Wendys in Brimfield is a hit or miss. Best fries in the area, clean dining areas, nice staff. But sometimes the chilli doesn't have meat in it. But I guess when push comes to shove its and okay place. Still prefure Pizza Hut or Brimfield Family Resterant. read more

Terrible came here for my 30 minute lunch break and order biggie bag with a frosty and i waited 23 mins asked for a refund and manger got all crappy! Don't come here unless you want the wrong order and willing to wait 20 minutes plus for the stuff! read more

Service is very slow, I'm talking about waiting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. I ordered a Dave's double but they only gave me a single and then they forgot my sauce. They also told me a total at the ordering machine, but then at the window told me a higher price total. read more

Horrible. Waiting 15 min inside just to order. They messed up the three orders in front of mine, I got home and my sandwich is wrong as well. read more

I refuse to eat here because in May. The guy at the counter, who was not good at his job even before the incident, had to get his manager because the app coupon was not working. She yelled at him and was inexcusable rude to me and he walked away to let her handle it, and then she stormed off leaving no one at the counter and all other employees were looking afraid to get involved in the conflict and were as far away from the counter as possible. I calmly told the closest person to cancel my order and left. I was embarrassed by the situation as there were customers behind me. I had never had to walk out of a restaurant like that, but the unprofessionalism of the staff warranted it. read more

Avoid: Undercooked chicken sandwich with under-filled French fries. No napkins in bag. Had to trash sandwich. A wasted $12. Avoid this location. read more

Burger and fries cold , two times in a row forget this Wendy's try McDonald's across the street

Struggled to take order in drive thru kept had to repeat each item multiple times. then forgot half the food we had to ask for. So we asked for specific items and the kept handing us the wrong items. Then was told to pull up and wait. I think I was there for about a half hour read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Couldn't get service in the Drive Thru due to a computer issue. Was told to come inside. Once I came inside, the surly looking dude couldn't be bothered to take my order. Pathetic read more

This is the dirtiest wendys I have ever been to. Bathrooms had dried soap all over the sink. Ice maker didn't have tray under so there was standing water. pop machine sprayed pop all over your hand. Knats all over the ketchup pumps. Tables were covered in crumbs. Floor was sticky. And the door had fingerprints all over it. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Also the worker that took our order was ignorant and short with us. read more

The first time i came here, they gave me the wrong order. Instead of a chicken sandwich, i received a burger and nuggets. The second time the burger was cold, and the fries were cold and stale. Avoid this wendy's. Looking at the other reviews here, it's the same thing i encountered. Cold food and not receiving the correct order read more

Everytime we go through the drive thru they always say the credit card machine is down and can only take cash. Literally the last 5 times we have tried to get Wendy's. I don't believe that at all. Seems like they say that so they don't have to work, knowing hardly anyone carry's cash anymore read more

This is the worst Wendy's I've been to in my entire life. First they had us waiting in line for like 20 minutes when we were the only car there. Then my baconator fry only had cheese on a part of it, and it was chunky and cold. They also made my junior bacon cheeseburger completely wrong! It was like a combination of a junior bacon cheeseburger and a double stack cheeseburger. It had pickles, unions, tomato's, ketchup, and Mayo on it. I specifically asked for no tomato's, pickles, or ketchup. The burger also was cold and had cold cheese on it. It is 11pm and I'm a moody 14 year old. All I wanted was a good meal to eat for my hour long car ride, you should be ashamed of yourselves Wendy's... read more

Zero stars. This place is ridiculously incapable of being open to serve the public. How about they do not answer the dang phone for starters. THIS WENCO WENDY'S IS ON THE OTHER LINE, TRY BACK ANOTHER Time... And another time must mean never. In 20 minutes, at 6pm universal dinner time, they never answered. If the screw up, they won't even let you talk to a manager about it.... I ordered 3 things. You got 1 correct. Wtf? No sour cream for my "sour cream and chive potato". I ordered 4 nuggets, all of them were cold. The cashier was talking to her friend about medication she was on. How about giving her "customer focus" medication instead of "chat with your friend while the customer sits waiting and listening." Then a guy handed me my food. Why didn't he include the sour cream? That's TWO points of failure in 1 order. And after I get home and discover this, THE PHONE DOES NOT ACCEPT CALLS FOR THE LAST 15 MINUTES!! I don't know what kind of a shitshow they are running here, but I'm telling everyone to take their hard earned money elsewhere. This location is a disgrace. WENCO And Wendy's corporate should be very ashamed. McDonald's across the street gets it right... And answers their phone. Why don't you guys go to Clown College and learn how to run a restaurant. read more

Food is always cold! Always wrong! Gave me the wrong sandwich. Went back they gave me the right sandwich! And then didn't give me fries with the meal that I ordered that was 12 dollars! read more

I had a mobile order and I got a chocolate chip cookie and they didn't have any baked at the moment so they had me pull forward so they can get everyone else taken care of while it baked and it took 10 minutes to bake so I pulled up. I didn't get my food till 8:30 when I got there at 7:45. Not happy with this store I've never had a problem with them before in the 1 year I've lived in the area read more

Waited in the drive through for ten minutes just for them to say they currently are only taking cash due to the card reader being down... They should have said that when I originally pulled up. And then the cashier cussed me out! Never going back to this store! read more

worst service, racist no refund, no diet coke, no frosty,no fries, asked for money back said no shut the window, and started making faces at us!!! read more

They never get my order correct even after clarification. They appear understaffed so I don't blame them for longer wait times but it's really disappointing paying so much for something I don't want. read more

I watched two workers PICK AT ZITS on their coworker's back/neck at the window where I was supposed to receive my food

Absolutely horrible service. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes just to have them say we're not taking orders right now. They do not care whatsoever. Then got a COMPLETELY different doordash order than what we ordered. They don't care read more

To the ladies that made my mobile order this afternoon: THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Every single baconator I've ever ordered from Wendy's has always been a greasy hot mess; until today. This is single handedly the best Baconater I've ever eaten! Thank you and keep up the good work! read more

Cold, bland and greasy; kind of like the owners attitudes at Seven Grains , lol. But seriously, Idk why I bother with this location. Yes the customer service is always nice but the food is terrible every single time! Trying to get in and out of this place is also a nightmare; they really need to make the merging lanes for the drive- thru and parking lot wider. read more

Hate to write negative reviews, but this is a must. Undercooked chicken at Route 43, Kent, Ohio location. Spicy chicken sandwich. Bought between 10 and 11 pm I. May 5th, 2018. Never worked fast food, but thought they would have safeguards preventing employees from undercooking food; something that monitors time and temperature? Attached a picture of the clearly undercooked meat. I have not had this problem at any other Wendy's location. read more

Wendy's - a hand holding a half eaten sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Kent, Ohio

Food was good as usual. But they gave me no napkins. Big strike. I want through drive-thru. Didn't notice until down the road

Wow, just WOW! I've never met such courteous employees anywhere! The drivethru staff today could not be beat! Great job, folks! Keep it up! read more

This might sound ridiculous, but this is the best fast food place around! The food is always hot, it's always right, and the employees are extremely nice and friendly. read more

Worst wendys ever. Had to deal with racist remarks from the lady after her refusing to serve me because she didn't want to make specific food not already made. Will never ever return to this location. Disgusting a high grossing company like wendys would hire such terrible ppl. read more

The drive through workers were VERY nice 1/29/18 and enthusiastic and wished me a pleasant day. The fries were fresh, although a little to well done (very crunchy and darker brown than they usually are). The drink had the right amount of ice to keep it cold, but didn't take up all of the room of the container. The chicken nuggets were fine with temperature and taste. The junior bacon cheeseburger was fine also with temperature and taste. read more

My beautiful little sister did not get a spoon or straw with her frosty. Terrible just terrible

Always have loved their pricing and especially for the crispy chickens. I tend to get them without the mayo and use mustard instead, they seem to gravitate to the level of service I hope for. Good service, good people, great place to eat at. read more

I had stopped going to Wendy's, when they pulled their taco salad. Now that it's back, I thought I would give them another try. I arrived ahead of the lunch hour, but still waited about 15 minutes in line (4 customers). The cashier had difficulty in ringing me up, and didn't offer, nor provide a receipt with my change. When the food was promptly presented, I grabbed napkins and silverware, and was out the door to get back to work. What a disappointment!!! The food quality was poor. I wouldn't call it a taco salad; the supplied chili was a soup of red kidney beans and diced onions, with little, to no meat. The cold greens contained the stem ends of two tomatoes. I called the manager to relate my experience, but she did not demonstrate the customer service skills to resolve the less than satisfactory experience. I will not return to this location, and, I will have to rethink about trying Wendy's again. read more
