I after going through a list of places I could have ate I decided on Wendy's since I haven't been there for a while. I ordered a four piece chicken tender meal with a sour cream and chive potato. When I got home I realize I didn't have any sauces for my chicken tenders but I ate them anyway (they were dry). So I was looking forward to the baked potato with sour cream and chives and I was pissed off when I opened the container and realize there was no sour cream only chives on the potato. I called the restaurant I asked for the manager and the manager informed me that they no longer give sauces out with the tenders or the sour cream out with a sour cream and chive potatoe unless the customer ask for them. Now this is pretty strange I have worked in fast food restaurant and never once did the employees have to wait for the customer to asked the employee to put the sauce or sour cream in my order especially when they ordered sour cream and chive potato. OMG what the hell why would a person order a sour cream and chive potato if they didn't like sour cream that's what the manager was trying to make me believe. I never hardly eat there and its going to be a cold day in hell before I ever eat there again. By the way I will be calling the district manager and the corporate to letting them know what I was told. read more

Very unprofessional!!! They mixed up 2 orders, let them cut in front of all the cars instead of pulling them into a slot for them to fix the orders. Music was blaring in the back by the window where they take your cash, then one of the workers thought it was professional to sit there and continue to argue about what took place! Just terrible, I went at 11:20pm to get a LEMONADE and was the ONLY one there. Was told by the "worker" (who obviously isn't doing much work) that it was closed and when I questioned why it says online that they don't closes until midnight another worker adds in "we're short staffed" so then I said "there's two of you? why can't I get a lemonade" and then she said "well there's usually four and there's only two of us" SO you're telling me that you need 4 people to pour me up a lemonade and these are the same workers that want $15/hr. read more

Just got back into town after working 11 hours and was hungry so I stopped at Wendy's. Ordered a medium spicy chicken sandwich meal but instead of a drink I said to up charge me for a medium frosty. Pulled up to pay and the guy at the window asked if I was the spicy chicken sandwich meal and I said "yep, that's me". I gave him a $20 as my meal was $8.74 and he gave me $11.26 back. The guy was very pleasant at the first window. So everything was good until I hit the 2nd window. Pulled up to the next window and a different guy hands me a bag of just fries and so I said I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. He then proceeds to tell me that I only ordered fries. I am starving at this point and so I am trying to keep my cool. Another guy comes over and says you only paid $5. Well, I only had $20 bills so I knew that was totally incorrect. I think it was the manager and he is basically arguing with me about it. I tried telling him that if my meal was only $5 how did the guy at the previous window know I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal and if I paid with a $5 that $5 wouldn't have covered the cost of a meal....plus the fact I just got off work and was pretty hungry and would never go to a restaurant to order just fries. They tell me to pull up, so I did expecting someone to bring out my order but after 10 mins I pulled back around because no one came out. Serenity now! They acted like I was totally in the wrong and didn't know why I was coming back through... mind you I had paid $8.74 and still had no food whatsoever to show for it. At this point I didn't care what they gave me I just wanted food. The manager tells me they counted the whole drawer and that I had to pay with a $5 bill and that I was there to just complain. Anyone who knows me knows I never complain about anything. Then he magically pulls some receipts and says was your change $11.26 and I said yes from the $20 bill I gave. And then they just tell me to wait... still no apology at all from the manager. I did get my food and the original guy from the cash window apologized and said they had a long day which I can absolutely relate to but this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. read more

They forgot one of my burgers and then gave me something i didn't order. The guy at the pay window had a very rude tone. Also, when I opened up my chicken it was very dry and it had gaps between the chicken and the crust. read more
