Today's experience at this Wendy's was fast but the sandwich was not right and the nuggets were not hot. My usual order done on the Wendy's app - double stack with six piece spicy nuggets - and it didn't take very long which was nice. Unwrapping it and eating on the highway, there was too much mustard and no pickle. How do you forget the pickle slices? And the nuggets were spicy but were barely warm. There is nothing like a Wendy's Spicy Chicken sandwich. I'm sometimes willing to overlook lack of service for the sandwich. That is exactly what I had to do on this visit. The drive-thru was 6 cars deep, so I decided to go inside. There was no one inside, but it still took about five minutes to be waited on. The napkins/ketchup area were not well stocked or very clean. I think the restaurant might have been short-handed during this visit, and it showed in the lack of southern hospitality from the staff. My sandwich was spot on, but my fries were cold and flavorless. I'm giving three stars because the sandwich was so good. I'm not giving four because everything else was so ugh. read more

I like to give places with a low rating a fair shot, but this place really lived up to what they have. The cashier DeAnte, was certainly "happy" to do her job. A little courteously goes a long way, but not once was there a please or thank you. I felt as though I was bothering her. She was wearing a jacket with her hood up and had an ear bud in. The food has was made adequately but, I was legitimately offended by the total lack of respect for the customers, the poor level of maintenance and cleanliness at the restaurant, from the sticky floor and drink area, to the absence of napkins in the appropriate area. Because of the AC not working well the floor is slippery which is something they should address before someone is hurt. The tables can use a wiping down the floor a sweep but I've seen a lot worse. Normally, I refrain from writing reviews about fast food restaurants because, quite naturally, they are all almost exactly the same: People hating their job, not caring, horrible customer service (with the exception of Chic-fil-a for some reason). But I decided to make a special exception for this particular place. I've had so many bad experiences at this place that I don't even have one particular incident to tell about. It almost never fails..just about everytime I have gone there my order has either been incorrect or just missing something. Now, if it's just one or two incidents I can accept that, but this has happened almost consistantly. The staff is incredibly ghetto for the most part. There was a kid employeed there that would hit on me whenever I'd stop by during my lunch breaks. Well, I was nice to him but I did turn him down and I guess that didn't sit well with him because the next time I went there, he had this attitude like he didn't want to help me. I would say it's him who is constantly screwing up my order but I don't believe he works there anymore. What really motivated me to write this reviews is two seperate incidents: 1) One day I go there, the line is taking forever (one again, no big deal) but when I get to the window, I'm told I have to either come inside or wait until they bring the food out to me. I wasn't too thrilled because it was raining really hard outside at the time but I figured I'd just go inside because I was on the way home from the gym and was going to take a shower anyway, plus I thought it would of been ridiculous to make that poor girl come out in the rain and get soaked while she is working when the only place I was headed was home. The thing that puzzled me however is this: Why on earth did I have to wait or come inside for my order when all I got was a salad???? I thought those things were pre-packaged and for all the rain and thundering outside, I was only waiting for about 4mins, if that, so what was really going on with that? Then to top it all off, when I got home and opened the bag, surprise! It was NOT the one I had asked for. The second and last incident: Ordered the same salad (probably wasn't a smart idea but that's all I wanted), get to the window, girl swipes my card and doesn't give it back for a second just to tell me that now they are saying they don't have that salad. I get my card back and go straight to the other Wendy's down the street then immediately check my account to make sure I wasn't double charged. Bottom line on this is, I really do think this Wendy's location could benefit from hiring an entire new staff. There was a short amount of time when they were offering great service to everyone. They need to get back to that, in the meantime, I'm going to stick to making my own salads at home or going to other locations when I have the time. read more

I ordered with 1 minute of pulling up paid quickly then sat in the window for 18 minutes. All for 3 frostys. I had already paid so I wasn't going to leave but not once was the window reopens and everyone's backs were to the window. Finally after waiting I got my frostys and asked for a receipt I waiting another 5-6 minutes until finally someone opened the window again but tried to give me someone else's food. Even for a fast food this is as bad as it gets. This time it's not about getting my food wrong but rather being shorted time after time after time after time. First time I ordered two ... TWO nuggets meals and both of them were short, One by 3 nuggets and one by 2 nuggets. When I called about it, I didn't even tell them what happened as they already knew I was short as if they were hoping I wouldn't catch it. They offered me a meal but I let it go. Then it happened again and again and again!!! I refused to stop at a window and count nuggets, that's insane!!! Good luck getting your full order there.
