Incredibly slow with two cars in line and two in the parking lot Maybe understaffed. Time before they had no working credit card machines. Nothing fast about Wendy's apparently. read more

The only food I eat from Wendy's is a Cobb Salad, which I eat frequently. They ruined my salad and my stomach after they decided to put chunks of Swiss cheese on the bottom of the salad. read more

Order placed on app. When I arrived was informed item not available due to equipment malfunction. Store wasn't able to correct order and would need to contact customer service. Only reached them on second try. Apology and an offer to correct mistake by adding offers to app. Today I attempted to use but since to offers were put into app instead of one, a second trip will be required to be made whole. Will not use app in future. Overall poor experience. read more

Cold inedible fries. No excuse to serve that in drive through. Prices have gone up, quality down. Wendy's has gone down hill.

horrible wait time, food cold, and coffee was way too sweet and that is not what we asked for. employees were rude and taking their time, our food took about 15 minutes... mind you the FAST food restaurant was empty. Horrible experience don't ever come to this wendy's. I downloaded this app just to review this horrible location read more

Have tried this Wendy's on 3 occasions. Recommendation - go anywhere else. Average wait time for drive thru is 22 min after order is placed. This is including when there is no one else in line. Last visit (10/7/24) waited 24 minutes, went inside for a refund, was told I would not get a refund and that I should 'just leave.' Called corporate and was provided no help. read more

Still unable to upgrade my two star rating. Breakfast hours with maple bacon chicken croissant is possibly worth the frequent wait. Arbitrary time of transition to lunch menu, parking lot disrepair, trash and poor flow pattern continues. read more

3 hours before closing refusing to answer intercom every light on acting as if they're closed sad location get better Employees Been sitting here for 10 minutes just to prove a point. Disgraceful honestly read more

Wendy's - Drive thru - Burgers Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

Not bad for fast food as long as they will always carry a bake potato. Broccoli is sprinkled on pretty lean, need a magnifying glass to count them, so few and small.... Like their sea salt. Ideally, how about vegan cheese and non dairy Frosty? read more

On a Monday night with absolutely no one behind us we were trying to place the order in the drive thru. We gave my daughters order but my in-laws are older and took a little longer. We asked for a sec and the gentleman went on to say well I've been waiting with such a rude manner. They should work on hiring patient employees that understand how to treat people. We ended up leaving since clearly customers are not their priority. Bad bad service! read more

Everything was hot and tasty, the drive through line moved fast and the crew was courteous. Finally, a fast food place that gets it!! Keep up the great work!! read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Wendy's has this HUGE promotion about mercury in retrograde, I had a coupon for the free chicken sandwich which falls on this day and they refused to honor it. They did not even give me my food, only the other item that was ordered. They are liars and do not care. I mean it's fast food, but having 3 kids, this is our go to. No more. I hope you lose all your customers for your illegal promotions. read more

My coworker just got back from ordering a chicken sandwich over at Wendy's. Every time she goes over there she asked or a simple thing no tomatoes. And every time she gets back there's one on the sandwich. They need to learn to listen to their customers because when the orders are wrong people tend to go other places. read more

If you like Wendy's then this location will change that for you. Ordered two singles. They were drowning in mayonnaise. So much Mayo the bun was soggy with it. They topped that with undercooked meat. If you are looking for a powerful case of the runs, then this place is for you. Shame on the management, owners and Wendy's HQ for letting this location continue to operate. read more

Filthy dirty place. Please update this place. Didn't feel like anything there was sanitary. Employees not wearing gloves.

Had no wait when pulling into drive-thru. When I pulled up to pay and get my food, it took quite awhile. They said their machine was down, but then said my card declined (it should not have). I had another card that they said also declined... both cards had available $... they assumed it must have been their machine. Ended up waiting a bit for food, but due to the inconvenience and machine being down, I was given my order for free. Thank you for your kindness and for the food! It was greatly appreciated! read more

Fantastic Wendy's! The people as well are extremely friendly! Not everyday you get a fast food company where the employees are energetic and happy to help! read more

Only got 3 stars cause the food is good, but it's been months now of drive thru only and they've been short staffed for so long that I honestly don't always have 35-45min to sit in line for a 4for4. I gotta hand it to them they haven't quit and work everyday understaffed but holy crap is it annoying when you can't ever come here if you're in a rush. read more

Worst Wendy's I ever had! My French fries were burnt! My cheeseburger was still a bit raw.

I asked for a chicken sandwich add white cheese. Got a chicken sandwich with ketchup, mustard, mayo, onion, pickle, and American cheese. Drove back to Wendy's asked them to fix the sandwich and just add white cheese not American cheese (pepper-Jack, provolone, what-ever just not yellow cheese). Employee didn't apologize or say anything just took the sandwich and walked away. Gave me a new sandwich and the sandwich had American cheese. Although three times is a charm, I'm not getting back in line... read more

Seriously terrible do not go here. They do not care about your serve at all got a raw burger just oks. Getting money back but still what rude customer service. read more

This location really needs the new Wendy's brand refresh. While the food is good, the 1996 decor is sickening.

Went to the drive thru and asked if they had a veggie burger. Ordered it after receiving and enthusiastic affirmative. Was disappointed to find their idea of a veggie burger is lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles on a bun with some ketchup and mayo. read more

Worst Wendy's I've been to. Service was horrible. Employee named Norma was very rude and told us that we couldn't add a side of avocado to our salad. I do not recommend. read more

Waited forever just for a burger (20 minutes). Lots of people waiting around the cashier for their food, and on more than one occasion, customers came up to return an incorrect order. I don't recommend this Wendy's location. read more
