Silver Lake Wendy's, Everett WA. (Next to Winco) Yesterday, we bought a $3 chicken sandwich and a $7 chicken sandwich to compare. First of all, neither was worth $3. Both were sloppily jumbled together. The $7 sandwich came with a pickle and a 1/8" thin slice of tomato. Slightly more chicken, not double the value. If I bought 2 of the $3 sandwiches, jammed the chicken together, and tossed out the extra bread, I could have saved $1 and got more food than I did for $7. This sandwich is NOT double the size, but the price is more than double? I see, the extra $4 is for the donkey ears. Unethical price-gouging, pure and simple. read more

I don't know what happened but me and my boyfriend came in and ordered 1 Baconator med meal and 1 baconator large meal for dinner, and the guy kept saying "Ok I'll just put in 1 baconator and one baconator meal. We kept correcting him, "No we need 2 meals" and he kept saying "1 baconator for $1". That's great they had a special for single burgers, but we both needed a meal and he refused to listen to us. Maybe there was a language barrier issue but both of us explained it over and over to him like 5 times before we gave up. We only got one meal and one sandwich. read more

Today I ordered a fish meal. I asked them please do not put cheese on it. I asked them four times to not put cheese on it. I asked for extra pickles and tartar sauce. Only I got cheese and lettuce. That was slimy and old. Check out the pictures I would not recommend this to anyone. The customer service also was not good. The lady at the window was very unfriendly I understand everybody has a bad day here and there, but I guess she didn't even listen to me. I think the review a customer submits will depend on the time they come....so do NOT be surprised by the wide variation in the ratings. We came at 6pm on a Friday evening. We both ordered the Chicken Wrap. The front counter clerk's English was not good. She kept checking and re-checking the order receipts on the trays, and the video screen above her, and looked puzzled. I stood near the front rather than sitting down, because I did not have confidence in her. When our order was finally filled, she tried to give it to another customer---glad that I didn't sit down yet! The chicken was only barely warm, but at least the dining room was clean because most people do the take-out. read more

Not sure why this location has so many issues. Lines are always long, ordering seems to take forever. And the burgers here always taste like they have been sitting all day. I ordered the new bacon burbon today. It didn't have that noticeable Wendy's fresh taste. The fries were cold and soggy. Place screams poor management, im not sure why but they turn their lights off to make it look like they're closed for some reason, they also don't keep their posted hours and leave notes on the windows saying staffing problems, a lot of the time you get cold food both fries and burger patties id feel gross serving stuff so old to people that it might get them sick, burnt bacon was a nice touch too. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! Thought we would try this location a second time after they "baffled" our order a week or so again. After writing to them direct about the order and the lack of any quality control, they promised to do right the next time we came in. Tonight we picked up our order, brought it home, found once again, that the main items we ordered were not even the correct meat! Drove back up there to get the correct order, the window manager stated that since the fries and and nuggets were correct, but now cold, they were not going to replace them, but did give us our Luke warm burgers we originally ordered. So over an hour later, and two melted frosties, cold French fries, we finally got to eat. Avoid this location if you expect your order to be correct or the fries to be hot and crispy. I went to this location today and I swear the guy at the taking the drive through orders and money was on heroin. He could hardly function. At the food window I told the employee exactly that, that he's on heroin and he shrugged awkwardly and said they're short staffed today. The food ended up being good still and I'm so grateful the first guy wasn't handling the food but damn. When an employee comes into work that bad off, send them home. read more

I bought a burger tonight at around 11:45 pm, and started munching away once I got home. I assumed they had better health and safety standards, but I happened to look down and realized that the burger patty was practically raw. I'm submitting a complaint to the Snohomish health department and filed a complaint with the corporate office. There was a long line of cars and the drive through was slammed, so I'm sure plenty of other people were exposed to improperly cooked meat as well. I am never going back. The manager (Shawn) was complacent and offered a bored apology and offered to replace my burger. I find this COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. 11/2 Update - Corporate promised a local manager would call me back, but so far I have not heard from anyone. Yet more complacency from the restaurant! read more

This location continues to provide exceptional service and very fresh tasting products. Being located in the WinCo parking lot, I eat here about twice a month. The service is outstanding, but more importantly the food is always hot, fresh and has no quality issues. The location is very clean and on several visits, I see the staff cleaning and keeping the place looking great. The only issue with them is their fries. Wendys had amazing fries, why oh why did they have to switch to natural fries? I am not eating at a salad stand, I am eating at a Fast Food HAMBURGER stand. I think Dave would be very sad with their new french fries. This location is always fast as lightning. I never have to wait in the drive thru, and they have my order to me either right after I pull up to the window or shortly thereafter. So I understand it's a pandemic and all but triple reheated fries and cold burgers aren't the way to go.also either they use the same oils for both the fries and nuggets or the routinely store there spicy nuggets with there fries so if you have food allergies I'd go elsewhere as they don't know how to handle cross contamination or for that matter how to successfully run a restaurant if I pay 17.00 for food I expect hot and fresh not cold greasy goes and burgers and spices on my fries read more

Terrible location. Price of food here is way higher than other Wendy's. Also Anna who works here is incredibly rude. She snatched my card from my hand and glared at me. She then handed it back with so much aggression and rage. Reviewing this only because of the crazy heat yesterday...... Went in disguised as a somewhat experienced family man with his wife seeking repast at the dinner hour...... What I didn't want the worker to discover was that I was plotting to find a safe haven that was not in plain sight, yet afforded me the opportunity to sleep in the air-conditioned fast food emporium... I steathly ordered the fish sandwich combination meal; mind you, I would only be able to pull off this magnificent feat if I was sure to order the combination medium-sized (to not draw undo attention). I added a $.99 double stack to further enhance my attempted infiltration. The fish was excellent and began to unravel my plan as I was not able to consume it as slowly as I had hoped. The fries (which I believe were imported from France) were not fresh, but since they didn't properly fill the cardboard fry organizer, that didn't help in slowing me down. As I moved from table to table, barely noticeable, I spotted my potential lair for the evening, just outside the men's lavatory. I immediately assumed the fetal position on the bench under the table, but alas, I was discovered and had to return to my 83 degree home. Just went through the drive thru about 15 minuets ago... I ordered two Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers without tomato... I got home and you put the most burnt charred bacon on my burgers! Poor service at this location. Have gone a few times over the last month, usually get really slow service. A couple weeks ago we dined in and was given a wrong burger and had to get it swapped. Tonight waited 10+ minutes in the lobby for a take out order and watched both people in front of me return to the counter with the wrong items or misprepared orders and our order ended up with lukewarm fries. Staff here appear young, inexperienced and frazzled. We haven't had much issue with the food, just with getting it right, in a timely manner or without feeling awkward at the counter as they fumble with the order. June 1, 2016 update: Visited again, came home with the wrong sandwich. Ordered a fish sandwich and received a chicken sandwich. As well, I had to remind the server that I purchased two drinks not one, so she had to make the other drink. We're going to another location in the future even though it's further away. read more

Nothing is more frustrating than going through the drivethru and getting home to see your order is wrong. Unfortunately this happens more often than not at this location. Just got home and we're missing a side of fries and one of the kid's meals had spicy nuggets instead of regular. I know, not a big deal but how diificult is it to double check the orders. This is the worst Wendys ever. I've been here multiple time, which is my stupidity. With that being said, I thought I would give them one more chance, big mistake. So I ordered a baconator meal with a upgraded order of fries, and a ceaser side salad. What I got was a double stack with a cheese wrapper inside the burger, at first I thought it was a bad piece of lettuce,remember last chance. The fries that I got were just a regular with no upgraded bacon or cheese, there was the extra .75cents well spent,not. My ceaser side salad was a regular salad, but hey I got the ceaser dressing. Never have I been so disappointed in a fast food restaurant. And that is saying something considering there isn't a high standard for them anyway. We walked in late Friday night for a quick bite to eat since it had been too long since both my boyfriend and I had eaten. As we walked in the door, there was no one at the register. Okay I understand if you are busy that's okay. But there was no one there, no one greeted us for 5 minutes. They weren't that busy AND employees noticed us and IGNORED US. When the cashier finally came up to us her attitude was unsavory, you could tell she just wanted to leave and be non social. Coming from a person who managed an eating establishment this is a huge no. The saying is " Service with a smile" for a reason. She took our order and we waited. One smokey honey mustard chicken flatbread and one asiago home style chicken club. And we waited. While we waited I looked around. Their seating area was clean I will give them that but their kitchen was a DISASTER. Trash on the floor, water, mess everywhere. They even left a fridge door WIDE OPEN. We finally received our ordered and dashed out of there, my boyfriend trying to spare the staff my not so nice words. As we left we looked into the bag and I knew something was wrong. I pulled out both sandwiches and... Yep. The order was wrong. They took 30 MINUTES AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG. I will not go back unless they hire new staff. read more
