The service here is absolutely horrible. Ive been to this Wendy's multiple times and they've always been slow but last night I was in the drive through for 20 minutes when there was 1 other car and it was at night so there was no one inside ordering. There were 3 people in the back from what I could see. They claimed to have not have my friend's mobile order and the lady proceeded to YELL in my face after we showed her the receipt and was just giving so much attitude towards us when we were being so nice and under. They are rude, slow and the food was cold she handed me the bag, everything had me clearly older. I give people grace and am very patient when it comes to service ( bc i also work in the service industry) but this isnt the first time this has happened at this location. Do better! read more

The most terrible customer service I've ever received , I went to grab some breakfast , and they just stood around and looked at me , nobody even came to grab my order , even the manger walked by me and didn't take my order. And this is not the first time, is happen to me and my brother as well, is like they are racist , everybody that works there is black, and every time I walk in there they just treat me different and look me up and down weirdly, same thing happens to my brother as well. As well one time I walked in there with a trump shirt and they purposely took longer to give me my order when it was obviously ready on the shelf(they took 15min). I'm Cuban and I grew up with black people my whole life , that's not how they treat me , straight up I love Wendy's but they need to lock in , they are just terrible at customer service. read more

Door was open, but inside was empty.I asked employee walking out from behind the counter, if inside was open? Stated blankly. When I asked again, she said I'm off duty?? only stayed as my daughter and four-year-old grandson wanted to stay .stood at counter about five minutes, then asked two separate times. Management takes a holiday Sunday January 1 12:55 P.M. I walk around 3 puddles of water next to the front door. I notify the cashier. Nothing.. The new cashier stumbles with a simple order of a chicken sandwich and small chili. The Asiago chicken is not cut in half and the chili would best be described as soup. I wait patiently for the soft drink that accompanies the order. No one seems to notice it was missing. The utensils stand lacks napkins. I am given three. Everyone else will have to come back and beg like I did. I tell the other front cashier that there is water on the floor. Nothing. After finishing the meal with my wife I have had enough. I drop the three tall plastic cones near the utensils stand to the floor to attract as much attention as possible. I separate each one and place before every puddle that someone could easily contact entering the store. Someone had to take action! I look back to see NO ONE AT THE FRONT COUNTER! The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered 2 breakfast croissants on the WENDYS APP. When I got there (at the time the order was supposed to be ready, I waited over 5 minutes for my food. When I checked my food at the place was going, I found a Baconator Breakfast and a plain biscuit. I returned to the restaurant to explain what happened. NOBODY AT THE COUNTER. Someone showed up to put drinks in a fridge, then left. There was someone shoveling french fries, but she ignored me. There was someone at the drive up but he didn't show his face. Finally, someone came from the back. I showed him the photo of what I ordered and of the food I received. He told me to call UBER EATS! So, I tried to go online to contact Wendys' only to get nowhere. I called the main office but they were closed on Sunday. Horrible service!! Do NOT eat here. The manager had nothing but excuses for her inability to provide service, yelling at me and my 95-year-old father. We had been waiting so long at the speaker, 2 customers behind us drove off. We decided to pull up to the window to check what was happening. The employee saw me at the window but ignored me, then started yelling at me, saying she is short-handed, and I needed to pull around again. I told her I just needed 2 Frosties. Her response was she was going to call the police on me. I pray the owner will pull the videotapes. No one should be treated so poorly. This location needs to be boycotted. read more

I came to sample the new breakfast menu. The sausage is better than McDonald's or BK. But the "Swiss cheese" oozes out from under the crossaint. Not appetizing at all. The potatoes are over seasoned with pepper. BTW, dine in is not until 9am. Drive thru opens earlier. The tables are sticky. The seats are covered with crumbs from the table. For this neighborhood, McDonald's has nothing to worry about. read more

Eating inside this establishment would be good for CIA counter torture training. Must eat burgers while looking outside windows and ignoring piles of flies in window sill. The flies crip walking across the counter while your ordering. The flies that sit across you and enjoy Wendy's with you. You must ignore all this. The bathroom looked like someone said cufk it* the rest of the place is so nasty that I might as well hsit on all this too. Flushed the brown toilet paper till clogged and through feces everywhere. With the protocols that are in place to stop the spread of coronavirus, the employees need to be trained better. There was nothing done to protect themselves when I handed a credit card to pay. No masks, no gloves. The need training or should close until this thing is over. read more

The whole experience was horrible. I ordered 3 large frostys for me any my friends the lady who had a bad attitude said they didn't have vanilla, so we settled for chocolate. Then I ordered a jr bacon and a spicy chicken sandwich, they gave me a 10 piece nuggets and forgot about my jr bacon I left the drive thru and later checked my bag and noticed I must've gotten an incorrect order so I went back and they refused to give me my receipt even tho only 10 mins has passed and I did not touch any of the food. I choose Wendy's over their competitors because they are usually my number 1 choice, however I can't keep dealing with this. This has happened on multiple occasions but I've always corrected them at the drive thru window, this time I was in a rush so I left. I will not be returning to this establishment because of lack of customer service and improper management skills/ restaurant Etiquette. read more

I went to the drive through and I went to order my food and I wanted to make sure I got everything and the lady on the speaker said "I got it" very nasty the way she said it. Then I went to give her my card and I went to get it back and she said "it's not nice to snatch" even though I didn't snatch it I took it very nicely and she got my order completely wrong. This lady clearly didn't look like she liked white people she has a very nasty attitude . Very disappointed with the whole customer service read more

The owner's of this franchise must have some issues as the management is well, just a wee bit anti-white. Like, I am sure the manager Stephanie did not mean me to hear when she said she doesn't serve white people. I couldn't get my order at the drive thru because Stephanie, the manager, was working the drive thru. Went into the store, they handled my order nicely. Stephanie refused to speak to me. If she is really the manager. My roommate is Black and said he learned long ago because he sounds white he has to go into the store to get his order. They won't serve him at the drive thru. The commercials for those new parfaits are tempting. Luckily, it was next to Arby's, so we didn't have to drive to get to one. After we stuffed our faces, we walked over to Wendy's and got dessert. I settled for the caramel apple while my husband got the oreo one. I must say they were good. I wished they would of put caramel on top of my parfait. It was a little dry and I didn't make a big deal about it. I had a bite of the oreo one and it was too chocolately for me. We didn't leave a bite behind and it made a Friday night a little sweeter :) read more

Found parking right up front, and as soon as I walked it was greeted with a friendly "Welcome!". They weren't too busy, so ordering did not take long. But they also have self-ordering kiosks to speed things up, if needed. I went with a cheeseburger and made it a combo. The burger was pretty good, and the fries, delicious, they did not need any salt or condiments, and the portion is generous. If eating at the restaurant, you get a number, and they bring the food right to your table. The manger did a round to make sure all people there were good and enjoying their food. They also keep the place clean, as soon as some people left, they were cleaning the tables almost immediately. When I left, the same friendly service remained saying "Have a great day!". Quick and delicious stop.
