Why did we get frosties and they're not even filled a lot?? The photo attached shows a large fry(also not filled?) and 2 vanilla frosties. Kinda ridiculous. The only good thing I can say is that the fries are hot and fresh. read more

What a dump. Ketchup dispenser was empty, no containers to hold ketchup. No napkins in dispensers. I hadn't been to Wendy's in a good long time, thought I'd give it a try. I was there at 1:30 in the afternoon. Fries were soggy and cold, burger was tasteless. Very disappointed used to be a good place. read more

Ordered lunch and everything looked right but got my food and it was cold. Brought the food back and requested fresh hot food, manager told me, "It is fresh, to me it's fresh because the timer on the heater for the food says it is, we're wasting food because customers are bringing it back saying it's not fresh. We cook the food and put it on a timer for 30 minutes within the 30 minutes it is still fresh to serve to customers. If you want it fresh ask for it to fresh out of the grease for it to be fresh." Therefore I asked for my food fresh and my food was not done. Get new management here immediately because you're selling food that's been sitting for 30 minutes can make people sick that it awful will not be going to this location anymore. read more

So upset. Was having issue with app so they told me to come inside to just tell me oh we can't take the order inside and apply the reward. They couldn't say that when I asked from drive through? Then they say the app never works and all I was trying to do is get the free drink with my meal purchase. Horrible I have never been able to use any of my points from Wendy read more

I am 65 and I hadn't tasted a Wendy's burger since 1978. I ate in on the base NAS Miramar. It was a bland tasteless burger to me. But many years later 2023 I find it to be a very delicious burger! read more

Came here the other day and my order was very wrong. Possibly another cars order. So I came back around in the drive thru and I spoke with the shift lead whose name was shockingly Wendy. I spoke with Wendy over the wrong order and she started cussing at me saying idgaf deal with the wrong order you a##hole and move the f### along. This behavior by a manager was so disgusting. I will be reporting this to corporate. read more

Horrible service!!!!!!!! I went through the drive-through during breakfast time ordered a number five combo. I asked the representative to put grape jelly in my bag got to the window. The lady immediately tells me to back up, so I complied and backed up two minutes later she screams out the window. My food is ready, I pull back up to the window before she has my bag. I asked her again. Did you put my grape jelly in the bag? Oh, she said yes oh it's in there. I get back to the job and guess what? No damn jelly. read more

I went to this Wendy's today and had to wait over 10 minutes inside before being assisted. They sent someone over who couldn't take orders and your team there thought it was a joke. Wendy's - a view of the inside of a car - Fast Food Near Me - De Soto, Texas

We came here to have a quick bite before a long drive. The line was long and there were two cashiers at the registers. We placed our orders and specifically ordered a "Diet Coke". We got our cups and we're instructed to use their drink machine to get our drinks. Customers became frustrated that there were no sodas available. Then we overheard the same cashier lady (the one who took our order), tell other customers that the carbonated drinks were not working right now. Why she couldn't tell us that as we were ordering and before we paid, will remain a mystery. Naturally, we were not very happy with the service and had a bad experience here at this Wendy's. read more

I've worked in the food industry for years, so I understand the struggle, but this Wendy's is pitiful. #1 they will never get your order 100% right. SOMETHING will always be wrong. #2 they don't automatically give you your receipt, you have to ask for it, and #3 when you call to ask to correct your number, they WILL NOT answer the phone! I made a simple order, and it was jacked up. I don't recommend this place! I tried to be lenient and give this place several chances, but every time it's a disappointment. Do better Wendy's. read more

Do you expect Michelin star service? Then you must be delusional. I mean seriously, don't be harsh on this joint. I have no complaints about my service or food. They were quick and the food tasted like I expected it to. Lol this place does their job well and as far as concerned I am coming back. The team was respectful and polite. I ordered the 4 for $4 and was able to substitute my drink for a small frosty at no extra charge. Sea salt fries are pretty much the best thing they offer in my opinion. read more

Slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Sat in the drive thru for dang near 15 mins then when it was my turn at the window noons acknowledged me for then I see a lady walk by with a bag of from chicken nuggets. Line is ridiculously long to be considered fast food. Waited in the drive thru line for over thirty minutes

I would give it a -0 if I could! We waited in line for 17 minutes and finally got to the drive through to order breakfast and the cashier states, "I'm sorry were no longer serving breakfast, we stop at 10:30!" I stated, ma'am, it's 10:33 and we've been waiting in line over 15 minutes." She then repeated herself with the same statement above. Just rude and hateful!!! I think it should've been honored being we waited in line so long and time was wasted waiting on them. This Wendy's need AIDET Training!!!! read more

If you go to the drive-thru at this location and the lime is full, prepare to waste at least 30-40minutes of your life. Went here last night and from the time I placed my order until receiving my food, 40 minutes had passed by. They apologized for the wait, but why does it take this long to service drive-thru customers. This is not an isolated incident. This is the case every time. Never have this problem at other fast food restaurants. read more

My experience seems to be on par with the rest of the comments. No, I do not expect Michelin Star service from a Wendy's. BUT, there is a standard of service from an establishment as this, and it didn't even come close. I arrived just before the dining room closed. We would have used the drive-thru, but in a large work van it just isn't always possible given the dimensions of the DT lane. I stood in line for at minimum 15 minutes before my order was taken. There wasn't a huge line waiting for service either...there were two other patrons in front if me, each ordering no more than a single combo meal. Each customer in the lobby had to ask for something that was missing. For one girl it was her order of fries. For myself, I was not given my glass for my drink. Once I did get to order, it was approximately 20 minutes before I was served. All in all, it was about 35-40 minutes for a single combo meal. Dining room was moderately messy, but the condiment station was obliterated. No napkins, trash and spills abound. Wouldn't recommend this for any sort of "fast food" experience. I will say that the food came out fairly satisfactory. My chicken sandwich was hot, but my baconator fries were a bit cool. read more

2 bad experiences in a row. Won't go back. Never clean. However, staff tries take to make it right so that's why they get the 2 stars

I hate THIS LOCATION but I enjoy Wendys food so I go anyway because it's the only one in my area. First off I love my salads with extra crutons. They have a fit every time I ask for an extra pack of crutons. Manager Hector even told me once, "well nothing is free." I told him to charge me for the crutons and he tried but he couldn't find the button on the register to do so (Because there is no such button). Everytime I have to plan to wait a while because it takes forever and a day to get your order at this location. And then when you finally DO get it, its WRONG. *face palm* Long story short, they need to do something about improving the customer service at this location. I can't call them fools because i'm the fool that keeps going back for more. jokes on me i guess read more

I have only eaten fries here but they have always been hot, fresh, and FAST!!

Stopped for lunch at about 12:45 today. I went inside to order a simple combo with no changes. There were a couple of guys ahead of me who received their orders promptly. Then two folks who ordered after me got their food while I wondered if mine had been forgotten. When I asked precisely that, I was told there had been a big order in the drive-through and "Yours is coming up." That didn't explain why folks who ordered after me were served first. There were two large pump-type mustard dispensers on the table holding condiments; they were both empty. The bin of catsup packets was almost empty. Since the store had only been open a couple of hours, I assumed the bins weren't filled this morning. And the ladies' restroom towel dispenser was empty, so obviously no one checked to see if it needed restocking. At least the chicken sandwich tasted good, but next time I'm in the mood for Wendy's I'll visit another location. This one didn't impress. read more
