My girlfriend ordered food drive through, her card decline, she was screamed at and cursed at to 'get the f** out of their f***ing line', at no point did anyone care for the customer(my shocked And shaking girlfriend) and say why don't you pull aside and walk inside to the counter to pay if your having trouble. Asked for ketchup. They gave me 2 tiny packets for multiple meals. I asked them at the window for buffalo sauce and they said sorry it costs more money.... Only writing this review to state that they have recently (Q1-2024) updated the internal location. Based on this, I decided to give it a shot based on the reviews. Despite the Global circumstances and supply chain issues, these folks do a good job. They really pay attention to detail; no tomatoes and etc., if that is how you order it. Unfortunately, they still haven't opened their dining room yet.. So, the Drive-through gets backed up from time to time.. However, their food is good. Drive through at 10:45. Ordered a double bourbon bacon chess burger meal with large Diet Coke. Got a single burger with a cold hard bun. Large fries were cold /stale. Add to that the dining room is closed. I can't even complain about the food or get it remade. Horrible on all levels. Dude who took my order is dumb as dirt. He probably was in charge of fries. I've been coming to this location off and on for 20 years. Rarely the place is good and well staffed. It's obviously on a serious downward trajectory again. My partner and I just left this Wendy's Drive-Thru and are absolutely never coming back. First, the service was extremely slow. We sat for ten minutes between windows with only one car in front of us who only had a few items in their order. My partner ordered the Mozzarella Chicken sandwich, two cheeseburgers with just ketchup, and a large coke. We received a Chicken sandwich with honey mustard, two burgers with everything, and a large sprite. A large line formed behind us as 4-5 employees just sat and talked to each other at the window. I normally do not write Yelp reviews, but I feel a moral obligation to for this place. I stopped here yesterday and it was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I got sold a Diet Coke when there were none available on the soda machine, our small order took 10 minutes to get, the staff was so unfriendly, it smelled horrible, and all the toilets were filled to the brim with urine (a problem that seemed to be going completely untreated). When we got our food it was so disgusting it had to be thrown out after two bites, Wendy's is normally my favorite fast food place. The absolute worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a Wendy's location (or any restaurant really) ever. The staff was untrained, the manager was not proactive when our large group came in to spend a large amount of money, the customer service was horrendous and I truly believe that this stems from poor leadership. Any manager would have protected their staff by stepping up to ensure great customer service not only for my group, but for all of the customers who were waiting behind us. While we were there (which was a time of extreme stress), one of the staff member was brought to tears by another staff member. Wendy's workers should know that it's not just about the food, but it's about the customers they serve and the experience, whether it be 5 mins or an hour, should be that of respect and professionalism. Even if the Wendy's staff is overwhelmed, there is no reason for bags to be thrown at customers, eyes to be rolled at customers, or attitude of any kind given to any customers. This review is gonna be short and sweet, but I came on Yelp to see the reviews of this Wendy's and they are absolutely ATROCIOUS!! I just finished eating my meal from here and I have zero complaints. The gentleman that was working the drive-through was very polite and had good manners. I used to work at a business located fairly close to this Wendy's and would get lunch here on a semi regular basis. It gets very very busy on the weekends so if you are coming here on a Saturday or Sunday just keep in mind there's going to be nothing "fast" about your food (see what I did there??). They still let me order frosty floats at this location, so they get an A in my book read more

This place is a joke... the staff is rude and uneducated, and they take FOREVER to get you or order. No employee here actually gives a flying F about their job. 9 times out of 10 when I visit this wendy's, everything is fine, however I feel the need to report on my most recent encounter. Waited in the drive through for 30 min and when it came time to pay for my food, a young lady took my card, ran it, then gave it back to me right before she ran out of the door. Second young lady asked me if I payed and then stated that it looks like thr card did not go through, so she ran it for the second time. While still waiting for the food, I took a gander at my bank account, and they charged me twice... Manager came back and refunded me for the double charge. looked in the bag and they missed some items... Once arriving back home I came to find that the rest of my order was incorrect. I NEED to point out that WE have someone who lives in our house with a GLUTEN allergy and one of the items we ordered that SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD ANY GLUTEN CONTAINING ingredients, had a BOAT load of PUB CHEESE ON IT... THIS WAS A HORRABLE experience. My husband and I stopped at the Wendy's in Hooksett for a quick lunch on Tuesday October 1, 2019 around noon and were pleasantly surprised . The line moved quickly (not the norm at noon at most fast food restaurants) and the woman taking the orders was pleasant and efficient. Our order came out quickly and was again a pleasant surprise. We have not been to Wendy's for years (no reason) and will definitely become a regular. The coffee was good and the salad was very good for the price. The restroom although tired was amazingly clean. This Wendy's location is horrible. Went here with my wife and our two kids. Ordered our food and waited in line as it was a Friday night so it was somewhat busy. While waiting we watched three different people who ordered before us complain about their order being screwed up. Got our order to find out it was screwed up. Ordered a kids meal with a cheese burger and got nuggets instead. Discovered that we ordered two chicken meals but the cashier only charged us for one then when I questioned it she was rude telling me it was not that serious that the order wasn't right! The one chicken sandwich we did get was soggy and gross. Fries where overcooked and cold. As we where eating we watched two more orders have to be corrected. It is obvious this location is badly managed and the employees are lazy as well as incompetent! Doesn't deserve even one star! read more

I usualy enjoy going to Wendy's and this particular location as well. but today the service and my meal was very disappointing. I first ordered a side salad (and I used to work for Wendy's ),and in the food industry for a long time and know how the products should be made. the bun was not fresh and the sandwhich over all was terrible, had to take sandwich back and the second sandwhich was all greasy and didn't even have any pickles or onion on it. had to send that back for a second time and finally get another correct sandwhich made by the manager. pretty pathetic. the side salad I ordered had day old cheese and half the lettuce wilted, so very disappointed. I know while working at Wendy's we had to check the salads every day andi know this salad was not checked or else they would have known the cheese was stale. also what bothered me about the sandwhich was the bun was stale to. it was not fresh. I don't appreciate spending money on food that isn't appreciated being made right the first time. there's no excuse that the products at Wendy's should not come out the same way every time and made fresh and correct every time. also the fries were overly salted and burnt. poor quality and dissapointing dinner!!!!! read more
