude about their mistake. Guy on speaker was having issues using it. I don't think I've gotten the right order here one time, I am the type of person to typically find a menu item I like and get that so I get the spicy chicken with ranch instead of mayo. Not that difficult right, but I have received the wrong sandwich entirely or I have gotten mayo. My wife and I perused the menu on the website for this Wendy's in Lagrange. The photo of two strips of bacon on the baked potato looked appetitizing. I selected the Asian cashew 1/2 salad and a bacon and cheese baked potato. My wife also selected the potato and a Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe. When ordering at the drive thru I was informed that they didn't offer the Asian cashew salad anymore. I then attempted to order the Apple pecan salad to which I was told was not available in a 1/2 salad. I told the lady that I just saw these items on their web page and hour ago. Her response was a dry " Sorry", follow by a long silence. No attempt to reconcile the matter was offered other than, "you want a full salad?" I replied No, I can not eat a whole salad. I received another dry, "Sorry". I decided to try the new crispy fries. On the way home I sampled the new hot & crispy fries. They are no where near crispy. I have learned to tolerate long drive thru waits, price increases or down-sized food and dining rooms closed, but false or illusive advertising on the Wendy's website, for which some team gets paid big bucks to maintain, is unacceptable to me. Very disappointed in this experience from a normally reliable fast food chain. read more

Standard Wendy's food, nothing too spectacular. Service is unbearably slow. I have heard this from MULTIPLE people. If you are in a hurry, I do not recommend coming to this location. It is regularly a 10-15 minute wait even if there is nobody else dining in the restaurant. I can't recommend this location... fast food should be (decently) fast. read more

Regularly this place is wrapped around the building. When you pull up to the speaker box 90% of the time you will wait 5-8 minutes for them to address you or say anything. The only time this doesn't happen is in the morning. But I believe that's because if I choose to stop there I'm there within the first 30 minutes. I and most of my friends will drive to Louisville or skip Wendy's all together over going to this location as they don't really care about who is waiting. I was there this evening, I waited almost 10 minutes at the box never was given my total, drove around and this location the person working the window offered no smile just total and slammed the window. Handed me my drink and said it will be out soon I waited another 15 minutes in the drive through lane not sure what was going on but I had already paid for my food. So I waited. Looking in the window, most staff and manager on duty were all standing around talking and one person was stocking but nobody was cooking and people were waiting inside and out. Just sad. I will think twice before I go there again. When I finally got my food it wasn't even warm coming out of the window. In passing through La Grange, a friend and I went through the drive thru to grab a "quick" lunch. It was anything but quick. We were in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. I get it was lunchtime on a Saturday, but you are a fast food restaurant. When we finally got to the pick up window, there was no acknowledgement of the long wait. UPDATE: Ordered through the drive-thru. Clearly ordered every item. Cashier missed several items. One was a small drink, she said it wasn't ordered and just closed the window. Dirtiest Wendy's I've ever seen. Trash on carpet. Smashed fries, drink cups, paper and cup tops all over the floor behind the counter. Food was fresh because staff was so confused they make food as they go. The girl who was supposed to be making fries wanted to do everything but her job. The best part is the staff interaction.
