Do not get your food here take your hard errand money somewhere else two employees stole my card last night around 8:00-9:00 I got my daughter and friend from rio so we came here to eat after and I was side tracked that the Spanish manager was being very rude we asked for sweet and sour sauce and they gave us bbq we didn't even ask for but she was asking for and I didn't pay attention to them, not giving me back my debit card, but then we had an issue when we try to go in and exchange the sauces to wear. The Manager wanted the barbecue back to swamp out for the sweet-and-sour and it was just really irritating and then I forgot until this morning I tried to go and use my debit card for my lunch at work and I realized I didn't have my debit card so I had called the phone number for the Wendy's multiple times nobody answered the phone then finally somebody answered and he said that he didn't see my card there and I said I was on my way when I get there I talked to the bigger manager supervisors everybody even the employees that know that I go there all the time even were shocked that this had happened and so am I because I'm a frequent customer at this Wendy's and the way they handle things I couldn't even believe just take your money somewhere elsewhere and I think they should have better Customer Service and there was no reason for me to lie, but I'll just remember to not put my hard earned money into this restaurant anymore and now I realize why they have such a low rating on Yelp in Google because their service is terrible read more

Three stars for the convenience and ease of mobile ordering. I ordered a frosty-ccino and a kids meal. The kids meal had a frosty, apples, and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger and frosty were good. The frosty cappuccino tasted like it was a distant cousin of a McDonald's iced coffee. Not the best but did the job. Lastly... I know Wendy's isn't known for its apples but the presentation was overwhelmingly disappointing. These were my apples straight out the restaurant. I can't believe this Wendy's had the energy to undergo renovations, but they simply cannot produce that same energy on improving the quality of their food. The premium chicken sandwich was horrendous. It tasted like they microwaved the chicken instead of putting the chicken in the fryer. The jr bacon cheeseburger was trash. Part of the bun was hard and they put like two thirds of a strip of bacon on the burger. It supposed to be 2 strips of bacon and they got the nerve to charge close to $3 for a jr bacon. The chicken nuggets taste like they were in the warmer all afternoon. I told the guy I wanted a sweet and sour sauce and a honey mustard sauce and instead, he gives me all sweet and sour sauces. And PLEASE stop asking people if they want a medium or large, as if those are the only 2 options available for a combo. You should be asking everyone if they would like a small, medium, or large. We need this Wendy's to close it's doors forever. Put a fast food chain there that gives out fresh tasting food like Checkers. read more

first off the app needs to be updated. there's is no option for me to edit my drink. I was trying to leave a comment or something regarding the ice and how much I wanted. I wanted to have no ice in my drink again no option to do so. on top of that I go inside to get my order, the cashier was rude and I had repeatedly told them once I got there I wanted no ice in my drink. the cashier then proceeded to put ice in my drink when I asked for a new drink without ice she said no it's too late and refused to remake my drink. what really upsets me is the manor in which the cashier talked to me. terrible service and my food was wrong. then once I tried to call the store multiple times and then customer service no one picked up. overall my whole experience was terrible. never coming to this location AGAIN. read more

This Wendy's location has been newly renovated and really looks great! The old one was pretty gross, but the new look is welcoming and fresh. The service is about the same - fine but nothing above and beyond. I feel much more likely to go dine in and eat here. Definitely go give them a try - you'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

The only thing great about this location is the price of the 4 for 4. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and received what tasted like 1/2 cup of crystal light pink lemonade and 1/2 cup of melted ice. It was probably the most dissatisfying drink I have ever had in my life! All the other times I've had it at other Wendy's it has been great. Honestly 3.5 stars but I kinda feel bad for the place since it got 2 stars because there was an annoyed mom waiting in line. You rate a place based on the service and food not based on a customer.... And honestly this one didn't really stand out, but I feel I should mention that they do not do the 4 for $4 deal here. You're supposed to get a bacon burger, 4 nuggets, a small fry, and a drink for $4 but they said "sorry we don't participate" when I tried to order it. Each of these items by themselves are like $2 or more on their menu. Idk if it's just this Wendy's or what but they seem to have REALLY raised the prices since the last time I was at a Wendy's only a few months ago. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Went to Wendy's last night for a cravings fix. When I pulled up to the window, the guy instructed me to pull into a specific parking spot and wait for my food to finish cooking. Fine. When I pulled in however, the parking spot was damaged! I stopped here for my lunch break with my co workers. The customer service was ok and the food was decent. The woman's bathroom however needed to be cleaned. It was evident that a young lady had come upon her monthly and did her best to contain it. I walked back to the counter and let the guy behind the counter know, he called out to the rest of the staff that it needed to be taken care of right away. After waiting five minutes another man came out in gloves with a spray bottle entered the bathroom and the almost immediately exited the bathroom and went into the supply closet. After traveling to Narnia to find the lion and the witch in the wardrobe he finally reappeared with another spray bottle and a blue cloth I assume was specifically for body fluid. 5 mins later my team manger called to let know know he was going to drop off the rest of the team and come back for me. 10 mins later I was still waiting as I heard the man in the restroom start another round of squeezing the spray bottle. 5 more minutes I no longer cared to wait, I found another restaurant on the map that I was going to walk to. While I appreciate wanting to be thorough, I also feel like it was a bit inconsiderate. They then told me that I couldn't because I needed to place an order to get the Jr. Frosty for free. I always check expiration dates because I too use to work at McDonalds that I was just use to checking. I couldn't believe they had a white milk from 10/7/18... really. I think it sums the place up how do you not clean your inventory up for a whole month?? Me working at a fast food place previously I know how it works you should really be checking daily and cleaning things out daily . Expired milk over a month in the fridge.
