Walked in with my wife on 1114 2026 walked up to the counter to order and was told to go use the kiosk rudely I'm 61 years old. I'm not using a kiosk and if I'm using a kiosk, I want at least a dollar off my meal. I'm not there to do their job. They're there to serve me stay away from this place. Make sure you get your receipt in the drive through. Second time this happened to me. I ordered a Dave's double and they give me a single. They never asked me or gave me a receipt, thought it would be in the bag. First time it happened it was no big deal. I didn't go back in as I was home already with the meals. Just happens again today. I go in and they wouldn't look up order. I had to pay for another Dave's double. Probably won't go there anymore. Not a huge deal but they could have looked up the two meals I ordered but would rather take another $7.50 from me. read more

I went to this Wendy's just today and I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget they made me wait 15 minutes after they said 3 minutes and then proceeded to give me 8 nuggets after asking me at the window if I would like to wait for 10 or take the 8 they had made already I said I would wait and they said they would make new ones they obviously didn't and I had to wait longer for cold ass food I will never go back to this place they never get orders right I always have to go back and their service is terrible each time!!!!!!!!! read more

Avoid the mean girl at the counter. You'll know her by her snarl. Here's the thing. I understand it's not a great job. I'm polite. I'm not demanding. I'll try and make your crappy counter job as pleasant as I can. But the poster showed chili as the side on the meal I ordered, and it came with fries. No problem. Simple mistake, let's just make it better. I'd like the chili instead....you'd have thought I passed gas audibly. Eye roll. Big sigh. Tsssk. Snatch of fries. Slam of chili. Whew girl, you could make that work for you at Roller Derby...but it's just a Wendy's. And clean the tables at this location, would you guys? Can I give less than one star? Just went through the drive-thru. Horrible service. Horrible. They forgot my burger and when I pointed that out, the sassy girl gave me attitude about it. Then some guy came to the window and said "give me your bag, now." He snatched it from my hand and disappeared. He returned with the burger in the bag. Handed it through the window sans a smile. I unwrapped it to find the hugest splooge of Mayo that I've ever seen. Literally oozing out of the bun. It wasn't even cooked all the way. The chicken tenders were the size of nuggets. One tasted like mucous, one like rubber, and the other three had obviously been sitting in the warmer since 2015. My sprite tasted like club soda. Worst Wendy's. Just go to McDonald's down the street. Prepare for update when I have e.coli from this filthy establishment full of rude pricks. read more

Visited this Wendy's on Saturday February 18th. We placed an order to dine in got our food, and sat down. This location was remodeled in the last year-and-a-half, as the problem about to explain has been ongoing for over 3 years. I had been assured previously that it would be fixed with the remodel. About halfway through our meal we noticed that there was water on the floor, I assumed somebody had spilled a soda. Turns out sewage was backing up from the dining room floor drain. A girl came out to change the garbages and I told her she needed to tell a manager to come out to see this. When the girl came back out to continue with the garbages I asked where the manager was and was told the manager was too busy. Are you kidding me, you're too busy to come out and see sewage backing up in your dining room. At this point of water is backed up under about 14 tables and the stench is horrific. We packed up our food and threw it away as we've completely lost our appetites. On the way out I ask to speak to the manager and again was told she was busy. She finally came over to talk to us and I explained what was going on in the dining room and that she had sewer water backing up under all the tables and she seemed to not care. I told her that if she can't take the time to come talk to her customers and has that much of a lack of standards that it is now time for her to hang up her apron and get out of food service. I have since been contacted by the health department who will be filing a full investigation and I was contacted by the area director who claims she will have a plumber out there and will talk to the general manager. Sense of urgency doesn't seem to be a big concern for this location and it's just sad that it is a corporate location and standards have fallen so low. Dine at your own risk. read more

Nice remodel, but terrible service. I ordered the Pulled Pork Cheeseburger with no slaw via the drive-thru window, which to my surprise I ended up getting a pulled pork sandwich with no slaw, or burger. I turned around and went inside with my wrong sandwich, explained the situation with the cashier and my order was starting to be remade. He asked what I was supposed to have again and conveyed that to the cook, while the sandwich was being made the same cashier who handles money and credit cards all day began boxing up another small fry for me.... I was already dismayed at their lack of an apology for wasting my time and gas to correct their mistake so when I see my fry's being handled without proper sanitation I was a little upset. When the order was completed he handed me the bag, still no apology, and I told him "next time you go from handling money to handling my food you need to wash your hands".... still nothing, that's fine he probably wants $15/hour to care more about getting orders right. So I leave lunch in hand, I open the sandwich box and what do I see! A Pulled Pork Cheeseburger with SLAW!!!! Epic Failure! Needless to say I didn't provide them a third chance to screw up. read more
