Everything was fine but they forgot my chili. Every time I order online from Wendy's/Mc Donald's they are always forgetting something and then they want me to pay for another delivery. I don't know whose fault it is. But I'm tired of not getting what I ordered. I will keep trying.. read more

This place is an absolute shit show. Waited on line with no one in front of me for 10 min. Watched the person who was taking orders before now doing online orders. Finally someone else came to take our order. Waited almost 15 more minutes for the food. When asked what was Taking so long the girl responded " if you don't want to wait, you can leave". Down right mast my human being. Maybe she was having a bad day. Ordered a jr. cheeseburger plain. Came back with ketchup, onions and a pickles. I guess they don't know what plain cheeseburger is. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WENDYS. read more

Horrible! I asked for an apple pecan salad and I got a totally different salad!! And all of the lettuce was old!! Doesn't anyone care about service anymore? No more going to this location; I'll go to the Wendy's on Rte 109!!! read more

Craving a hot bowl of chili on a cold December day, I stopped into Wendy's. Been years since I've been to a Wendy's, was a frequent visitor when working in midtown. This Wendy's was clean, with sufficiently quick counter help. That being said, the chili was a disappointment. Warm, not hot, like it had been reheated and sitting out, and strangely, somewhat chewy. Like I said, the taste was good, but I won't return at this Wendy's location. Perhaps NYC Wendy's are better? read more

Person in front of me must have been a freak they literally ordered bbq nuggets and a small chocolate frosty. Actually disgusting the frosty was just chocolate milk and my stomach is unsettled. Service was quick. The Ai greater lowkey scary but it's fine. read more

Any fast food restaurant is what you would expect, however, this Wendy's is pretty good. The food is well prepared and tasty. The counter person is always smiling and patient while I make my choices. The food servers are quick to fulfill the orders. The manager, Berta, is always checking and helping out behind the counter. A group of us ladies eat there most Tuesdays and it is always clean. Someone is either wiping tables or sweeping the floor. We are not the only regulars and it is a comfortable atmosphere. There will always be complainers but I, and we, have found this to a good place to eat. read more

Lousy customer service. Hair in my food. Manager didn't even apologize and just handed us our food. Will not return read more

Wendy's - a person holding a bag of food - Fast Food Near Me - Farmingdale, New York

Food is gross, fries are soggy and undercooked. Burgers are never fresh, always feeling undercooked OR rubbery. Orders are incorrect half the time. Employees at this location sound like they don't want to be alive, let alone work here. Never a pleasant experience and that's why I've given up on you guys read more

Drive thru review: Order taken by a half awake employee or at least that how he sounded at exactly 616pm on 12/31/2019. Geez please get this guy off the drive Thru. The order which I was very clear about went like this: may I have a number ten medium with no cheese light lemonade to drink bbq sauce on the side his response wait what kind of chicken? spicy homestyle or grill ... the menu says #10: spicy chicken sandwich with pickles Munster cheese crispy onions and bbq sauce. Guess he doesn't know what a number ten is. So I say spicy please. He says ok repeats order and then I say no cheese. He says oh no cheese. Then he says with a sprite? I say no a lite lemonade please. He says ok and repeats order. This is a why didn't I check moment. My face! If I could've been on camera to see my own face when I opened that wrapping. The damn sandwich had pickles only, no crispy onion, no bbq sauce in the bag, like seriously thanks but no thanks for this wack ass sandwich. It was simple NO CHEESE put the bbq sauce on the side. Leave everything else on the sandwich UGH read more

Wendy's - Number ten with no cheese sauce in the side ... well it was supposed to be - Fast Food Near Me - Farmingdale, New York

Shame on this Wendys. Ordered two Baconators. Got one flat burger and one strip of bacon broken in half. Showed manager. He said that's what a Baconator is. The website shows 1/2 pound beef, two patties and 6 strips of bacon. So didn't get that and was lied to by the manager. Crispy chicken sandwich was loaded with salt. Inedible. Fries were cold. No selection of soda and no lemonade at all. Spent $20 and feel like I threw my money out. Never again read more

Will travel past 2 Wendy's to go to this one. Always fresh and hot! Service is pretty good.

Just got home with my grilled hot honey sandwich, I took one bite and had to throw it out. I was so disappointed.

Soggy food, not fresh at all, wrong drinks and forget sauces. It's not that hard Wendy's employees. Get it together.

I don't even know where to begin with the lousy service at this Wendy's outpost - the staff here is simply god awful, when they're not strolling through the drive thru line smoking cigarettes they're being rude to the customers, taking forever to serve anyone anything, & screwing up orders with a 'you get what you get' attitude...but as long as people keep coming it'll probably never get any better read more

I went out of my way to write this review to direct people as far away from this Wendy's as possible. It's almost like they get paid to be extremely rude to customers, and every time they manage to mess my simple order up. I've been there 4 times and I'll just keep going to the one down the road more. read more

I dont why i even go here anymore. Maybe i enjoy the abuse. Or more likely its the convenience of being so close to home. But this is it. Nothing wrong with the food. Its the decades of constant shitty ass service from incompetent, disrespectful, mouth breathers that never, and I repeat NEVER get an order correct! They put people who speak no english, taking orders for reasons unbeknownst to me. And by all means this is not a single occurrence. This establishment is shit. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE NOT HAVING WHAT YOU ORDERED! read more

Dear Wendy's of Farmingdale What you tried to pass off as a 1/2 pound double burger with cheese to me today was an utter disgrace. In fact, disgrace is too nice an adjective to describe the greasy mess I just tried to shove down my throat. It took all of my gastrointestinal fortitude not to regurgitate it all over my desk and ruining all of my important papers and such. The lettuce was wilted and brown and your tomatoes were soggy and sour tasting. If I wasn't so busy lurking the Yelp talk boards I'd get back in my car, drive over there and shove my foot up the ass of the fry cook who put this abomination together. What, Dave's dead so quality doesn't count anymore? Thanks for ruining my lunch you bastards. read more

This is absolutely absurd. I am on FaceTime with my best friends who were super hungry and wanted food. Ur farmingdale location service is TERRIBLE. The worker did not seem like he wanted to be bothered at all and correct me if I'm wrong but it is his job to take my order and serve me food. Not only did you give me only a stem of lettuce no actual leaves, but I received no sauce, straw or napkins. I will never be returning. read more

Holy G Williker's! I needed a place to get a snack-- fast-- in the area. This being the closest fast food place to my destination, I went here, of course without checking Yelp. A family of four was in front of me and the cashier took their order, cooked fries from frozen, ran around (literally) the back, and finished their order to completion before even asking what I wanted to eat. The line behind me had increased to about 6-7 groups of 2+, as it was around noon on a Sunday. People behind me started asking for managers, and the cashier just told him she was in the back, without going to get her. There was one employee standing by the drive thru window and one other in the kitchen. These three collective employees were not sufficient to manage the average traffic the restaurant was experiencing. The restrooms were only so so clean, with a large chili cup under the soap dispenser to catch the drip that was nearly full. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is that our food, that we got 23 minutes after entering the restaurant, was hot, crispy, and yummy. Would never go here again after this experience and reading my other Yelper's reviews, though! read more

It tastes good but the service is terrible, they don't listen to your order when you ask for it.

I'd be really surprised to ever go there and for them to get my order right. If it wasn't for the fact that my kids like their food I would NEVER go there. read more

Typical fast food with great service. The temperature of the food was perfect and the burgers were actually fixed with care. Not the typical "slap together" burger. Drive thru speakers were clear and audible and order was accurate. read more

The drive thru menu is broken and half lit. Lousy service, kid at the window pretty much growled at me. I ordered two baked potatoes, so why did I receive one butter and one sour cream. The staff here never get it right the first time. I'm always returning for something to replace the disaster they put in my bag. Done giving this place a chance cause it's near home. Next time I'll pass for the one just 2 miles further down route 109. read more

"I thought Wendy's was a place to sit in and eat, not to catch flies". Where do I begin? This place is terrible. When you're outside it looks nice but once you step inside it's awful. The place is SO dirty; extremely dirty. The floors are unswept, garbage all over the place, the counters are sticky. Don't even get me started about the concession stand by the soda dispensers. EW. FLIES EVERYWHERE. Ketchup is gross, flies are all over the ketchup dispenser. They were out of many sodas' as well. Didn't want to eat at the Wendy's but I already spent all the money. I wish I didn't have to give this place one star. EW read more

This employee dude named Doug at the drive thru asked me to back up once I got to the window. I was confused as to why , but did it anyway. About 5 minutes later my food is ready and they asked me to pull forward. Feeling really stupid at this point I asked him why did he ask me to move. He explained that it reset the timer on the food delivery so the scores can go higher. Will be calling ownership/management directly. Will never patron here again. Just ignorant. read more

Why bother reviewing a Wendy's one might ask? We all know the drill, what to expect, no? Well, my review is to alert the good folks of Yelp and beyond HOW BADLY THIS LOCATION SUCKS !!!!!! 1) Why even bother going to Wendy's? As far as a quick bite goes, the salad choices are pretty good and I like the baked potato option instead of fries! I live in the area and maybe frequent the place, via drive -thru maybe 8-10 times a year. How is it possible that 9 out of those 10 times my not very large nor complicated order has been screwed up, with attitude to boot???? Today I was shorted a $1 and some change and when I brought it to the server's attention she began to argue back at me, even though I brought the problem to her attention immediately upon receiving my incorrect change. I also drove away minus salad dressing for my salad and zero ketchup, both of which I asked for, always politely, btw. 2) HOW MANY TIMES DOES A CUSTOMER HAVE TO STATE THEIR FRIGGING ORDER FOR THE PERSON IN THE DRIVE- THRU WINDOW TO PROCESS IT CORRECTLY???? I always state my order simply and slowly, but how patient and kind does a human have to be with stupidity???? Isn't the reason one goes through the drive-thru is to SAVE TIME???? If I wanted to sit inside and have a leisurely lunch, I would. But pesky little things like job and family get in the way of that! LOL! 3) Lest anyone think I'm a heartless wench for my rant, consider this. I am in the service business and wouldn't go off if it weren't warranted. 4) I can see I'm not alone in my opinion about this location. Clean your act up, Wendy's!!! read more

I went there to stop in for a frosty. I went into the bathroom first to wash my hands and I watched a female worker (grown woman) on the phone come out from the bathroom stall the whole time not putting down her phone. She did NOT use soap and rinsed for like 6 seconds one hand...... I walked out and found her in the back over by the fries. I alerted the manager who just so happened to take my order. He looked at me and was like thanks. Really! You can spread diseases this way. So gross. I will not go back there for anything to eat. The only plus side was a clean bathroom. Don't go here. I noticed some weren't even wearing gloves handling the food. read more

I never post reviews on this app but I can't not let the people know that this place is a waste of their time. It's right by my job so there's been numerous times I've given this place a chance. I will be the 4th reviewer of this establishment in 4 years. I'll also be the 4th one to give only 1 star simply because I can't give 0. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with value fries. The potatoes were flavorless and the burger bun was almost vomit-inducing. There's just no reason to eat here. I've had good Wendy's burgers before but this was just the absolute worst. Do not spend a dime of your money here. I don't know the Farmingdale area too well but I assume that you can find better food at any time of the day along the Hempstead Turnpike. read more

Very cold hamburger and nobody smile not too friendly staff should be better trained at this location

Literally just got home, ordered a 6 peice spicy nug. Only got 5 and forgot my ranch sauce... disappointing. Also, no crackers with my chili. Food = decent. Not the freshest wendys there is. read more

SLOW! Disagreeable woman stationed at the register was in no hurry to take orders. Lots of walking around and talking loudly to other workers. The line just kept getting longer and longer. Finally, my turn at the register, she walks out from behind the counter and goes to refill the ketchup dispenser. I muttered "you've got to be kidding" loud enough for the manager to come over and take my order. Food came pretty quickly after that, but the soda machine was out of the first 3 beverages I selected. I'll avoid this place in the future. read more

Decided I was too tired to cook so went there for a quick meal. Ordered two Junior Cheeseburgers deluxe, fries and two frostys for my wife and I. Both cheeseburgers were cold not cool but cold. It was a very disappointing. Next time we'll opt for pizza at the local pizzeria. read more

How stupid do you have to be to put onions but not ketchup on a burger? Not to mention I didn't even ask for onions or get anything I even asked foron the burger, which was pickles, ketchup and cheese. Only got cheese and onions? Luke warm. And waited too long. Also the people in the speaker need to speak up , not mumble & oh an get an order right. read more

I have been to this Wendy's on more than one occasion where they've messed up my order or completely forgotten items. I work nearby, so oftentimes if I DO come here it's only out of convenience. Because I work the overnights, it's not usually busy, but they still seem to take forever for even the simplest of orders. There's one woman in particular who always seems to be the one forgetting my food or messing my order up. Tonight I ordered a small chili, fries & 4-piece nuggets. She handed me my bag with chili and walked away from the window and I sat there...The man who took my order and handled the cash looked at me like I had three heads and said "didn't she just give you your food?" I replied "not all of it..I also ordered fries and nuggets" he said "oh yeah *haha* you did" had I just drove off I would've been furious. Damn you Wendy's and your cheap eats, and somewhat unique menu items *shakes fist* read more
