This place was busy and clearly short staffed, but the manager (assumed) worked like the energizer bunny and we were amazed at how smooth things went and our food was perfect. Kudos to him for making our experience so smooth. read more

Went to eat dinner drive through open but dinning room closed all the doors locked. Not good business

Absolutely horrible Wendy's. Waited 30 minutes for my food. The employee's would rather laugh and goof off then help you. They never stick sauces or napkins in the bag. Atmosphere was terrible. You could hear employees cussing at each other. read more

Service was terrible. They don't put sauce in the bags. It took 30 minutes to get the food. Overall this Wendy's is terrible and I would not come here again. read more

The service was terrible, it took 20 minutes to order, not to mention another 25 to get our food. Almost all of the drinks were out of order, and the food wasn't even fresh. read more

Rude managers. Friendly staff. Cold food holds on food. Never any patatos. Long waits for food.

Somehow got a dave's double instead of a double stack baconater. I was having such a good day until this incident. It sent me in a downward spiral for the day. Do better Wendy. I want my baconater. read more

Staff at the drive through was so FUN!!!! Definitely made us laugh! Food was hot and order was correct. Stop by for a bright spot in your day. read more

Went and ordered the new krabby part meal with me and my buddy it took them 45 mins to even get our meals and when we did he didn't even get what he ordered he ordered a double and charged him more when he got a single and when we went to ask for the correct burger they took another 15 mins and both of the burgers tasted bland would not come back read more

BAD food preparation Last week, I came in to place an order using a BOG0 coupon for the Baconater. I also wanted 2 potatoes. The Baconaters only had one pattie each, not two as pictured on the ad. I was told they were out of potatoes so I ordered chili. AFTER I had paid, a new batch of potatoes were cooked. The woman at the payment window asked if I wanted to add potatoes to my order. I'm sure she was doing her job, and she was polite and friendly, so I don't blame her. All in all it was the most disappointing meal I had ever gotten from Wendy's. read more

this was the waste of my time didn't even get my food was in line for 10 minutes and then I went inside because I was waiting too long. There was a line inside and there was one lady running the register and she wasn't even paying attention to the two people standing at the register needing help. read more

40 minutes to get two burgers with a line out the door. Absolute dysfunction and chaos at this establishment. Avoid if you're able to.

never gone into a store where they completely ignore you. not just that, I've clarified that I haven't gotten my order taken, they proceeded to laugh and continue doing their thing. another costumer walked in and for some reason I was ignored. the food was terrible. never eaten food so cold. read more

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, it's a bad experience every time I visit. Besides a select few of employees who are actually really nice; the staff is super rude, have no proper work ethic and are very unorganized. I would recommend Dunbar Wendy's over this location any day. read more

Terrible. Stop somewhere else off the exit. As we were waiting on the food, most of the employees just stood around on their phone, eating out of the warmer and doing anything but completing our order (surprised they pass health inspection, that's 2 write-ups that I could see, I'm sure there was a lot more behind what we couldn't see). Sarah, the cashier, said loud enough for us to hear "oops, I gave them a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a regular". Instead of telling us that and offering to get us a new sandwich, she just didn't say anything. Ridiculous costumer service from her. And of course our whole order was wrong. Very disappointing and just an overall terrible experience at this Wendy's. read more

We stopped here in the way through WVA. The bathrooms were utterly disgusting. They had a box under the sink to catch water, as the pipe was broken. The entire bathroom was gross. We had ordered food before using the restroom. The food was "ok" but certainly not very good. Thank God no one got sick from the food. Someone needs to fix the bath rooms. read more

Just a word of advice... double, triple and quadruple check your order cause it's not going to be right the first time...

Awful. Beware. Never ever eat here again. We stopped on our way through and were told that the restaurant was out of water, fountain drinks, tea, salt, potatoes, and God knows what else. They were charging for bottled water and cans of coke, (charging extra for them with no refills) and the manager was nasty and unwilling to accommodate diners. From the line we could hear people screaming at each in the back. This was the most pathetic excuse for a restaurant I have ever seen. Whoever is managing this restaurant should immediately be fired and replaced. Anyone else could do a better job. read more

Terrible customer service. Doesn't understand what no ice means. I gave it back but than the cup was only half full. I don't understand why this is so hard. read more

This is the slowest service I've ever received at a Wendy's before. I waited 20 minutes for a burger

This Wendy's used to be really good, but lately they've messed up my order every time. I ordered a salad a few days ago and got all the way home before realizing that they left off the chicken, and then had to go all the way back to get it. I probably paid more in gas than I paid for my meal. I just got the asiago chicken club...and they left off the asiago cheese. I like Wendy's but I won't be going to this one anymore if they can't get any orders correct. read more

We stopped here on a road trip and were unimpressed with the slow service, incorrect orders, dirty dining room, and lack of infant changing table. There are several other restaurants at this exit, hopefully better than this one. read more

This Wendy's was very nice. The service was quick and welcoming. Destiny was very kind and incredibly friendly. The restrooms were clean. The food was fresh. read more

A good wendy's. We live in cross lanes and have never had a problem. It's fast food so you can't expect high end food and service. I would say it is a typical wendy's, but it has recently been updated and is pretty nice. read more

The only reason they get one star is because there is no zero star option. I just went through their drive thru window. Hamburger was totally wrong. I told the manager working the pick-up window what I ordered. After a minute or so, he gave me the replacement burger and I pulled away because the line was backed up. Before I left the lot, I checked and this one was also wrong. I parked and went inside and asked for the manager. He came to the counter, recognized me and said again he was sorry. He wrote down my order and a minute or so later I got the burger I originally ordered. No apologies or offer of anything for my troubles. This location NEVER gets an order correct. Do yourself a favor, save time and go to the nearby McDonald's, Burger King or Arby's. read more

This place is a total pit. Filthy dining area and not a single clean table in the whole restaurant, despite not being very busy. Staff was incompetent and unmotivated. Our order was not handled properly and they were out of multiple items we requested. I noticed at least two other people complain to the manager during our 15 minutes in the restaurant. read more
