I also like to add extra red sauce and cheese to the burritos, which is what I'll talk about next. Just about every time I add and pay for extra sauce and cheese I never get it. I think out of about 20 times maybe 3 of those times I felt like they had gotten it right. It wouldn't be a big deal other than the fact that I have to pay for those extra toppings and I would assume that they would at least try and get it right. If not for the customer service aspect of it, then at least do it out of respect that I paid for it. Another thing that happened not 30 minutes ago, they decided to put my mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and then stack all of the 1/2lb.-1lb. burritos on top of it. So of course when I go to open the lid all of the melted cheese was stuck to the lid. I'm very dissatisfied with the handling of the food at this particular branch of Taco Bell. I will say that most of the time the person taking the order has been very nice and they rarely get the order wrong (as far as the food items themselves go). Anyway, I typically don't write reviews, but this has happened one too many times and I hope that someone working there reads this and tries to do better the next time.
