Will never go to the Duncan Ok Toco Bell again. Last year we went and the wanted me to order from the kiosk and come to the register to pay. The same thing again today brought my family of 5 to eat and they told me I had to order from the kiosk they couldn't take my order at the restaurant. We left that is BS you go to a restaurant and expect some type of service but not at the Duncan Ok Toco Bell. The line was long outside so I went in.Placed order and asked for a extra Burrito supreme and then also a Taco supreme and thats when the girl helping me Says they were out of Tomato's so I told her to make the taco and burrito just a regular , She then said they don't have regular Burritos I had to tell her just a bean burrito. Then she tell me the Mountain Dew Splash and Rootbeer were out. Do not stop at this Taco Bell. I sat here waiting to order at the counter for 10 minutes before I was even talked to, the guy goes "is there something I can help you with" so I start to order. The employee then tells me they don't know how to operate the machine and points me to some sort of kiosk saying "we usually just tell people to use those" that's not acceptable service especially considering there NO signs there to tell people of this and they literally just let me stand there. She must have been the manager because she was making demands to employees and telling them how to do their job. One of workers looked so ashamed and even apologized to me. So this has happened to me waaaaaayyyy too many times. I have a small family and when we go to Taco Bell we typically order the grande meal with a mixture of burritos and tacos. I also like to add extra red sauce and cheese to the burritos, which is what I'll talk about next. Just about every time I add and pay for extra sauce and cheese I never get it. I think out of about 20 times maybe 3 of those times I felt like they had gotten it right. It wouldn't be a big deal other than the fact that I have to pay for those extra toppings and I would assume that they would at least try and get it right. If not for the customer service aspect of it, then at least do it out of respect that I paid for it. Another thing that happened not 30 minutes ago, they decided to put my mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and then stack all of the 1/2lb.-1lb. burritos on top of it. So of course when I go to open the lid all of the melted cheese was stuck to the lid. I'm very dissatisfied with the handling of the food at this particular branch of Taco Bell. I will say that most of the time the person taking the order has been very nice and they rarely get the order wrong (as far as the food items themselves go). Anyway, I typically don't write reviews, but this has happened one too many times and I hope that someone working there reads this and tries to do better the next time. I've also added a comment for the survey on the receipt, so hopefully it find it's way to the manager somehow or another. If they somehow start getting it right, I will re-write this review in a more favorable light. Thanks for reading! Just made my 3rd trip in one evening to get one order complete and correct. As I was waiting for the 2nd correction they again attempted to put the wrong item in the bag and send me on my way. Also as another reviewer mentioned there is an employee that does indeed yell over the customer and she is unfortunately somewhere in the management hierarchy. Speaking of management at no time during my return trips did a manager apologize or speak to me only regular crew members. Tried to order some food and was meet with so much attitude in the Drive Thru. The woman taking my order cut me off mid order to yell at me what do I want to drink.
