Italian Mozzarella Chicken Combo

Food was warm but I feel like they never add enough sauce. I've had the same sandwich at other Wendy's and get a normal amount. Jackson's in Muncie.

A new place to try. My wife & I went here for lunch with 4 other friends, and had a great…read moreexperience. The place is nice and clean and the food & beer was very good. I got the pulled pork, and it is not the usual shredded pork. Nice chunks of great tasting pork with a slice of bacon on it. The couple of beers I had were refreshing too. Our waitress was busy with a larger table, and another waitress came over to help us so we didn't have to wait on our checks. It was nice teamwork.

My friend and I wanted to go to a sit down place, so we decided on here. When we walked in the…read morehostess was on the phone with a customer, which I didn't mind too much, but it lasted a good minute, and nobody else had come up to try and help us, which I found a bit discouraging. Eventually she got off and sat us down at one of the tables in the bar area. I noticed all the wait staff were crowded around next to it where the kitchen meets the bar, and just chatting. I found it odd considering there's only one hostess and then there's all of these waitstaff just mingling about. But, being short staff is typical these days so I suppose that's probably how it is there. That's probably why the bartender was the one who waited on us as well. She was quite nice, and definitely knew how to make a good drink. I could hardly taste the alcohol in both. The first one I got was a lemonade type if I remember correctly, It was quite refreshing. The second drink I ordered was a blackberry margarita, which was honestly not good. I'm not big on sour, and it was pucker your lips and just drink it quick type sour for me. The rim had salt, and although I'm not a big salt rim person, that was probably my favorite part besides the actual blackberry floating in it. If you like sour you'd probably love it, but personally it was not for me. As far as food goes, we ordered the hummus appetizer to start. It came out fairly quick, and damn it was good. The fried pita bread with flakes of salt on top were our favorites. I could eat a whole big bowl of that alone if I could. When we almost were done with that, our food came out. My friend had ordered their crispy chicken in the dill pickle hot style, and both him and I were surprised at the amount of fries that came with. It was like fries with a side of chicken sandwich. He gave me a bite of his sandwich, and we both agreed it wasn't spicy or dill-y enough. The fries were honestly my favorite part out of all the food. They were so crisp and kept their warmth pretty well. They were also dusted in cinnamon sugar, which just made them 1000% better. Sometimes at other places you get them and they can be soggy or not have anything on them. They make them the right way here! For my meal, I got the drunken dory, I was debating on that or the blackened salmon salad, but figured why not go with some fries. Seeing how much fries my friend got vs myself, I was a little disappointed, but in the end he ended up stuffed whereas I had just enough. I really liked the plating on this, putting the fish on top of the fries so as the outside stays crispy on the fish. It did work, and overall was very nice. Could've used a bit of salt, and came out very hot though. All the food retained its heat very well. Their tartar sauce was also quite good, and as you can expect the coleslaw was nothing to write home about. I would definitely come back here again, probably try more of their apps and beers, I definitely like it better than some of the breweries over where I live in Virginia, so if you haven't tried it I highly recommend you do!

We ordered: Pulled Pork Piglet Sandwich w/ Green Beans, Cole Slaw, & Sweet Tea $10.75 ($11.61 w/ 8% tax, $13.22 w/ 15% tip) *Lighter and more mild flavors in all of these Beef Brisket Piglet Sandwich w/ Corn Casserole, Mashed Potatoes w/ Beef Gravy, & Lemonade (same prices as above) *All of these were favorites and the most flavorful of the day The food was ready in under 6min after ordering and we were in and out in under 30min while sitting down for lunch and taking our time to eat around noon on a Friday. If you're unsure of the spicy, they have spicy sauce on the table to try, but I'll say it was a mild spice (Indiana doesn't do lots of spicy things) so the heat doesn't rise above red pepper flake spice. You could add more heat with Tabasco to get it to a spice that makes the tongue actually feel hot. The ladies running the kitchen and clean up were fun and delightful and made us feel like we were home in someone's house being taken care of. Not sure when I'll ever be back in this area, but worth a stop and skipping all the other fast food nearby to try this local spot!!

Gas station memorabilia alongside coke memorabilia etc. has you stepping back in time. Housed in what looks like an old gas station, this place drips of nostalgia. Ordering at the counter before being seated, we were waited on by a cheerful young woman who didn't make us feel rushed. It had been five years since we had last been, so we needed a refresher course. We ordered the Cammack Cheesy Jalapeño Burger on Texas toast each. Husband had loaded tots with cheese and chili and I opted for a side of onion rings. My mom had the pulled pork on Texas toast and onion rings. Dad had the breaded tenderloin with sweet potato fries. The food was phenomenal. The onion rings were fresh and plentiful. The tots were delicious. The burger? Spicy and extremely tasty! Everything was perfect. The marshmallow cokes just added to it all. Yum! Husband had the peanut butter explosion for dessert. Frozen custard, softened peanut butter, Reese's Pieces and peanut butter cups topped with cream and a cherry. A must try. I chose the one scoop sundae with hot fudge and peanuts. Excellent. While this restaurant may be a little out of the way, it is most definitely worth the trip! Highly recommend!

I was told that pretty much everything is great here, and that's true. I ordered quite a few things, and I loved all of them. The Cammack Cheezy Jalapeno was what jumped out at me first (a burger with cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and jalapeños). It's not spicy at all, but it does have a nice kick. The cream cheese mellows things out, so it's a nice, flavorful burger. I also got the loaded cheese fries, because I couldn't help myself. The fries came topped with barbecue pork, but I could have chosen chili or bacon. But why would I have? Pulled pork is always the right choice. The fries were good and cheesy, and had a lot of pulled pork on them. This is the part of the review where I tell you that you need to order your food and sweet treats at separate counters. Because I didn't know that! I ordered a root beer float and a banana split from one counter, and they were waiting for me at another counter. I didn't know that sweet treats should be ordered and picked up at the ice cream counter, but now you know. You're welcome. This is diner food at its finest. Lots of fried things and malts and burgers and stuff. Definitely come for the food, because it's great. But also come for the decor and atmosphere. Cammack Station is like stepping back into the 1950s, in the best way.
