I don't know why this Wendy's has such a low star rating but the manager was prompt with my order and everything was fresh to the T! I should have took a picture of it first before I devoured it. lol nothing special but the inside was very clean and everything worked which sometimes you don't get at fast food joints. The bathrooms were clean and even had those scent sticks like I was at some fancy bathroom lol. Starbucks doesent even have that The person who helped me her name was Sara. She was quick with the order and funny. She was everywhere too fron drive thru to front counter! read more

I ordered breakfast through drive thru at 10:40am. Right now it's 11:25am and they told me they now can't serve me breakfast anymore because it's past 11. Even though I ordered my breakfast BEFORE 11. I'm not sure who exactly is running this shift but those kids look really lost and don't know what's going on with their orders. Please have better supervisors and managers during these shifts. It is unfair I don't get my breakfast. read more

I have tried this place 3 times. Each was worse. The food is always cold. Talking to the Manager is useless. She smiles and gives a rehearsed "Sorry". It looks like she slept in her uniform and is covered with food stains just like the drive-up area and window. This location is busy because of its location, so they don't really care. It's a real PIG fest. The woman at the window was having difficulty taking my money and giving my change because her false fingernails were about five inches long. Everything she touched reeked of her stale perfume. Alot of places to pick from in this area. Stay away from here unless you want to be grossed out! read more

Me and my coworker waited 20 plus minutes for my mobile order. then my food comes out wrong. pathetic.

It seems like their service has been going down south for awhile now. Now when I first arrive, was greeted right away with no pressure. After I paid, got my order and took it to my mother in laws, realized I was missing an item. So I tried to call the restaurant. Came up as busy. And kept trying with no luck. I got back to the restaurant and a quick apology and I was off again. The food itself didn't look great but its fast food. read more

Three times we visited this location via drive thru and aside from a long drive thru queue we have no complaints. Consistent Wendy's products/menu. Prices on par with nearby places (JitB, McDs, taco bell etc). When we're in the area at walmart or king soopers its always tempting to seeing through and grab a meal deal or two. Only knock is the drive thru wait but thats as much on the amount of people unwilling to go inside, like ourselves, so it's just tradeoffs. read more

Fucking terrible! I'm here now, I went to the counter and order a #3 spicy meal. I got a chicken sandwich so I go back up to the counter and tell the cashier she gave me the wrong meal, she gives me attitude saying I ordered chicken and it's a chicken sandwich, I said #3 is the 10pc nugget meal. She gave me attitude, screw this location! read more

This is one of the slowest, likely to give the wrong order, rudest place ever. I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 45 minutes waiting for a door dash order. No way to get out of the drive thru to cancel order and leave. Ridiculous. Recommend somewhere else if you can avoid this place... As for stars I give them a ZERO! read more

Yeah not good we ordered do you have bacon cheeseburgers with medium fries medium drinks and we got at first they didn't give us the fries then we went back and they give a small price I had to check the whole order out to make sure I got it they didn't even offer me a receipt and I asked for a free Frosty and I never got my free Frosty they need to get a new crew in there because they lasted all this organized and like they didn't know what the f*** they were doing they are menu with blacked out so have no idea what's going on there and you can't call their phone number cuz it it's on do not disturb right now if that's why not the closest Wendy to me I probably would never go back there ever again and I've lived in commerce City for over 50 years read more

Just went through the Drive Thru tonight, and ordered single burger, chili and large fries and an Apple Pecan Salad. Wanted a baked potato, but they were out. Staff friendly and pleasant, and ordering was quick, but I will NOT be coming back due to the food quantity and quality. The large fries was only about 3/4 full, the chili had ONLY beans and absolutely NO meat (tasted good though), and the burger was Meh at best. The only positive on the food was the delicious salad. Wendy's has always been stellar with the salads---fresh, tasty and full of food besides the lettuce!! I have liked every salad I have ever tried there. This was by far by worst food experience at any Wendy's, but not because of the staff!! read more

My grill chicken came out raw. How? Isn't it precooked frozen? Weird and confused but they fixed it by giving us new ones. I'll continue to come back. read more

My stomach was growling and I hadn't eaten anything and this was the best option in Commerce City before heading on my four hour trip to Nebraska. Grilled chicken sandwich and a diet coke. One bothersome item was that they made me wait 10 minutes for the sandwich through the drive thru. It's fast food for a reason guys, I was looking for something fast. Sandwich was okay, just what the stomach needed. read more

Horrible as usual. I try at least once a month. Poor slow service or no service at all. Last week no meat for the burgers. This week no chilly or fries. Other times it's an hour wait for 1 order for a burger and fries. Not sure who runs this location. Please take the time to check this location. The service and food quality is horrible. read more

The girl that was at drive through was the rudest person we have encountered in a long time. Short and then almost through the bag of food at us. Won't be going back read more

15581 E 104th Ave · Near North Range Town . Tonight we went to buy chicken burgers and fries drive thru . You guys should improve your container must be bigger and don't separate all the orders in different containers!!! read more

You would think if a restaurant had pictures of queso in a bowl on its menu, they would serve queso in a bowl. No, they argue with you and tell you you really didn't see pictures of queso in a bowl. I know it is fast food, but at least know what is pictured on your menu and don't be snarky read more

I wish there was a lower start to give these people or no start at all... They are very racist I have experienced issues with them on several different occasions... When asked to speak to the manager they lock the window on me and threatened to call the police so yes I got out went in and asked to speak to the manager... While speaking to the manager she proceeded to cut me off and tell me the employees are very rude... And I did not feel very satisfactory with receiving the service that I got... I would never go to this Wendy's again because I don't like being treated rudely by white people that think they have the upper hand dot-dot-dot worst experience ever read more

The sign on the highway said they were open 24 hours. Drove 2 miles out of the way to get to it and it closed at 1. Boooooooooo

I have been waiting currently for 10 minutes in the drive through to order then to just wait another 30 for the first window. Whoever runs this needs out. read more

Drive thru took awhile to even speak only to ask me to wait. Took almost 1/2 hour from when pulled up to time it took to get food. This was only acknowledged by the last person with "sorry for the wait" and shut the window. Were out of 3 of the most popular drinks and not even able to print receipt. Had to hurry away and realized they didn't include sauces that they asked if I wanted or straws in any of the bags. read more

Really, where do I start. Waiting FOREVER in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of us, the girl taking the order kept talking over my boyfriend while he was ordering. Then we order Baconator fries and she says "sorry, we dont have any Baconator fries right now" WHAT???? How can you not have them when we ordered other items with the same ingredients on them. We get to the window and she hands us our drinks with pop all over the outside of the cups. I HATE THIS PLACE!!! read more

Stopped in after kids ball game ordered 3 of the 4for4 meals 2 with chicken sandwich 1 with Jr bacon cheeseburger..mmmhmm NO BACON AT ALL NONE ON ANYTHING and the burger was not real warm at all would have went back in but was on highway heading home and had already sat in drive thru almost 1/2 hour... sigh....used to really like Wendy's but lately I've been losing my appetite for Wendy's due to long waits, messed up orders and not so good food... not just this location either read more

This place is a cluster. Even when there are ten people in line they pull all cashiers to run food so that people are waiting in like for ten to fifteens minutes. I don't know if they are understaffed or just untrained, but I've given it three trys now and that's all I've got. Terrible service. read more

I know its wrong to expect much from a fast food joint, but I've worked in fast food before so I hold all of them to a standard. This Wendy's sucks big time. They have never once, gotten my order correct. I hope this place burns to the ground. read more

We have gone to this Wendy's for years but recently the service is horrible. We arrived at this Wendy's at 9:55 and waited in the drive thru until 10:00 for them to open, by 10:02 no one was answering so we decided to walk in. The doors were locked, so we decided to wait a minute longer. We tried again, this time 5 afger, and decided o leave. As we were walking back to the car a woman in a Wendy's uniform stopped us and told us to knock, that the worker was right there and that it's almost 10 past and they were supposed to be open. We thanked her, went back and did as instructed. The worker literally stared at us, turned around and walked away. We were angry at this point, knocked really loud, and again, she looked and then started sweeping. By this time another family was being us and there were 5 cars in the drive thru. Us and the other family left along with a car that had been watching the whole thing play out. I'd love to give them NO stars. read more

Great people and the new restaurant is beautiful! The team has come a long way and don't exactly get enough credit for the hard work they provide to ensure consideration is instilled in their core values of their founder. Nothing is compromised from store to store and that level of care is not easy nor necessary but it is what makes Wendy's...well Wendy's; so to say their service was anything less than phenomenal even when a small mistake is made is absolutely ridiculous. The display of team work, effective strategies for ensuring everyone gets everything done, a sort of flow to their every move and routine in their work, and one other thing I find them remarkable at is the level of care.Nothing is done without first being thought out and well prepared. Much hard work is clearly put into each item so it is fresh, ideal and even healthy for the most part (for a fast-food place.) Very good job guys, dinner was great as it always is! :) ***Oh another thing, for the other reviewers, NO! Their chicken does not come pre-cooked!!! In fact, neither does anything they sale aside from a chicken nugget which comes that way always ordinarily no mater where you get it. Your ordering a chicken breast in which they literally put on a grill and grill fresh, several times in a shift. Their beef is the same and is fresher than what you buy from the grocery being delivered a few times a week too. read more

I saw a worker come from the back of the restaurant with two chicken patties in his bare hands. No gloves and the chicken patties were not in a bag. Lord knows what the hell he did with them before he took to them to what looked like the fryer. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but I saw him pick the chicken patties up one more time with his bare hands before finally putting them in the fryer. That is disgusting. He also didn't seem to be clean himself, so I will never go to that Wendy's again. I wish I had gotten his name but I was also waiting on my food and wasn't sure what to say. I didn't want my food being disgustingly handled like that. But then again, who knows what happened to my fries before I got there? I could have sworn he didn't seem to have any front teeth, so maybe that will narrow down the search? I feel sick just thinking about it. And none of the other workers said anything to him, which leads me to believe that handling food with bare hands is something they do regularly. *gag* read more
