Will never go to the Duncan Ok Toco Bell again. Last year we went and the wanted me to order from the kiosk and come to the register to pay. The same thing again today brought my family of 5 to eat and they told me I had to order from the kiosk they couldn't take my order at the restaurant. We left that is BS you go to a restaurant and expect some type of service but not at the Duncan Ok Toco Bell. I never heard of anything to crazy you go to a restaurants and expect to order and pay for food at the register. read more

Really bad customer service, the food quality is also bad. Which is crazy because it's literally pre cooked?? The employees at this location are really obnoxious and made everyone uncomfortable when we were inside ordering. read more

How is taco bell always out of Baja Blast? That's like burger king being out of burgers. I despise this place with every ounce of my being. (I go there atleast twice a week) read more

my fiance ordered a large baja blast freeze and 2 bean burritos they gave us a small baja freeze so therfor over charged us and the beans tasted like they had been sitting out for a week i usually love taco bell but this time not at all they definitely need to do better or get new management and employees read more

10/10 do NOT recommend. Dont dare door dash it either-- your food will be cold and there will never be any sauce, even when you notate it. TACO CASA IS THE WAY! read more

Quite honestly the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Attitude for no reason. I woke service industry too. If you don't want a hospitality job, don't get one. I truly hope this place closes. Wish I could give zero stars . read more

The line was long outside so I went in.Placed order and asked for a extra Burrito supreme and then also a Taco supreme and thats when the girl helping me Says they were out of Tomato's so I told her to make the taco and burrito just a regular , She then said they don't have regular Burritos I had to tell her just a bean burrito. Then she tell me the Mountain Dew Splash and Rootbeer were out. I paid and she just left the front with out handing me my receipt and I had to wait until a guy came frome the back and asked if I needed something. Mean while the Manger is no where to be found. THey must of got new Manager because I've Never Had any Trouple like this before ANd I go Atleast once a month For the last Year. IT was always so good now its Garbage!!! read more

Do not stop at this Taco Bell. I sat here waiting to order at the counter for 10 minutes before I was even talked to, the guy goes "is there something I can help you with" so I start to order. The employee then tells me they don't know how to operate the machine and points me to some sort of kiosk saying "we usually just tell people to use those" that's not acceptable service especially considering there NO signs there to tell people of this and they literally just let me stand there. Needless to say I did NOT give this Taco Bell my service because I was appalled at the way they are running it. Save yourself the time. read more

Terrible service! If I could give a 0 starts I would totally do that. I went to have some lunch with a coworker, we were missing my coworker's food, I told a lady about it and she took away my food, my order was fine, the only problem was my coworker's order, why she took my food? And she didn't even say a thing, we walked away of this horrible place never coming back, they kept my money, I didn't even asked for a refund, I wasn't in the mood to have an argument, but for sure she ruined my lunch time read more

Employee called me a bitch and the manager was good with it. Don't place a mobile order or order through doordash because they'll tell you they don't have it but leave the food sitting on the counter and take the phones off the so I couldn't call. I tried calling and they never answered but by the next call it was dial tone so I knew they took it off so I'd quit calling. read more

Taco Bell - Hair in my food - Fast Food Near Me - Duncan, Oklahoma

Came inside to order because the line was SO long outside and I witnessed the most awful person who was working. She must have been the manager because she was making demands to employees and telling them how to do their job. One of workers looked so ashamed and even apologized to me. I am a manager myself and couldn't imagine treating my employees this way. Yikes. read more

So this has happened to me waaaaaayyyy too many times. I have a small family and when we go to Taco Bell we typically order the grande meal with a mixture of burritos and tacos. I also like to add extra red sauce and cheese to the burritos, which is what I'll talk about next. Just about every time I add and pay for extra sauce and cheese I never get it. I think out of about 20 times maybe 3 of those times I felt like they had gotten it right. It wouldn't be a big deal other than the fact that I have to pay for those extra toppings and I would assume that they would at least try and get it right. If not for the customer service aspect of it, then at least do it out of respect that I paid for it. Another thing that happened not 30 minutes ago, they decided to put my mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and then stack all of the 1/2lb.-1lb. burritos on top of it. So of course when I go to open the lid all of the melted cheese was stuck to the lid. I'm very dissatisfied with the handling of the food at this particular branch of Taco Bell. I will say that most of the time the person taking the order has been very nice and they rarely get the order wrong (as far as the food items themselves go). Anyway, I typically don't write reviews, but this has happened one too many times and I hope that someone working there reads this and tries to do better the next time. I've also added a comment for the survey on the receipt, so hopefully it find it's way to the manager somehow or another. If they somehow start getting it right, I will re-write this review in a more favorable light. Thanks for reading! If you like Taco Bells burritos, good luck if you go to this location and try to add some extra toppings to your food, whatever that may be. read more

Went inside to avoid the drive thru. It's amazing how slow they are here. Corporate needs to be made aware of this. read more

Absolute trash. Customer service was terrible. Told them they got the order wrong and they argued with us in the drive thru. Girl working was very rude. read more

Just made my 3rd trip in one evening to get one order complete and correct. As I was waiting for the 2nd correction they again attempted to put the wrong item in the bag and send me on my way. Also as another reviewer mentioned there is an employee that does indeed yell over the customer and she is unfortunately somewhere in the management hierarchy. Speaking of management at no time during my return trips did a manager apologize or speak to me only regular crew members. The regular crew was polite that is the only good thing I have to say about this location. read more

Tried to order some food and was meet with so much attitude in the Drive Thru. The woman taking my order cut me off mid order to yell at me what do I want to drink. This is the second time it's happened with this same employee. I get it some times people have bad days, but this woman doesn't need to be taking orders. read more
