I expected a typical Taco Bell experience, but it was less than expected. While there was almost no one in the restaurant there was a long wait to order our food. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone came up to help us. The cashier was friendly enough so she made up for the wait. We ordered and it didn't take too long to get our food. I ordered the veggie Power Bowl which was good, and my husband the bean burrito which he said was good. Although I gave them 3 stars I would hope to go to another location instead of this one at some point. read more

Taco Bell - Soap dispenser broken off wall. - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

This is not the first time it happened so if I get anything from them, I will eat it there. My wife picked me up some tacos and a double meat and cheese burrito. When she got home, the double meat and cheese burrito was not a double meat and cheese burrito. It was a bean and rice burrito. About four dollars less than what the double meat and cheese burrito cost. I would never order to go from them again. read more

Never would I ever bother reviewing a Taco Bell but this one in particular made me so sick I was throwing up everything for 3 days following eating here. The standards are abysmal and I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't following basic food safety standards considering how dirty and sticky the inside of the restaurant was and how violently ill the food made me. Never again!!! Steer clear read more

Taco Bell - Beef "Supreme" Chalupa - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

I'm so sick of this location! The workers don't give a crap that we spend $40 on UberEats for a few tacos. I ordered 8 tacos and asked for some sauces, got ZERO sauce! Let me ask you a question, genius Taco Bell line cook, would you want to eat a dry taco? Like, what the hell is wrong with you people! Also, NO NAPKINS! 1.7 rating. GOOD JOB GIYS!!! read more

Front Desk Worker was very rude. I politely asked if they could fix my order (because it was completely wrong didnt have a single thing i paid for, i thought it mustve been a mistake. and she wouldn't understand and made it seem like it was an inconvenience for her and when someone else tried to ask us what the problem was she shut them down and said they had it handled. just the whole situation rubbed me the very wrong way because i was more than nice i was respectful and the response was just disrespectful. We finally got the "fixed" order and it was completely wrong again. like how hard is it to read an order and put the correct items in a bag like u have 1 fucking job. we left because it was so not worth it over some damn mediocre taco bell like bffr. never coming here again even if it was the only meal i could eat before i died. if i could rate a 0 i would. read more

Listen I understand it's Taco Bell, but come on; get your freaking crap together and pay attention to your orders. I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito; not beef. It even says on the order ticket CHICKEN! This location is one of the laziest. Stop hiring teenagers who are actual imbeciles. read more

I get it's a Taco Bell, so expectations shouldn't be tempered, they should be non-existent. But at the bare minimum you should be able to order your food, get your order in less time than it takes to watch an episode of Law and Order, and then when you get home the order should at least 75% correct. Sadly, this particular location failed on all three tests. Time from arriving in drive thru lane to ordering? 19 minutes Time from placing order to receiving order? 42 minutes Percentage of order correct? 30 But I would like to compliment the nice young woman who answered the phone when I called I'm kidding - she hung up the second I asked for the corporate number. If $10 still bought you the entire Taco Bell menu, then it wouldn't be as much of an issue. Sadly, that is no longer the case. There are 6 other fast food restaurants, and three sit downs, within of a mile of this godforsaken place - go to one of those. Avoid this place like the plague its food will give you. read more

Not sure how hard it is to read a ticket and get a meal right but I was told 'it's in the bag' and when I asked for mild sauce it was supposedly 'in the bag' which it wasn't. I love spending $22 On a Mexican pizza, one crunch wrap, one Chalupa and potatoes. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Waited in long line for free Doritos loco taco from World Series Stolen Base Promotion. Told over intercom that it was available only on the app. Purchased one anyway but clearly less enjoyable. There always seems to be an issue of some sort. Website says redeem online, in store or on app. Pizza Hut for this location is long overdue. read more

My hotel was across the road from this Taco Bell and I had a craving for Chalupas. Decided to go through the drive-thru to make it easier for me. The girl who took my order was nice and sounded friendly. Paid, and received my order. Came back to the hotel and all I got was a little bit of filling in my two soft tacos and my chalupa. I was still hungry afterwards because it just wasn't enough. The taco grease juices were seeping through the wrapper which is pretty disgusting. If I wasn't so hungry, this would not be appetizing. But I was starving and hadn't eaten all day (it was 6PM) so I devoured it. But never again will I go to this location! Thank goodness I do not live in this town and would have to be stuck with this TB location! read more

Taco Bell - Not a lot of filling in the soft taco :( - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

Every single table is dirty in here. Every single one. It's cold as hell too-we ate in the car. Major bummer.

The staff was rude and the food was cold when I asked for fresh food the staff got mad at me I feel like if I'm paying money it only right I get fresh food and great service the restaurant was clean I can say that read more

I'm not sure why but the store hours says 12 midnight closing and every time i try to go here they are already closed and it's like 10pm. If you are going to close at 10 then adjust the hours to reflect. A piece of paper on the drive thru screen is an inconvenience for people who are traveling trying to get quick food for the road. I never consider this place past 9pm because i already know it's going to be closed. read more

On the way to Miami, and we needed to grab food, Taco bell was about the only place open and damn it.. this is where we were going to stop. They don't really care, they don't seem to care if the order is right, but hey the did get it right for all three of us. The food was hot, the food was decent. read more

0 stars. Placed an online order and this store had no issue taking our money. Get to the store and the entire parking lot is blocked off with cones. The two employees standing by the door smoking a cig on their phone simply screamed "It's closed!!" When I tried to ask about getting a refund on the mobile order. Might as well just shut this Taco Bell down and save the franchise fees seeing as how they're never open apparently. read more

Taco Bell - a car driving through cones in a parking lot - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

This Taco Bell is NEVER open. You can't trust the google times online because although it says it's open late at night if you pull up at 9:30 pm it will have a piece of paper handwritten saying it's closed. Whenever my boyfriend and I want Taco Bell at night its always a gamble on whether or not we will actually get food, let alone the right food. Management needs to be changed or just close down the dang store. It's useless to exist if you're never open. read more

the only reason it's not getting 0 stars is cuz you can't the whole lunch crew today dosnt know how to listen to a simple order, both at the counter and drive through and the man/ women that took my order had such and attitude about being wrong but it's ok lions don't fight with donkeys Have a nice day;) read more

I have plenty of time to write this review while sitting in line. I pulled up in line with only TWO cars infringe of me. I waited at least 15 minutes to get to the window. The person didn't even apologize. I was frustrated but took my order. Pull out and find out I have the wrong order. I go back through waiting another 10 minutes at this point. When I pull back up to the window no one apologizes then either. It took 25 minutes and rude customer service to get TWO tacos. read more

20 minutes ago we pulled up to this Taco Bell and waited at the drive through for 10 minutes. There was no one there to say "can I take your order?" So we pulled around to the front and looked inside...we saw a heavy set woman HIDING from us!!! She saw us and quickly hid behind a wall. Clearly this LAZY worker didn't want to make any more food because it was 30 minutes till closing. Another 2 cars were behind us and honking. Still, she did not appear. I am disgusted by this lazy behavior and will NEVER come back. This person deserves to be fired ASAP! read more

The employees here are poorly trained and just straight up don't give a shit. My crunch wrap supreme had beans instead of beef and no nacho cheese. My cheesy Gordita crunch was missing the sauce. This Taco Bell is genuinely the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of going to. I live nearby and typically don't get off of work until 11, so I've stopped by occasionally. They claim to be open until 3 am but the past four times I've gone they have had one excuse after another. Excuses include: random system update that will take 20-30 minutes to complete (no ordering allowed at 11 pm), not being able to accept cash, not being able to accept debit or credit cards, not having taco shells (and other miscellaneous staple items). One night my boyfriend left, got cash and placed his order. When we got home we discovered that they had put what had to have been fire sauce on every single item that we had ordered. I'm a guest service supervisor at a nearby hotel and I genuinely can't understand how/if this place even makes any money past 11 o'clock when the employees literally choose to close it down. Judging by other reviews, it's clearly something that they do to everyone. Last night I watched the two cars in front of me leave because their excuse of the night was that their system was "down". The employees are rude and lazy. Last night I told them that I would speak with a manager in the morning and the disgruntled employee I was speaking with through the intercom claimed to be a manager. She is the one that claims to be closed early every night. Every person at this location needs to either find a job elsewhere or receive thorough training (both operationally and service-wise). This Taco Bell would make the greatest, most embarrassing episode of Undercover Boss ever. read more

Rude. They don't care if you are there or not. I've been here more than once and they tell me their computers are down, and not taking orders, only to pull around and see the entire staff sitting on the rocks out front smoking. I've been given attitude so many times because I interrupted their evening by being a customer. read more

I thought the 2 star review was a joke before coming here; I gave it a shot regardless. In our order we asked for milk, were rung up, then informed they didn't have milk. We were given a water cup instead. We then got drinks and noticed we couldn't find straws, asked for straws, and were then informed they didn't have straws. Once we got our food, we were looking for hot sauce. We asked for hot sauce and were then informed they were out of hot sauce. Their Sprite, Doctor Pepper, and Baja Blast Freeze were all out of syrup. So we stopped trying drinks. This was genuinely the worst Taco Bell I have visited. read more

I usually love to go to Taco Bell, however, this time was not so great. My boyfriend and I came here and ordered quesadillas and grillers. I ordered a doubledilla chicken and my boyfriend ordered just a regular quesadilla but without the creamy jalapeño sauce. We had also ordered a beefy nacho griller and he ordered a chipotle chicken griller but without the chipotle sauce, notice he doesn't like any spicy sauce. When we got home I noticed there was no box, where the doubledilla is supposed to go to and also where the chips and salsa would go and that didn't come with it. I was automatically upset about this. My boyfriends quesadilla barely contained any chicken in it and so did mine. Both of our quesadillas contained bits and pieces of lettuce and tomato which we all know the quesadillas don't come with that unless you ask for it. Unfortunately for my boyfriend, he's slightly allergic to tomatoes and it didn't quite work out for him. Taco Bell, we want refunds and free food for what happened!!!! read more

Worst Taco Bell of all time. A year ago, we stopped by on New Year's Eve and they were closed. Really? On one of the biggest nights of the year, and you're closed? So I banned this Taco Bell from my life. So a year later on my sisters birthday, I decide to give it another chance. Just for her. We pull up and see two employees just sitting outside. Head to the drive through lane and they tell us they closed early for maintenance. What?? Go home then! Your hours say you're open for another 3 hours?! Im mind blown. read more

Reading the other reviews as well as my own, I would not recommend here. I luckily did not get a hair, but my second quesadilla was not cooked right and the food was subpar even for fast food.
