This was my second time at this particular one. The service was fast, there were 3 people manning the food. The food was yummy as always. I ordered the kosher hot dog with mustard and relish, a little bag of their delicious fires and a small drink. One of my favorite things about Five Guys is that they have malt vinegar as a condiment for your fries which of course I used. It was cool to sit inside eating my dinner and listen to the good music they had playing. I highly recommend this particular location. read more

I completely understand there is a natural disaster upon us but I didn't expect my burger to be barely cooked. We placed an order via UberEats. Do NOT do this! We ordered an extra pattie on 2 sandwiches. The tag on the outside of the bag said '6 patties', but we only received 4 patties. It was a long day of travel and other 'things'. We were tired, hungry. I phoned this particular Five Guys location to say that we received diminished sandwiches. Their response was 'Sorry this happened. If you come in we will get you 2 patties.' Because the order was placed with UberEats we really had no resolve. Went to Five Guys on 07/31/2021. The burger with the bun and all of the garnishes tasted like a tasteless dry piece of cardboard. I even requested that they not squash the burger on the grill with the spatula. Also, the fries including the cup they were in was almost half the size of my previous visits in addition to being soggy.I will not return there. Milkshakes, easy enough. But no, the cashier called out the order and it was ignored. Nobody made them and the cashier avoided eye contact with us even though she knew we were waiting. Every employee seems to stand around and look busy when they aren't. . The next time I ordered a hotdog, the employee loudly said "who the HELL orders a hotdog, a 12 year old?" The manager was right next to him and didn't flinch. It was humiliating and insulting and I didn't appreciate the curse word. Ordered Uber eats from here last night 10/18. My driver forgot my milkshake which I really wanted. He said he would go back & get it since it is right down the street. I waited for 45 min & he never showed so I just went myself. There was a young man there (wish I would have gotten his name) that seriously just went above & beyond. I told him what happened.
