Arrived around 12:30pm on a Tuesday. Decided to go inside. Only a few customers eating inside. Not busy. The inside looked clean from what I saw. My friend that was with me had to use the bathroom so i waited before ordering. He came back and said one of the stalls was trashed. We headed to the counter and there was a minute or less wait. I ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with a medium chocolate frosty. My friend got a Baconator and a medium chocolate frosty1hhh, along with a Dave's double for his mom. All of this was to go. I was surprised at the speed of service! We didn't have to wait long at all. I would say 2 minutes or just over. No more than 5, if that. This food is absolutely disgusting! I ordered food through DoorDash for myself, my kid and husband; as soon as my husband bit into his chicken sandwich he spit it out due to it being hard as a rock. I bit into my classic chicken sandwich and it was RAW, but hard on the outside, how does that make sense. I threw it away then proceeded to bite into my double stack and not surprised it was bright pink- ik hamburger can be pink but I'm more upset over everything being old and my CHICKEN sandwich being Raw! This store needs shut down or new people. read more

The only reason I can give this place a 1 star is because the employees gave at least a half ass about the customer service. The place was filthy!! I watched one of server's stick their fingers into the cups to carry them. Then I saw the same girl only half fill a container of fries for another customer. This same girl didn't mention to me that they didn't have any forks to eat the salad I ordered, but was good enough to have a fresh salad made so I didn't have any shredded pepper jack on said salad. Poor experience after poor experience here. Long drive through times, poor quality in food prep, last time (several weeks ago) I went was the final time. Watched as the manager stood around picking at her face while her crew was working to push people through the line. At the same time, the speaker was broken in the drive through so all orders were placed at the drive up windows. I asked if they had any baked potatoes and got a loud sigh in response. That was the final straw, never again. I had only just started going there after avoiding it for several years, after I watched as an older employee dropped lettuce on the floor and then quickly rinse it off for 2 seconds before throwing it back in the pile to be used. I drive Doordash and I received an order for a Lg. Frosty no food or drinks just a Frosty. I go to the store and the lobby was closed. I got to the store about 10:10 p.m. So my instructions were to go thru drive thru. I pull up and I wait for someone to ask me for my order. I wait like 5 min so I pull up to the drive thru window and wait about another 5 minutes noone came to the windows so I called them 2x and no answer. So my customer had to just cancel their order.! First of all the drive through wait was horrible and the lady was very rude sounding taking our order. Then when we get to the window she hands me a small drink when I asked for a large meal. Upon getting the large drink she hands me the order missing my fries. A simple value meal and she couldn't check to make sure fries are in the bag? Then upon opening my sandwich up. It has nothing on it. At all. No cheese. No condiments. Nothing. Just meat. How can someone screw an order up so badly? No receipt for the order was given. Wait at the window and verify everything before you pull away. They clearly aren't capable of making a simple sandwich that's on their menu. read more

Typical Wendy's fare, which is good. But I swear, this is the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. I know lunch gets busy, but if there are 3-4 people in the drive thru and 2-3 people inside, you might as well go somewhere else because you'll spend your entire lunch break waiting for your food. The worst service I've ever experienced and not just once! We were the only ones in line for breakfast, it took 15 minutes until we had to ask for a refund. We finally got our food and not one thing was right. We only ordered 2 sandwhiches and 1 order of fries. All employees seemed to be under the influence of marijuana. I have no problems with Wendy's. The food is always hot and I can't recall a time where they messed up my order.

I was on my lunch break so I created a mobile order 10 min before I left work and told them to mske it now, but they still didn't make it till I got there so all in all for a 30 min order they didn't get done till I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes, that's terrible service, and made me late to work read more

I just wanted to go and get a frosty and some fries, and didn't think my appetite would be so horrifically ruined. I get up to the window and the lady giving me my food has 2 hickeys on her neck which ruined my appetite a little. However, I then received the wrong sized frosty, undercooked fries, and 2 baconator fries, which both had hair in it. 0/5 recommend. read more

Service was friendly. We went thru the drive be thru, we were the only customer. Small order, 3 meals and the sandwiches were wrong. Fries were hot with no salt. Sodas were right though. If I could give this Wendy's 0 stars I would, as they don't deserve even 1 star. I really like eating at Wendy's as I feel they offer some of the best salad options available in fast food, but the problem with this Wendy's is that when trying to order lunch here, it would be dinner before you received it. We try to go here about once a month now as we have given up trying to go more often, and even now when going, often times we end up walking back out the door and asking why we even tried it again as it is the slowest service you can imagine. We aren't the only ones walking out either, as often times there are several people who also give up and leave. The problem is that the cashiers will only take 1 order at a time and until they have that order completely fulfilled, they won't take another persons order. If you have hours to kill and just have to have that Wendy's frosty, go here at lunch and you'll have a frosty for dinner dessert, but if you are like most people and don't have hours to kill, go somewhere else. I did try contacting Wendy's about the issue, and they had the store manager call me asking about the slow service I had experienced once. How clueless can a manger really be? If they had faster service, we would be here at least once a week. read more
