Wonder staff that allowed us to come in even when the dining room was closed because we had a livestock trail on the truck. We greatly appreciated it. They had everything to us fast and our order was 100% correct. It is a fast food restaurant though, so the food can only hit a certain level of greatness. read more

This place is a cultural experience in itself... Kids were running around like it was a zoo. They were loud, the parents didn't try to settle them down, and overall Wendy's was just a mess. I didn't like how swamped they got and how unprepared they were for it. It seemed like there were not enough employees to handle to ongoing crowd. The manager was running a cash register along with another cashier. Two people handling all this with a third register closed. The drink and condiment station was a complete disaster. Soda was every where on the counter, there were no lids for the drinks, plus it was trashed with straw wrappers and so on. I really wouldn't recommend coming here at all. To think this was all happening at 8:45 at night on a Tuesday. Shouldn't kids start getting ready for bed around this time? No, they don't need a frosty this late! read more

This place smells like wet trash. Which makes sense, cause there's wet trash laying everywhere. The girl that took my order showed no hurry or motivation period to take my order. She even opted to tell me to hold on, while she spent about ten minutes taking out the trash, instead of just doing after putting my order in. I was baffled by that. The fries are always too salty here. You end up with more salt on your fingers than you need for two orders of fries. I have submitted several comment cards on this issue and have given them time to improve, but nothing yet. read more

These tables were not picked up the whole time we were here ( about 30 min) there were flies EVERYWHERE. All the tables were filthy. The floor was also a mess. We only ate here because the kids were starving and we were in the middle of nowhere ( we're traveling cross country) I hope no one gets sick. I can't believe I even ate here. This Wendy's is super slow. I was there November 1st and I stood there for a good five minutes at the register waiting to order and no one came up to take it. Heck the manager walked straight past and didn't even acknowledge me. After I finally ordered, it took about another 5 to 10 minutes for them to get me my food. The workers worked extremely slow and stopped and talked all the time. If I wanted fast food, I would have stopped in Ferdinand for quick service at that Wendy's. If you're running on a timed schedule and want good service, don't go here. read more

Seriously the worst. First of all, I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes for them to say "how may I help you," then they didn't give me lettuce for my taco salad. I didn't have a large or confusing order. Just a taco salad, another salad, and waters. They didn't give me lettuce. Whaaaat. I didn't complain though, I just ate my chips and salsa and my chili separately. Then after a trip to Holiday World my blood sugar was dangerously low (I am type 1 diabetic). Thought the drive through would be faster than standing in the long line inside. Wrong. Waited another 5 min for them to ask for my order, then when my husband explained what happened earlier that day the girl on the other end didn't even apologize she literally just said "okay". Then after another 7 minutes waiting in line for my ONE lemonade, I knew I needed to write a review. Moral? STAY AWAY FROM THIS WENDY'S. Seriously. Go to the Denny's next door. This Wendy's was horrible. It was so cold that I was shivering, and noticed several other people shivering also. There were no lids for the kid cups. The ones labeled as such were too small and the next size up was too big. Little kids need lids, people. The ice machine was broken, so everyone was having to hand the people behind the counter their cups, then get them back and take them to the soda machine. Finally, the food had zero flavor.
